EMOTSIONAL MARKETING VA MIJOZLARNING QAROR QABUL QILISH JARAYONI

Ushbu ishda zamonaviy marketingda tobora muhim o‘rin egallayotgan emotsional marketing konsepsiyasi va uning mijozlarning xarid qilish qarorlariga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishi yoritiladi. Tadqiqotda inson ongining hissiy va mantiqiy qaror qabul qilish mexanizmlari asosida emotsional reklama vositalarining samaradorligi tushuntirilgan. Coca-Cola, Apple, TOMS Shoes kabi brendlar misolida hissiyotlar orqali iste’molchida qanday munosabat shakllantirilishi, mijoz sodiqligini qanday oshirish mumkinligi ko‘rsatiladi. Emotsional marketing – bu mahsulotni emas, balki mijozning o‘ziga bo‘lgan munosabatini ijobiy tomonga o‘zgartirish orqali savdoni oshirish strategiyasidir. Ishda ushbu yondashuvning asosiy usullari, real hayotiy misollar va ularning psixologik izohlari asosida tahlil o‘tkazilgan.
