Abstract

This study delves into the intricate dynamics of innovation within the vibrant landscape of restaurants and cafés in Indonesia. By examining the impact of diverse knowledge sources on the innovation capabilities of these establishments, the research aims to unravel the factors that drive creative and adaptive strategies in response to dynamic market demands. Through a comprehensive investigation, combining qualitative and quantitative methodologies, the study sheds light on how knowledge acquisition from various sources influences the innovation landscape in the culinary sector. The findings provide valuable insights for both academic understanding and practical applications, offering a nuanced perspective on the mechanisms that propel innovation in this unique business context.
