The efficiency of the investment and construction process plays an important role in the sustainable development of the economy of Uzbekistan. In world practice, the use of development services in organizing this process is giving positive results. The article discusses the need to develop development activities in the conditions of Uzbekistan, its organizational and economic advantages, differences from the traditional model, and directions for adapting it to the national construction system. The experience of foreign countries is also analyzed and priority areas for implementing development activities in accordance with the economy of Uzbekistan are substantiated.References
