TRADE RELATIONS OF THE EMIRATE OF BUKHARA WITH INDIA IN THE 60-80 YEARS OF XX CENTURY
The Emirate of Bukhara, considered one of the largest centers of the eastern trading world, had extensive trade relations with India during the second half of the XIX–early XX centuries. In the XIX century, the cities of Bukhara, Karshi, Termez, and Samarkand maintained regular trade links with such important trading centers of India as Peshawar, Shikapur, Bombay, and Molton, along the caravan routes passing through Kabul, Kyrat, and Kandahar. The demand for trade goods from India was high not only in the Emirate of Bukhara but also in the markets of Central Asia. The growing demand for Indian products in the markets has served as an important factor in the development of trade relations between the Emirate of Bukhara and India.

Understanding how readiness influences individual behavior in this context is crucial for managing the change effectively and maximizing employee engagement and performance. By analyzing data collected from employees involved in post-acquisition change initiatives, this study aims to uncover the relationships between readiness, individual behavior, and the successful implementation of organizational change. THE NEXUS BETWEEN COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN CONSERVATION AND LAND COVER CHANGE IN KAKAMEGA FOREST, KENYA
This study investigates the relationship between community participation in conservation efforts and land cover change in Kakamega Forest, Kenya. The objective is to understand how community involvement in conservation activities influences land cover dynamics within the forest ecosystem. Data was collected through interviews, focus group discussions, and remote sensing techniques. The findings reveal that community participation in conservation, including community-based forest management, awareness campaigns, and livelihood diversification, plays a crucial role in mitigating land cover change. The study highlights the importance of empowering local communities to actively engage in conservation initiatives as a means to safeguard the ecological integrity of Kakamega Forest.
RECORDS FROM THE EMBASSY HISTORY OF THE KHIVA KHANATE (IN THE EXAMPLE OF THE KOKAN KHANATE)
This article summarizes the history of the embassy service in Uzbekistan, its important tasks and rules of procedure, as well as the information based on the sources of mutual diplomatic relations between Khiva and Kokan khanates, which existed in the territory of our country in the middle ages, in 1806-1842. It focuses on the “embassy service”, i.e., the ceremonies of welcoming and receiving ambassadors, ambassadors’ skills, mutual relations, based on primary sources.
AN INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATION STRATEGY TO ENHANCE BRAND AWARENESS AMONG MILLENNIAL CONSUMERS
This study aims to explore the effectiveness of an integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategy in increasing brand awareness among millennial consumers. The millennial generation represents a significant consumer segment with distinct characteristics and communication preferences. The study focuses on developing and implementing a comprehensive IMC strategy that combines various communication channels, including social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, and experiential marketing, to engage millennial consumers and enhance brand awareness. The research utilizes a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data from surveys and qualitative insights from interviews to assess the impact of the IMC strategy on brand awareness. The findings provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of IMC in reaching and influencing millennial consumers and offer practical implications for marketers seeking to target this demographic.

This review aims to explore the concept of irrational decision-making, highlight common biases and pitfalls that lead to irrational choices, and discuss the potential consequences of such decision-making processes. By synthesizing the existing literature, this review provides insights into the dangers of irrationality in decision-making and emphasizes the importance of promoting rational decision-making approaches.
