Аннотация

Dental caries in children is a more serious health problem due to the high prevalence of the disease and the low efficiency of the treatment and prevention measures. At the same time, the trends in the formation and development of dental morbidity in the child population under conditions of an increased anthropotechnogenic load of the urban environment, as well as the planning and implementation of comprehensive programs for the prevention of dental diseases,adequate to the degree of stress in the sanitary and hygienic situation and environmental problems require further clarification. Improvement of preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures based on the study of monitoring dental morbidity, aimed at reducing the prevalence and intensity of caries in children, determines the relevance of the problem chosen for the study, the solution of which is of extremely important scientific and practical importance.

Research materials and methods

. The work was carried out at the Department

of Pediatric Therapeutic Dentistry and Polyclinic TDSI. 55 children aged 12 to 18
years diagnosed with chronic catarrhal gingivitis were examined. All participants in
the study were provided with professional hygiene (removal of dental caries,
superficial and subcutaneous stones, polishing of old fillings). The children were
divided into 2 groups. The first used conventional and the second complex (Hepilor
drug) treatment.

The results obtained

As a result, an algorithm for diagnosis and complex treatment using the drug

Hepilor was developed;

2.

Use of the drug Hepilor shortened the recovery period of inflamed tissue (5-

6 days);

3.

Administration of Hepilor in children with ChCG complex treatment was 3

times more effective than in the comparison group.

Conclusion.

Thus, treatment with the drug Hepilor showed maximum

effectiveness after receiving the results of periodontal and oral mucosal studies in
adolescents with lesions of various nature.

measures. At the same time, the trends in the formation and development of dental

Relevance:

Treatment of injuries of the dentoalveolar region in children often

causes difficulties for the dentist, worries the child and the parents. Traumatic
damage to teeth is more common as an independent type of trauma in children. Tooth
trauma is understood as violations of the anatomical integrity of the tooth,
surrounding tissues or changes in the position of the tooth in the dentition.

According to both domestic and foreign authors, every 3-4 children are

susceptible to acute dental trauma to one degree or another. Most cases are caused
by falls or accidents while playing or playing sports. More often, damage occurs in
boys. Deep incisal overlap is a predisposing factor. An incisal overlap of 3-6 mm
doubles the incisor injury rate compared to 0-3 mm. An incisal overlap of more than
6 mm increases the risk by 3 times.

Currently, in children from 1 to 5 years old, diseases of the oral mucosa are

widespread stomatitis and dental caries. Currently, in children from 1 to 5 years old,

For the prevention and treatment of these diseases, you can use the dental

cleaning capsule "Aerodent". Currently, there are an increasing variety of dental
cleaning products for children, but their ineffectiveness and difficulty in using
results in an increase in infectious diseases of the oral cavity, stomatitis and dental
caries. According to A. Cameron, R. Widmer, 2003, the incidence of 22% of
children is injured in permanent teeth before the age of 14. The ratio of boys and
girls is 2: 1. The greatest number of cases is observed at the age of 8-10 years. Mostly
the upper anterior teeth are damaged. More often one tooth is damaged. Diagnosing
the degree of tooth damage after a stroke is difficult.

The treatment of injuries involving pulp damage or tooth displacement is

always risky, as its consequences are unpredictable. The choice of treatment tactics
will depend on the nature of the injury, opening the pulp chamber, maintaining the
viability of the pulp and the growth zone, the stage of root formation, and the timing
of admission to the clinic after injury. In addition, damage to the apical vessels can
lead to the death of periodontal tissues and disrupt the growth and formation of the
tooth root. The largest number of errors is associated with the treatment of teeth with
immature roots. The principles of treating dental trauma in adults are not always
valid for children. This requires a differentiated approach to dental treatment,
depending on the degree of root formation in length.

The advantages of "Aerodent" are as follows:

The cleaning capsule uses a medicated extract instead of water.

Our utility model is multi-chambered, that is, it has 30 tubes that facilitate

cleaning of teeth from all surfaces of the tooth and dental spaces.

