IMPROVING THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AND THE
INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL AREA WITH THE USE OF
"CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES" IN FORENSIC MEDICINE TEACHING

ANNOTATION: Cloud technologies (in English, cloud services, cloud
technologies) are currently a broad term, the main content of which is the provision
of certain types of software services using a program or software package not on the
user's device, but on the service provider's device through the Internet.
Keywords: Cloud technologies, educational technologies, distance learning.
Cloud technologies include file storage, file processing, data analysis, and so
on. The most common cloud services are Dropbox - file storage service, Google Docs
- office applications, SalesForce - CRM and ERP systems. In most cases, the user
needs to have an internet connection and a browser to use cloud services.
It is gratifying that there is an increase in the number of domestic
manufacturers providing cloud services from Uzbekistan. One of them is
FileCloud.uz, which provides you with the ability to safely and stably store files, such
as documents, photos and videos, e-books, and in general, important files you need
on the cloud. This means that you can now save necessary files not on flash drives or
CDs, but on "cloud" storage, which is larger in size and has a wide range of
capabilities. The main features provided to users include: storing files in the specified
"cloud" storage, syncing them between their devices, viewing, modifying, deleting,
restoring files in their location, allowing third parties to view and modify them, and
writing comments.
When using cloud technologies, FileCloud.uz has four different tariff plans.
The first of them is called "Free" and, as its name suggests, users of this tariff
are served without any payment. You just register and start using it - amazing, right?
In this case, users will be provided with a total of 500 megabytes of space in the virtual

space of FileCloud.uz. The size of a single file uploaded to it should not exceed 100
MB. However, your files are encrypted and stored using the 256-bit AES method,
access is made through an SSL channel, and remote deletion capabilities are fully
provided.
The next plan is "Student," which offers you more options than those offered
in the above plan. In particular, a total of 5 gigabytes of space will be allocated to
users of this tariff plan. The size of a single file can be up to 1 gigabytes. If you are
on this plan, you will also have the opportunity to restore your file in the storage
within 30 days after you delete it yourself. You will also be able to see the activity
history of your files over the past 30 days. In addition, your files will be stored in the
"cloud" for 10 days after your subscription expires. If you renew your subscription
during the same period, you'll still be able to access your previous files. If you need
to give access to your file to a friend, colleague, or partner, you can provide them with
a password and links that are valid only for a certain period. The monthly subscription
for the "Talaba" tariff plan is 10,000 soums, but if you subscribe for one year, you
can also pay 7,000 soums per month as a discount.
In the next tariff plan - "Freelancer," in addition to the above, more benefits
will be provided. In particular, it provides 10 gigabytes of storage space for your files.
You can upload up to 2 gigabytes of files to this space. From there, you will have the
opportunity to restore your deleted files within the next 60 days. You can also see the
activity history of your cloud storage files over the past 60 days. In addition, your
files will be stored without deletion for 20 days after the end of your subscription to
the "Freelancer" tariff plan, and if you continue using the service "from where it came
from" during this period, these files will remain as you left them. In accordance with
these possibilities, the subscription cost for the "Freelancer" tariff plan is 15,000
soums per month. If you register a one-time annual subscription, you will pay 10,000
soums per month with a discount.
And if the fourth is in the "Family" tariff plan, then the possibilities of all the
above-mentioned tariffs will be provided in a more expanded form. That is, you will
have 50 gigabytes of the virtual space of the service, and the size of each uploaded

file will be up to 10 gigabytes. The deadlines for restoring files deleted from the
service and viewing file modification history have also been extended to 90 days in
this tariff plan. The monthly fee for the tariff is set at 40,000 soums, but if you
subscribe annually, you will receive a discount of 30,000 soums per month.
The advantages of the FileCloud.uz service in the use of cloud technologies
are as follows.
All files uploaded to the service are protected using 256-bit encryption. So,
you shouldn't worry about breaking into them, changing your files without your
permission, TAS-IX - high speed and free traffic, that is, the FileCloud.uz service is
located in this area. Naturally, the speed is also much higher than external internet -
therefore, there are no problems with uploading, downloading, and modifying files.
Payments in national currency are made in sums. Naturally, depending on the type of
file you upload to "cloud space," its size can also vary. Based on this, as well as taking
into account the technical aspects of the service, the possibility of uploading files of
the corresponding size at different tariffs has been introduced, and, as mentioned
above, you can allow your partners, colleagues, or friends to view, modify, and
download files stored on FileCloud.uz. This is considered confidential, and the link
for access to the file is unique, has a password you set, is valid only for a certain
period, and you can work together with your partners on a common folder from
different locations. This allows you to save time, communicate and work in real time
with good understanding of each other. You can modify your office files in place
without downloading them to your computer. This is especially useful when you're
on the bus or in other uncomfortable situations - you can access the service on your
smartphone and make necessary changes to your files along the way. The fact that
several people can make changes to a document file at the same time is a great
opportunity. You can work online with a partner who has granted access to your files
simultaneously, but from different locations - you can prepare the text of that
document together. Preview can be performed without downloading an audio, video,
or photo file uploaded to the service. To restore deleted files, the ability to restore

deleted files is provided to users of three tariff plans, with a period of 10, 20, or 30
days, respectively.
Considering the above, the use of cloud technologies in teaching the subject
"Management Risk" serves as a basis for storing the materials provided to students by
professors and teachers, as well as for working on self-improvement.
