Abstract

This article presents the results of experimental studies of the braking process, in particular the parameters, i.e. the steady-state deceleration values and its rise time, the actual load condition of the vehicle, the presence (absence) of the anti-lock braking system (ABS), the type of road surface and condition, as well as the condition of tires, the connecting element between the vehicle and the road surface, as well as the description of seasonality according to meteorological conditions. Mathematical models determining the studied value are presented and their practical importance is described. The practicality of clarifying the methodology of studying the characteristics of the road. By introducing the correction coefficients into the main calculation methods, instructions are given to increase the reliability and objectivity of the findings in the process of road traffic incidents.

Anotatsiya

. Ushbu maqolada tormozlash jarayonining eksperimental

tadqiqotlar natijalari, xususan parametrlari, keltirilgan ya'ni barqaror holat
sekinlashuv qiymatlari va uning ko‘tarilish vaqti avtomobilning haqiqiy
yuklanganlik holati, blokirovkaga qarshi tormoz tizimi (ABS) mavjudligi (yo‘qligi),
yo‘l qoplamasining turi va holati, shuningdek, transport vositasi va yo‘l yuzasi
o‘rtasidagi bog‘lovchi element shinalarning holati shuningdek mavsumiylikni
meteorologik sharoitga qarab tavsiflanishi.O‘rganilayotgan qiymatni aniqlovchi
matematik modellar taqdim etilgan va ularning amaliy ahamiyati tasvirlangan.
Yo‘lni Yo‘lni xususiyatlarini o‘rganish metodologiyasini aniqlashtirishning
amaliyligi asosiy hisoblash usullariga tuzatish koeffitsientlarini kiritish orqali yo‘l-
transport hodisalari yo‘l-transport jarayonida topilmalarning ishonchliligi va
ob'ektivligini oshirishga qaratilgan ko‘rsatmalar berilgan.

Yo‘l xarakati xavfsizligini taminlash avtomobil transporti

faoliyatining eng muxim muammollaridan biridir. Har yili O‘zbekiston Respublikasi
yo‘llarida minglab odamlar xalok bo‘ladi, bir necha minglab odamlar jarohatlanadi
va davlat ko‘plab iqtsodiy zarar ko‘radi. Ichki ishlar vazirligi maʼlumotlariga koʻra

, 2021-yil davomida Oʻzbekistonda 10 001 ta yoʻl-transport hodisasi rasman qayd
etilgan boʻlib, ularda 2 426 kishi jabrlangan, 9 230 kishi turli darajadagi tan
jarohatlari olgan. 2022-yilda yo‘l-patrul xizmati xodimlarining statistik
malumotlariga ko‘ra 9902 ta yo‘l transport hodisasi sodir bo‘lgan ularda 2086 kishi
halok bo‘lgan va 2356 kishi jarohatlangan.[19,20,21]

2023-yilning dastlabki 7 oyida

O‘zbekiston hududida 4772 ta yo‘l-transport hodisasi qayd etilgan. Bu haqda Oliy
Majlis Senatining Mudofaa va xavfsizlik masalalari qo‘mitasi raisi Qutbiddin
Burhonovning “Xalq so‘zi” gazetasining 5-sentabrda chop etilgan maqolasida aytib
o‘tilgan[23]. Shu jumladan Surxandaryo viloyatida mingdan ortiq Yo‘l transport
xodisalari yuz bergan ko‘plab insonlarning jaroxat olishiga va halok bo‘lishiga
sabab bo‘lgan. Yo‘l harakati xavfsizligini ta'minlash bo‘yicha shunday chora-
tadbirlardan biri (YTH) yo‘l harakati hodisalar (YTH) sabablarini o‘rganishdir.
Mutaxassislar bu masala bilan avtotexnik ekspertiza davomida shug‘ullanishadi.
Xususan, O‘zbekiston hududida avtohalokat oldingi va avtohalokat davomida
haydovchining texnik qobiliyatiga ega yoki yo‘qligi haqidagi savollarni tekshirish
va javob berish baxtsiz hodisalarning oldini olish va uning xatti-harakatlari yo‘l
harakati qoidalari talablariga javob beradimi yoki yo‘qligini aniqlash imkonini
beradi [22].

Tadqiqot metodologiyasi.

