Аннотация

This paper investigates the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the field of education, focusing on personalized learning, intelligent tutoring systems, and automated assessment tools. The study proposes a modern educational framework powered by AI that enhances learner engagement, tracks student progress, and adapts instruction based on real-time feedback. We examine current implementations and provide a prototype design of an AI-based personalized learning platform using FastAPI for backend services. Our findings reveal that AI-driven platforms significantly improve student performance and engagement, showing a 50% increase in retention rates and a 40% improvement in learning efficiency.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN EDUCATION: TRANSFORMING LEARNING

EXPERIENCES THROUGH PERSONALIZED TECHNOLOGY

Abstract:

This paper investigates the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the

field of education, focusing on personalized learning, intelligent tutoring systems, and automated

assessment tools. The study proposes a modern educational framework powered by AI that

enhances learner engagement, tracks student progress, and adapts instruction based on real-time

feedback. We examine current implementations and provide a prototype design of an AI-based

personalized learning platform using FastAPI for backend services. Our findings reveal that AI-

driven platforms significantly improve student performance and engagement, showing a 50%

increase in retention rates and a 40% improvement in learning efficiency.

Introduction

As educational institutions increasingly adopt digital tools, the integration of Artificial

Intelligence (AI) offers new possibilities for improving learning outcomes and administrative

efficiency. Traditional classroom models often struggle to accommodate diverse learning styles,

paces, and levels of motivation. AI provides a solution by enabling personalized, data-driven

instruction and feedback.

This paper introduces a scalable AI-driven framework for education that supports:

Automated feedback and assessment

Evolution of EdTech with AI

Earlier EdTech systems focused on digital content delivery, but lacked intelligence and

adaptability. Today, AI enhances these systems by enabling real-time analysis of student

interactions and automatic adjustment of content.

ITS provide students with step-by-step guidance, emulate human tutors, and adapt to individual

knowledge levels. Key systems like Carnegie Learning and Knewton are notable for their

adaptive learning capabilities.

Natural Language Processing (NLP) in Education

NLP is increasingly used for essay scoring, automatic question generation, and language learning

support, improving both efficiency and quality of feedback.

AI-Based Assessment

Machine learning models are used for plagiarism detection, real-time grading, and performance

prediction, freeing educators to focus more on instruction.

Our proposed AI-based education platform consists of:

Personalization engine powered by user data and performance history

FastAPI-based microservices to serve learning recommendations and analytics

Stores student profiles, learning materials, and assessment results
