The article examines the issues of introducing international quality management in light industry, including in the garment and knitwear industry, examines the positive experience in this matter accumulated in the Andijan region, especially in the provision of standardization and certification of products to assess their compliance, as well as metrological requirements. The activities of enterprises that have implemented quality management are analyzed and the economic efficiency of their work is determined. The conclusions and proposals for further strengthening the methodological and scientific research of this problem are presented.

Organization of leisure of the population in the cities of Karakalpakstan in 1960-1980sis analyzed in the article as well as the meaning of the ‘leisure’ term is determined. The cultural leisure of townspeople was sufficiently divorced. The organization of the leisure was based not only on the party and state directions, but on active amateur involvement of the population groups in cultural life of the regions. Development of city infrastructure and increase of living standards of the population required improvement in all fields of industry and livelihood of the society. The peculiarity of leisure organization for Soviet citizens is uncovered in the article. It differs by its ideological purpose and intension to involve citizens into achievement of the goals stated by the government for the industrial enterprises. The methodology of the research is based on local materials. In this research we focused on specifics and problems of leisure and recreation activities of Karakalpak region during the studied period of time. The scientific novelty of the research is that the research of the leisure and recreation activities within the period from 1960’s to 1980’s has been studied for the first time in Karakalpakstan. The social problems of the region and ways to solve these problems by the government of the Republic were studied on the basis of statistic data, archives and articles of that period.

Over the two decades of the implementation of the State Program for Reforming the Health System of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a number of large-scale transformations have been carried out in the country, among which, perhaps, the most grandiose was the creation of the National model of maternal and child health care in the Republic of Uzbekistan "Healthy mother - healthy child". As part of these transformations, the service of pediatric anesthesiology and resuscitation has undergone a noticeable transformation. Moreover, this transformation turned out to be multi-vector. Given the satellite nature of the anesthesiology and resuscitation service in general, and the pediatric anesthesiology and resuscitation service in particular, these changes were mainly induced, that is, in fact, they were an adaptation to reforms in basic services - pediatric surgery, and with the creation of a perinatological service - and obstetrics and gynecology.

This article states that, unlike compulsory health insurance, voluntary health insurance is based on the freedom of contract, agreement of the parties and voluntary determination of the insured event, insurance conditions, types of medical services provided, sum insured. Therefore, the concept and features of the contract of voluntary medical insurance, the procedure for its conclusion, the importance of determining the subject of the contract are investigated. Also important is the role of the voluntary medical insurance contract in the system of insurance relations, the procedure and conditions for its application in the legislation and the formation of a special legal framework governing these relations. The article analyzes the concept and features of a medical insurance contract.

The search for new sources of highiy active drugs based on iocai raw materials is an urgent task of modern science, it is known that iicorice root is widely used in various sectors of the economy, the main component of it is glycyrrhizic acid. The presence of anti-inflammatory activity, iow toxicity and iack serious side effects make new synthetic derivative of glycyrrhizic acid promising for medicine compounds.

The purpose of the study. To study the antiulcer activity glycerinate on an experimental model of neurogenic uicers caused by 24-hour immobilization of animals and to identity the mechanism of antiulcer activity.
