INTRODUCTION
The development of professional-creative competence is important in the preparation of school
students for professional life. Today, innovative methods and approaches are used in the educational
system to improve the effectiveness of the educational process and educate the younger generation as
highly qualified specialists. Professional-creative competence refers to complex skills that include deep
knowledge, social skills and creative thinking skills of students in relation to their field. These abilities
are necessary not only to strengthen the theoretical knowledge of students, but also to be successful in
practical activities. The process of developing targeted professional-creative competence involves
preparing students to act in their activities with competent and creative approaches. The diversification
of educational methods and strategies necessitates the selection of effective tools for vocational training
of students. In this article, read more
METHODOLOGY
In this part, it is important to form a general idea of the existing research, approaches and methods for
the development of professional-creative competence. Many studies highlight the need to apply
innovative and interactive techniques to improve the effectiveness of the educational process. For

example, in Uzbekistan and other countries of the world, project-based teaching, interactive
educational methods and multi-stage educational approaches are widely used in order to modernize
the educational system and increase the professional training of students.
At the same time, practice-based approaches to the development of professional-creative competence,
such as practical training and laboratory work, play an important role in the development of students '
creative abilities. In terms of research methodology, methods used in the process of developing
professional-creative competence include Project-Based Training (Project-Based Learning), issue
training (Proble)
RESULTS
This section shows the effectiveness of the methods applied to the development of professional-creative
competence. In the experiments carried out during the study, it was found that the project-based
teaching method is of great importance in the development of students ' creative and analytical thinking
skills. Through this method, students were able to improve skills in solving real-life issues. For example,
projects based on the Python programming language have been effective in developing students '
coding skills. By creating simple issues in programming, such as Fibonacci numbers or algorithms,
readers have strengthened their creative approaches and found new ways for themselves on how to
solve each issue efficiently and quickly.
Also, collaborative teaching techniques, i.e. group work and community projects, have helped develop
students ' skills to work within the community and share ideas. In the process of group discussions and
joint problem solving, students received new opinions from each other and engaged in constructive
discussions among themselves. This process has also had a major impact on improving students ' social
skills. The results of the study showed that methods were effective not only in the development of
professional-creative competencies of students, but also in increasing their motivation. Students
became more active in the process of study, sought to work more independently and apply their
knowledge in practice.
The effectiveness of the methods was determined by surveys and tests carried out among students, in
which many of them were satisfied with the methods and proposed their use in future learning
processes. In addition, the results obtained with the help of methods have had a positive effect in
increasing students ' creative approaches and improving their readiness for professional activities.
These changes allowed students to develop the competency they needed to help them work successfully
in their field. The results obtained also helped to identify the approaches necessary for further
improvement of educational methods and their further expansion.
DISCUSSION
In the discussion part, an in-depth analysis of the effectiveness of methods for the development of
professional-creative competence and their role in the educational process is carried out. Research
findings have shown that project-based teaching, collaborative teaching, and interactive techniques are
effective in enhancing students ' creative and professional competencies. However, the effectiveness of
these techniques depends only on the activity of the students and their readiness to apply the
techniques correctly. In some cases, methods may not be fully effective unless students fully adopt these
techniques or provide them with sufficient motivation. Also, in the development of professional-
creative competence, the methods may not all be universally suitable for every student. For example,
some students may be more comfortable learning using hands-on activities or project work, while
others may prefer more theoretical approaches. Therefore, it is necessary to select and adapt the
methods used in education according to individual characteristics. Individual differences among

students, including reading style, motivation level, and psychological state, also affect the effectiveness
of the techniques.
In addition, in order to improve the effectiveness of methods, it is important to constantly improve the
educational programs of educational institutions, improve the skills of teachers in the introduction of
methods into practice. It is essential that teachers not only know the techniques well, but also teach
them how to give them the right approach and motivation. It is also important to provide students with
the opportunity to independently think and make creative decisions in the educational process, to
develop their professional and creative competencies. Now it is also necessary to take into account the
social and economic conditions necessary for the widespread use of these methods and approaches in
the educational system. The introduction of innovative methods requires the creation of the necessary
resources and infrastructure, increasing the capabilities of educational institutions, providing effective
educational materials and technologies for teachers and students. At the same time, in the process of
developing professional-creative competence, it is necessary to constantly revise and improve methods,
since the educational process is subject to constant changes.
In general, in order to increase the effectiveness of the methods used in the development of
professional-creative competence, it is important to constantly evaluate them, update and adapt the
methods, and also take into account the opinions of students and teachers. It is possible to further
improve the effectiveness of the educational system by putting this process in the right way.
CONCLUSION
In the summary part, the results of the study are summarized, which analyzed the important aspects
and methods of developing professional-creative competency skills for students. The study highlighted
project-based teaching, collaborative teaching, and interactive learning techniques as key techniques
that are effective in developing professional-creative competence. These techniques contribute
significantly to the enhancement of students ' creative thinking, analytical approach and teamwork
skills. It has also been found that the effectiveness of the methods is only related to their correct
application and the motivation of the students.
In general, methods aimed at developing professional-creative competence play an important role in
the preparation of students for professional life. Therefore, the effective application of these techniques
in the educational system and their continuous improvement lead to an increase in the quality of
education and strengthen the readiness of young specialists for professional activities.