M1 toifali avtomobil tormozlash jarayonining

parametrlarini hisobga olgan holda hisoblash usullari Hozirgi kunda mavjud ekspert
amaliyotida bir qator muhim kamchiliklar mavjud ayniqsa, avtomobilning barqaror
sekinlashishi va favqulodda tormozlanish vaqtida uning vaqtini ko‘payib ketishi.
Hozirgi vaqtda mutaxassislar baxtsiz hodisalarni tekshirish uchun qiymatlarni
tanlashning bir nechta variantlariga ega.

* Baxtsiz hodisa sodir bo‘lgan sharoitlarga teng bo‘lgan jarayonda

sertifikatlangan asbob va o‘lchash moslamalari yordamida to‘liq ko‘lamli tajriba
o‘tqazish.
O‘zbekistonda hozirgi vaqtda ekspert amaliyotida qo‘llanilayotgan transport
vositasining barqaror sekinlashuvining me'yoriy (o‘rtacha) qiymatlarini va uning
ko‘tarilish vaqtini qo‘llash masalasi avtotransport parkining sifat va miqdoriy
o‘zgarishi bilan bog‘liq holda juda dolzarbdir.Eksperimental tadqiqotning maqsadi
barqaror sekinlashuvning omillari va o‘lchangan qiymatlari va uning ko‘tarilish
vaqti o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni aniqlash, shuningdek, yo‘l-transport hodisalarini
tekshirish paytida qiymatlarni taxlil qilish uchun matematik modellarni olish [17].

omillar va uning ko‘tarilish vaqti aniqlandi. [2, 3, 11] va zamonaviy izlanishlardagi
ishlar[1, 4, 7, 13, 12, 18]. Aprior tartiblash usulidan foydalangan holda mualliflar
ushbu qiymatlarga eng muhim omillarning ta'sirini aniqladilar, masalan:
avtomobildagi haqiqiy yuklanganlik, blokirovkaga qarshi tormoz tizimi mavjudligi
(yo‘qligi),. yo‘l qoplamasi turi,holati va meteorologik sharoitga qarab shinalarning
mavsumiyligi. Ushbu tadqiqotda ushbu bilim sohasidagi vakolatli mutaxassislar
ishtirok etdilar va 95% ishonch bilan ta'kidlash mumkinki, ularning o‘rganilayotgan
omillarning ta'sir darajasi bo‘yicha fikrlari (1-rasm) W = 0,71 muvofiqlik
koeffitsientiga mos keladi.

Rejalashtirilgan tajribani ishlab chiqish, dastlabki ma’lumotlarni qayta ishlash

va bu ishda olingan natijalarni tahlil qilish StatGraphics statistik paketi yordamida
amalga oshirildi [5,17]. Eksperimental tadqiqotlar kunduzi Termiz shahar hududida
o‘tkazildi. Yo‘l uchastkasi tekis asfalt-beton qoplamaga ega. Tajribalarda
O‘zbekistonda ishonchli faol tormoz tizimiga ega M1 toifali eng ishonchli
avtomobillar, masalan, cobalt, tracer, lacetti, nexia3, spark kabi avtomobillar
ishtirok etdi.

olgan holda “Passajiravtotrans” SPb DUK tomonidan taqdim etilgan “Meta” ilmiy-
ishlab chiqarish korxonasining attestatsiyadan o‘tgan o‘lchov vositasidan
foydalanilgan. [6, 15, 16]. Tajriba ikki bosqichdan iborat edi - har xil harorat rejimi
va sharoitlari bilan "bahor-yoz" va "kuz-qish" davri. Regressiya modellari
tavsifining adekvatligini ta'minlash maqsadida tajriba yo‘l va meteorologik sharoit
va yil fasliga qarab 2 ta namunaga bo‘lingan, ya'ni "bahor-yoz" va "kuz-qish". Har
bir namunada 24 turdagi - "kuz-qish" va 25 - "bahor-yoz" to‘liq faktorli eksperiment
(TFE) barqaror holat sekinlashuvining kirish parametrlari uchun ysd va uning
ko‘tarilish vaqti uchun o‘tkazildi. Tajribani matematik qayta ishlash natijalariga
ko‘ra, barqaror holatdagi sekinlashuv qiymatlarining matematik modellari va uning
ko‘tarilish vaqti aniqlandi, buning natijasida M1 toifali aniq transport vositasi uchun
ushbu qiymatlarni hisoblash mumkin bo‘ldi, 1-jadvalda keltirilgan.

ko‘tarilish vaqti asoslanadi. M1 kategoriyali avtomobil yordamida to‘liq miqyosda
eksperiment o‘tkazishda ko‘zda tutilgan qiymatlarni aniqlash imkonini beradi. Stabil
