Rashidova Feruza

Rashidova Feruza Shomukhammedovna - Associate Professor, Doctor of Philosophy in Historical Sciences (PhD), historian. He is the scientific secretary of the scientific seminar at the Scientific Council No. PhD 31.01.2019 Tar.02.10 for the award of academic degrees at Samarkand State University named after Sharof Rashidov.

Currently, he holds the position of head of the department of "Social and Humanitarian Sciences" of the Faculty of International Educational Programs of Samarkand State University.

F. Rashidova is the author of more than 30 scientific publications, including monographs and textbooks on world history, the history of entrepreneurship and private business in Uzbekistan, as well as the history of relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the countries of the world in the field of small and private business.

F. Rashidova in 2019 successfully defended her dissertation on foreign investment in the field of small business and private entrepreneurship in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 1991-2019. Based on the results of the study, theoretical and methodological aspects related to the history and theory of interstate relations in the economic context are identified, the role and significance of foreign investments introduced into the sphere of small and private business are substantiated, which can be used in the study of the history of Uzbekistan during the years of independence and in the educational process. The historical data contained in the dissertation work related to the social significance of small business and private entrepreneurship were used in the framework of the project F1-FA-073578, FA-F1-G029 on the topic "Conceptual directions for the rational use of labor resources in rural areas and increasing employment" . This project served as an explanation for the need to develop small businesses and private entrepreneurship in order to create new jobs in rural areas, provide employment for the population and widely attract foreign capital to the countryside. Also, the historical prerequisites for the formation and development of small businesses and private entrepreneurship, the basics of attracting foreign investment in this area were tested at practical seminars - trainings of the Center for Support of Young Entrepreneurs, etc.
