Introduction.

In today's globalization environment, one of the most pressing issues facing

the education system is to preserve national values, while harmonizing them
with the world cultural heritage, and to form a high aesthetic taste, civic
consciousness, and patriotic feelings in students. In this regard,

artistic

pedagogy (i.e., education

and upbringing through art ) and

the

internationalization of patriotism

(integration of patriotic ideas in the

international context) are closely related processes. Bringing national patriotism
to the international arena, that is,

the internationalization of patriotism

,

means not only “pride in one's homeland”, but also harmonizing this idea with
the interests of all humanity. The concept of global citizenship, which is being
formed in the 21st century, requires the younger generation, along with loyalty

to their nation , to establish tolerant and constructive relations with other
nations, cultures and states, and to take a responsible approach to transnational
problems. From this context, when patriotism is expressed through artistic
pedagogical means, it acquires a much deeper, more stable and universalized
educational, moral and social status.

Related Literature.

the "ethics of care" of the American educator Nellie Noddings , the humane

attitude towards the student , empathy and moral education are at the heart of
the educational process. She sees artistic pedagogy as the main tool for ensuring
emotional and intellectual harmony in children. Noddings interprets education
not as a set of abstract knowledge, but as a process that develops care, empathy
and spiritual closeness between people. These aspects are inextricably linked
with patriotic education: the child's love for his culture, people, history, and a
sense of responsibility for them are formed precisely through the ethics of care .
Thus, the upbringing of an aesthetic understanding of national values and a
sense of responsibility for their preservation in a child through artistic pedagogy
is one of the main pillars of the internationalization of patriotism. Howard
Gardner's famous " Multiple Intelligences" theory allows enriching art pedagogy
through individual approaches. According to him , human thinking is manifested
in various forms - musical, visual, linguistic, kinesthetic, interpersonal and
intrapersonal intelligences. In this approach, art education individually forms
the aesthetic consciousness of each student. Patriotism, on the other hand,
emerges as a social projection of this identity: a person comprehends his
cultural roots through art and determines his moral and civic position in relation
to them. Adapting educational programs based on Gardner's theory creates an
important theoretical basis for the integration of artistic and aesthetic education
and patriotic values. This, in turn, contributes to the universalization of
patriotism, that is, its internationalization. Modern Dutch educator Gert Biesta
analyzes education based on three main functions: knowledge , socialization and
subjectivization . In particular, he considers the development of subjectivity to
be the most important task of modern education. In this theory, the student is
not only a learner, but also a subject who forms his position in the social and
cultural space . Through artistic pedagogy, aesthetic sensitivity, individual views
and the ability to reflect are strengthened, which is an important factor in
strengthening subjectivity. A person formed in this way not only respects the
historical and cultural heritage of his nation, but also acquires the ability to
enter into interactive dialogue with world cultures. This creates the basis for the

internationalization of patriotic consciousness. In Henry Giroux's theory of
"critical pedagogy" , the central role is played by encouraging students to
socially critical thinking, civic activism and politically conscious participation
through art, literature and culture. Giroux describes education not only as a
provider of facts, but also as a field of "struggle for freedom". He considers
artistic pedagogy to be a key tool in educating the younger generation about
social injustice, historical oppression, colonialism , and contemporary global
issues. Patriotism here is not just a romantic sentiment, but a national pride
based on critical consciousness, combined with social justice, social equality ,
and moral responsibility. In this approach, patriotism promotes not only cultural
identity, but also universal human values, in the process of internationalization.

Research Methodology.

Artistic pedagogy shapes students' feelings, worldview, and thinking

through aesthetic images. In this process, the idea of patriotism is not just a
conceptual concept, but also

a psychological experience, emotional

impression, aesthetic value.

is expressed as. For example, the motifs of

national pride, identity, and historical memory in the works of poets such as
Alisher Navoi, Erkin Vohidov, and Abdulla Oripov awaken a high level of
emotional attachment to the Motherland in the hearts of young people. Dramatic
images on the theater stage, feature films about the war, and historical scenes in
the visual arts affect students not only on an informational but also emotional
level. Works of art are “aesthetic truth,” that is, the younger generation perceives
the concept of the Motherland not only through intellectual perception, but also
through emotional experiences. It is this mechanism that puts artistic pedagogy
above other educational methods.