The main function of our model is fast and high-quality treatment of purulent

inflammation of the oral cavity.

Using the cleaning capsule is a very simple and one-step process and can be

used by children.

It can be used as a toothbrush to neutralize acids and maintain the normal

biological environment of the oral cavity.

This useful model can be used in dentistry and otolaryngology for washing

teeth and oral cavity. The cleaning capsule can be used for the treatment and
prevention of oral stomatitis, trophic wounds, damage to the mucous membrane,
dental caries and organic changes in the hard tissues of the teeth.

The main purpose of using cleaning capsules:

Cleaning and neutralizing acids from tooth surfaces after meals.

Normalization of ph environment in the oral cavity.

Restoration of oral eobiosis and reduction of pathogenic microorganisms.

Preservation of the organotrophy of teeth and gums.

Correct formulation of fast, cheap, effective treatment and prevention of dental

caries and stomatitis. Dental capsule "Aerodent" consists of 2 parts “mouthguard
corresponding to the shape of the dental sulcus” and “ampoule for the extract”.

These parts of the cleaning capsule are interconnected and are used to clean the

contact surfaces of the teeth (fnsiec сontactus), preserve the internal ph environment,
and normalize the eobiosis of the oral cavity.

The ampoule for the extract is a special hermetic vessel, it has a tube through

which the extract passes into the capa vessels under high pressure. The ampoule can
be made of nickel or silicone. The volume of the ampoule is 800 cm3 and contains
800 ml of liquid.

A single use consumes 10 ml of liquid, which means that it can be used about

80 times. The liquid comes out of the ampoule in the form of an aerosol. It is used
by children after meals to maintain the constancy of the dentition, and to reduce food
residues and pathogenic microorganisms in the oral cavity. Using the "Aerodent",
the child puts on a mouthguard and presses the aerosol button, with the extract
released under high pressure cleans the teeth of the upper jaw from top to bottom
and the lower jaw from bottom to top.

Purpose of the study:

Now in the world they use Water flosser (WP-660E2-

instruction-manual.pdf) and DENTAL SPA water floss irrigator, they are used not
for the treatment of diseases of the oral cavity and teeth, but only for their prevention.
The "Aerodent" model is different from them.

Material and methods.

The composition of the extract is a liquid suspension,

a tincture, and a clear liquid; to determine the type and composition of the extract,
the type of disease, stage, patient's condition, age and purpose of use are taken into
account.

Depending on the type and condition of the disease, the composition of the

ampoule liquid is determined:

The dental capsule can be used by children from 4 years of age. Use after meals,

putting on a mouthguard, press the aerosol button. In this case, the released aerosol
spreads from the dental cavities throughout the oral cavity.

Indications for the use of dental capsules: for prophylaxis before and after

dental lesions and diseases of the oral cavity, stomatitis, gingivitis, periodontal
disease, inflammation of the oral mucosa, caries, cleaning and prevention of the
formation of yellow plaques in the coronal part of the tooth, to protect the oral cavity
from pathogenic microorganisms.

Contraindications to the use of dental capsules: mainly for surgical operations

performed in the oral cavity, acute focal and widespread purulent inflammation, with
acid and thermal burns of the oral cavity and in children with non-erupted teeth.

Research results:

30 patients used this capsule, 20 patients often suffered from

stomatitis and were used to treat stomatitis, and the remaining 10 were used for the
prevention and maintenance of the normal biological environment of the oral cavity.
Patients who often suffered from stomatitis, after using the capsules, the last three
months, the disease has not been observed.

The users for the prevention and maintenance of the normal biological

environment of the oral cavity, supporting "Aerodent" said that they had problems
with the capsule during sleep.

Conclusion:

Currently, for a quick, effective, harmless and cheap treatment

and prevention of dental caries and stomatitis in children and adults, you can use a
cleaning tooth capsule. Dental capsule "Aerodent" provides a clean environment in
the oral cavity, normal condition of teeth and oral mucosa. Patients breathe freely
and feel clean cold air. Antibacterial agents kill pathogenic microorganisms.
