In the article, the results recorded during the pedagogical experiment on the formation of walking skills of children who cannot walk at all and who can walk a little from the nosology of 2-7-year-old children with cerebral palsy (dipligia,), statistical characteristics of these results, and this Absolute and relative changes of the characteristics during the experiment and the statistical reliability of these changes are presented.

An important role in this process is played by the activities of state authorities and administration, as well as legal services of economic entities. Legal service of these bodies and economic entities - from the process of preparation, legal expertise, adoption of draft regulatory legal acts to ensuring their implementation; conclusion, amendment, termination and execution of business contracts; ensuring the safety of property by legal means; compliance with labor legislation and strengthening labor discipline; protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the relevant authorities and business entities in courts and other organizations; takes an active part in legal education.
As you know, the role and importance of the legal service in the formation of the rule of law and civil society is increasing. Therefore, a scientific and practical analysis of issues related to the concept and essence of the legal service, the improvement of the foundations of the legal regulation of its activities, as well as the legal foundations and specifics of the activities of the legal service in foreign countries is required. In addition, there is a need to study the system, legal status and main activities of the legal service based on a new approach. Therefore, along with a systematic study of the legal service system in the Republic of Uzbekistan, its legal status, the main activities of public authorities, economic management and legal services of economic entities, there is a need to develop sound conclusions, proposals and recommendations from the point of view of legal science and practice.

Subjects of inquiry: social-economic and cultural life of Uzbekistan in the years of independence (on the example of southern viloyats), local archival materials, scientific investigation and literature.
Aim of the inquiry: integrated study, generalization and analyze of data on social economic and cultural life of Uzbekistan in the years of independence on example of southern viloyats, introduction of new archival materials and data of local press, scientific literature.
Methods of inquiry: in dissertation used historical - genetic, historical -comparative, statistical, logical and dialectical methods.
The results achieved and their novelty: special attention will be given to the definition of positive changes in social economic and cultural life of Uzbekistan in the years of independence, on example of southern viloyats of the republic. On the basic of National idea of Independence are analyzed and enlightened social economic and cultural changes in the lives of the people of Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya.
Practical value: materials and conclusions of the investigation also can be used in preparation of special courses, books and learning aids on history of Uzbekistan of modem period.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: summarized conclusions of the investigation and raised problems of it are introduced into publications in scientific journals, materials of conclusions and other issues.
Sphere of usage: materials and conclusions of the inquiry can be used on preparation of special courses, books and learning aids on modern history of Uzbekistan, reading of lectures and holding of practical classes for bachelor and master students, learning in specialty of history.

After independence focused on Uzbekistan, attention began to be paid to Uzbek football at the state level. In each region of our republic, consistent measures were taken to develop football infrastructure, raise the level of teams, and support young talents. In the years of our country's independence, a number of decrees and decisions were adopted in order to further develop the football type of sport and strengthen the legal foundations of the field. According to the implementation of these decrees and decisions, promising changes were made in the football of our country. Special attention was paid to the training of football players, improvement of training systems and ensuring their effectiveness. As a result of this, together with our clubs, our national teams have been taking part in continental and international competitions. In this article, in the years of independence, the creation of regulatory and legal bases for the promotion of football, which has a large number of fans among popular sports in our country, as well as the achievements and results of Uzbek football in this period are analyzed in detail.

The result of pedagogical training of students based on the acmeological approach, the formation of their acmeological direction is a new indicator of the quality of higher education, which should be understood as an integral preparation, and the ability of a mature specialist to constantly complicate tasks and fill the psychological resources available to a person. The ability to organize progressive professional development with an increase in the level of achievement achieved by the individual will provide effective results.