For young people, patriotism is a sense of identity, finding one's place in

society , and a responsible approach to the future. This process occurs directly
through aesthetic socialization. Artistic images, especially works glorifying
heroism, selflessness, historical figures , and national values, create a unique
"mental map" in the minds of young people. On this map, the concept of the
Motherland is formed through emotional, historical, and cultural components.
For a young student, historical and artistic images such as Sanjarbek, Temurids,
Zulfiyakhanim, and Hamid Olimjon are not only historical figures, but also

aesthetic models of patriotic ideals

. Through these images, the process of

adopting national identity is accelerated, personal identification is formed. In
this process, aesthetic taste and moral values are synthesized, and civic

consciousness is formed. Therefore, artistic education, especially in adolescence,
is of great importance in the formation of a personal and moral position.

The integrity of historical memory plays a special role in the formation of

patriotism. Artistic pedagogy teaches historical truths not only through facts, but
also through

aesthetic reconstruction - that is, through artistic expression.

It is more effective to give young people the opportunity to experience historical
events through literary and artistic images than to tell them about them. For
example, rather than statistical information about the Second World War , the
images of naive patriotism in Erkin Vohidov's "Qarako'z Majnun", Ozod
Sharafiddinov's literary and analytical essays about the war, or the film "Shum
Bola" have a deeper impact on the younger generation. Through this, historical
memory is not only preserved, but also deeply penetrated into the emotional,
psychological, and social layers through

aesthetic perception

. The artistic

depiction of historical reality restores cultural heritage and reflects it in the
minds of young people as a modern value.

and methods to foster patriotism through artistic pedagogy . An integrated

approach in this process - that is, teaching literature, history, art, and music in a
way that connects them - gives effective results. The “Let's Sing for the
Motherland” competitions held in schools, theater-based lessons, poetry
evenings, essay competitions on the theme of patriotism - all of this is aimed at
forming civic consciousness through artistic and aesthetic means. Another
important aspect is the personal cultural level and artistic taste of the teacher.
Such a teacher awakens not only knowledge, but also emotions, perception,
memory and aesthetic consciousness in students. Therefore, the formation of
patriotism through artistic pedagogy requires a systematic methodology,
professional training and a creative approach.

Analysis And Results.

In the spiritual climate of today's young generation, the formation of

spiritual layers should be carried out not only through external social
motivation, but also through the internal psychic system of the individual. The
main advantage of artistic pedagogy is that it penetrates the deep layers of the
individual's consciousness - through aesthetic experience, emotional resonance,
psychological association and metaphorical perception. The formation of a
patriotic spirit through such a methodology activates such complex
psychological mechanisms as internal trust, identification and self-reflection
(self-awareness). The emotional resonance created by pictorial elements
depicting the beauty of the homeland landscape, beautiful lines spoken in the

native language, and ancient melodies awakens a "national identity" in the mind.
This , from the point of view of modern psychopedagogy, is the main source of
formation of stable social qualities. In modern pedagogical practice, the
influence of artistic means on the formation of a patriotic spirit does not remain
at the level of passive reception. On the contrary, their interactivity encourages
young people to actively involve, aesthetically express their thoughts, and create
a new artistic model. In particular,

digital art tools , graphic novels , virtual

museum exhibitions , cross-platform art projects

- all of these involve

students in an immersive (internally participatory) way in the cultural and
historical context. In this way, young people not only receive ready-made
information, but also create, express opinions, and argue based on the national
idea. Such a multimodal learning environment ensures the formation of the
concept of the Motherland in the young person's personality in its multi-layered,
socio-economic, aesthetic, and philosophical aspects.

The observational and analytical perspectives that young people bring to

artistic works activate their

metacognitive reflection

—the ability to observe,

analyze , and consciously control their own thought processes. This aspect acts
as a bridge that transfers patriotism from internal understanding to external
social action. For example, after analyzing a historical-artistic image, a student
compares it with their own life values, sees its achievements and shortcomings,
and learns from historical mistakes. This leads to the emergence of a newly
formed, critically-englishly based model of patriotism in the national
consciousness. In particular, through artistic-metaphorical thinking, young
people learn to analyze social phenomena not only in their superficial
appearance , but also in their historical-moral context. Thus, aesthetic
consciousness and metacognitive activity are combined, giving rise to a high-
level cultural-patriotic reflex.

Conclusion.

The above analysis shows that artistic pedagogy is one of the most

important and effective tools in forming a patriotic spirit among young people. It
not only provides aesthetic education or cultural literacy, but also develops

civic

consciousness, national identity, historical memory, social responsibility
and moral position.

It also develops. Through art and literature, the concept of

the Motherland is formed in the young soul as a spiritual and aesthetic
phenomenon, which leads it to stable and conscious patriotism. Therefore,
patriotic education based on artistic pedagogy in the education system is of
