Annotatsiya:

Ta’lim tizimida axborotlardan foydalanish yuzasidan bir qator ilmiy

izlanishlar olib borilgan bo‘lib, ammo talabalarning axborot maydonidagi o‘rni va roli
yetarlicha o‘rganilmagan. Zero, ta’lim jarayonining asosiy vazifasi ta’lim oluvchilarga
zarur axborot yetkazish, ularning o‘zlashtirilishiga erishish hamda o‘zlashtirilgan
axborotlarni qo‘llay olishga o‘rgatishdir.

программам PhD и магистратуры, широкое привлечение к учебным процессам
высококвалифицированных

зарубежных

ученых,

преподавателей

и

специалистов.

qualified foreign scientists, teachers and specialists in educational processes aimed.

Axborotlar ko‘lami kengayib borayotgan hozirgi davr jamiyat a’zolaridan

axborotlarni «to‘g‘ridan – to‘g‘ri qabul qilmasdan, tanqidiy va kreativ yondashuv
asosida ko‘rib chiqishlari va mantiqiy fikrlash orqali o‘zlari uchun muhim va foydali
bo‘lganlarini ajratib olishlarini talab etadi». Hozirgi kunda axborotlarning mazmunini
nazorat qilish, ularni ommaviy axborot tarmoqlari orqali tarqatish usullari va yo‘llarini
boshqarish qiyinlashib, yosh xususiyatidan qat’iy nazar insonlarga axborotlarning
ta’sir (ijobiy yoki salbiy) doirasi ham kengayib bormoqda. Shuning uchun bugungi
kunda butun dunyoda aholining, birinchi navbatta, yoshlarning ongi va qalbini egallash
uchun qanday keskin kurash borayotganini hisobga oladigan bo‘lsak, farzandlarimiz
tarbiyasi, ma’naviy-ma’rifiy sohadagi ishlarimizni bir zum ham susaytirmasdan,
aksincha, ularni yangi bosqichga ko‘tarishimiz zarur».

Ta’lim sohasida axborotlar ko‘lamining kengligi va tezkor suratlarda o‘sib borishi

hamda ular bilan ishlash jarayonida texnik vositalarning tobora keng qo‘llanilayotgani
ta’lim oluvchilarda zarur ko‘nikmalarni shakllantirib borishni talab qiladi. Ammo, bu
borada umumiy o‘rta ta’lim maktablari va ta’limning keyingi bosqichlari o‘rtasida
ma’lum uzilishlar ko‘zga tashlanadi. Bular: axborotlarni mustaqil o‘zlashtirish uchun
zarur axborotlar haqida ma’lumotlarga ega bo‘lish, mavjud axborotlardan foydalanish
asosida zarur axborotni o‘zlashtirib borish, axborotlarni qayta ishlash, axborotlar
bazasiga ega bo‘lish, ularni amaliy faoliyatlarda qo‘llay olish jarayonida ko‘rinmoqda.
Zero, ta’limning yuqori bosqichlariga o‘tgan sari bu jarayon takomillashib boraveradi
va pedagogik jarayonning mazmuniga aylanib boradi. Talabalarda axborotlar bilan
ishlash kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish ushbu jihatdan ham muhim sanaladi.

Axborot manbalari va zaxiralari cheksiz bo‘lib, ta’lim oluvchilarning turli

manbalardan tarqatiladigan axborotlarning faol iste’molchisi sifatida ular bilan ishlay
olishi muhim hisoblanadi. Axborot manbalardan foydalanish deganda avvalo, ushbu
manba va undagi axborotlar to‘g‘risidagi xabardorlik nazarda tutiladi. Ta’lim
jarayonida axborot manbalari sifatida ta’lim beruvchi, bosma nashrlar, axborot –
kommunikasiya texnologiyalari, ijtimoiy guruhlar qaraladi. Axborot manbalari bilan
ishlashga o‘rgatish bosqichma-bosqich amalga oshiriladi. Manbalardan zarur
axborotlarni qidirib topish, saqlash, interpretatsiya qilish, zarur hollarda ularni qayta
ishlash, ulardan foydalanish, tegishli manbalarga joylashtirish, imitatsiyalarini
yaratishni ko‘zda tutadi.

Oliy ta’limda o‘quv materiallarining asosiy manbasi bu - darsliklar hisoblanadi.

Olib borilgan tadqiqot ishlarida, ilmiy adabiyotlarda ham talabalarning axborotlar bilan
ishlashga o‘rganishda eng muhim manba sifatida darsliklar alohida qayt etib o‘tilgan.
Masalan, ta’lim jarayonida «axborot iste’moli madaniyati» ni tarbiyalashda darsliklar
asosiy manba sifatida ko‘rsatilgan.

Fan sohalari yuzasidan ilmiy tadqiqot ishlariga oid axborotlar bilan ishlay olish

ta’lim oluvchilarda axborotlar bilan ishlay olish kompetensiyasining tarkib
topganligini talab qiladi. Fan sohalariga oid o‘quv axborotlarida real voqea-hodisalar
va dalillar aks etadi. Fan sohalari yuzasidan ilmiy tadqiqot ishlariga oid axborotlarning
ta’lim jarayoniga tatbiq etilishi muhim. Bu talabalarning fanga oid ma’lumotlar
bazasiga ega bo‘lish va ulardan o‘quv faoliyati davomida axborot sifatida foydalana
olish imkonini beradi. Fan va ta’limga oid axborotlar deganda barcha ilmiy-texnik,
ilmiy ta’limiy hamda ixtiro va patentlarga oid xujjatlar nazarda tutiladi. Fan va ta’limga
oid axborotlarni uzluksiz ta’limga joriy qilishda o‘quvchilar yosh xususiyatiga mosligi,
fan tarmog‘iga mansubliligi, yaxlitligi va hajmi, ulardan foydalana olish imkoniyatlari,
axborotning bahosi (iqtisodiy, ijtimoiy, xavfsizlik nuqtai nazaridan qiymatlari) hisobga
olinadi.

Talabaning axborotlar bilan ishlash kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish jarayonini fan

sohalariga oid bo‘lgan axborotlar bilan ta’minlash fundamental axborotlar zaxirasini
yaratish omili sifatida o‘rganilib, bilimlarni tegishli sohalar bo‘yicha yangiliklar bilan
muntazam to‘ldirib borish, bugungi kun talabidan kelib chiqib ta’lim jarayonini zarur
o‘quv axborotlari bilan ta’minlash modeli shakllantirildi (1-rasm).

O‘quvchilarning fan sohalari yuzasidan o‘quv axborotlari bilan ishlash

kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish murakkab jarayon bo‘lib, o‘z ichiga fan mazmunini
qamrab oladigan fanga oid tayanch tushunchalarga tayanishni taqozo etadi. Tayanch
tushunchalar aniqlik ya’ni, aniq voqea-hodisalar, obektlar mohiyatini ochib berishga
xizmat qiladi. Fanga oid tayanch tushunchalarni kiritish, o‘quv axborotlari orqali
interpretatsiya qilish, tushunchalar orasidagi umumiy bog‘liqlikni topishga o‘rgatish
fanning asosiy maqsadidir.
