IKKILAMCHI KATARAKTANI DAVOLASHDA YAG-LAZER FIBRINOTOMIYA USULINI SAMARADORLIGINI BAHOLASH

So’nggi yillarda katarakta jarrohligi “in office” ya’ni ambulator amalga oshiriladigan operatsiya turiga aylandi, buning asosiy sabablari operatsion texnik jihozlarning va intraokulyar linza (IOL)larning yangi modellari yaratilishi hisoblanadi [1,3]. Natijada kataraktani fakoemulsifikatsiya (FEK) davolash metodida inter- va postopertiv asoratlar soni sezilarli darajada kamayishiga erishildi. Ayniqsa, akril tarkibli gidrofob intraokulyar linza (IOL) turidan foydalanish orqali ikkilamchi katarakta rivojlanish xavfini sezilarli kamayishi kuzatilgan. Buning asosiy sababi akrilli gidrofob IOL gavrning orqa kapsulasiga nisbatan to’liq yopishadi va epiteliy hujayralarining periferiyadan makazga migratsiyasiga to’sqinlik qilishi hisoblanadi. Lekin, katarakta ekstraktsiyasidan keyingi davrlarda gavharning orqa kapsulasi fibrozi yoki ikkilamchi kataraktani rivojlanishi tufayli bemorlarning ko’rish darajasida yana pasayish klinik amaliyotda 50%-60% holatlarda kuzatilmoqda. Bu turdagi asoratni davolashning eng samarali usuli YAG-lazerli dissiziyasi hisoblanadi, shuningdek, amaliyotda bu usulni lazerli fotodestruktsiya (LFD), YAG-lazerli kapsulotomiya atamalari ham sinonim sifatida ishlatiladi [2,6].
