CLINICAL AND IMMUNOLOGICAL EFFECT OF THE TREATMENT METHODS IN
THE PASSAGE OF ALLERGIC RHINITIS IN CHILDREN WITH HYMENOLEPIDOSIS
Igamova Munavvar Abdullaevna
Bukhara State Medical Institute.
Resume
. In recent years, in modern sources devoted to the issues of allergic rhinitis (AR), there are
frequent indications of the combination of this disease with hymenolepidosis of the gastrointestinal tract
(GIT). In hymenolepidosis, the microbiome of the gastrointestinal tract is disturbed, and all its
departments are often involved in this process.
The purpose of the study
is to analyze the dynamics of the main clinical and laboratory parameters
in children with hymenolepidosis on antiparasitic and complex therapy.
Materials and methods.
At the
detection stage, children suffering from chronic and hereditary diseases (according to parents) were
excluded from the examined group. If it is not possible to study the material immediately, its conservation
method is used. The principle of detection of intestinal worms by the method of conservation in feces is
based on the long-term preservation of the main morphological characteristics of the worm, especially
cysts (amoebae, giardia, balantidia).
Results and their discussion
: When examining the results of the study, the clinical characteristics of
hymenolepidosis in children of the Bukhara region were determined. The study of the dynamics of the
blood composition of the population of immunological indicators of patients with AR after treatment of
hymenolepidosis with only antiallergic or antiparasitic drugs showed that, despite the tendency to correct
the identified deviations, in some cases it is clearly insufficient and does not lead to the normalization of
immunological indicators. As a result, hymenolepidosis in children often occurs in hot climates, and it
depends on the anatomical and physiological characteristics of the young child's div, his age, and the
degree of progression of the main disease. Thus, hymenolepidosis leads to a violation of the immune
system, the appearance and development of various secondary diseases, and its manifestation according
to the degree of progression of the main disease.
Conclusion
: Hymenolepidosis in children leads to the appearance and development of various
secondary diseases, characterized by a specific clinical course. The recurrence of the development of
various secondary diseases in children is clearly related to the severity of the course of hymenolepidosis.
