Аннотация

Traditional risk factors are not sufficient to explain the increasing rates of arterial hypertension, and attempts to control the problem show that traditional measures may not yet be sufficient or decisive[1,6]. The modern literature puts forward theories that substantiate the influence of the pathogenetics of inflammatory mechanisms on the development of hypertension. There is much experimental and clinical evidence that arterial hypertension is associated with inflammation and activation of immune cells, which are two main processes caused by oxidative stress[3].

Relevance.

Traditional risk factors are not sufficient to explain the increasing rates of

arterial hypertension, and attempts to control the problem show that traditional measures
may not yet be sufficient or decisive[1,6]. The modern literature puts forward theories that
substantiate the influence of the pathogenetics of inflammatory mechanisms on the
development of hypertension. There is much experimental and clinical evidence that arterial
hypertension is associated with inflammation and activation of immune cells, which are two
main processes caused by oxidative stress[3].

Based on numerous studies to date, it can be said that H.pylori has been studied for its

etiological relationship with many diseases other than gastrointestinal diseases[4,5].
According to scientist Yannis Hanturas, in addition to smoking, genetics and diet, H.pylori has
been considered a potential risk factor for hypertension in recent years[2]. However, there
are many scientific studies that contradict this idea and show positive results. Unity.
Scientists' studies have shown that there is a clear link between H.pylori and hypertension,
Hartog L's studies have shown that there is a weak link between them and it does not have a
statistically significant indicator, while there is no link between them. These results certainly
require in-depth analysis, since the selection criteria for the object, the age of the selection
group, and the methods used should be taken into account[4,6].

Target:

Study of distribution Helicobacter pylori among patients with hypertension.

Materials and research methods.

The study was conducted at the clinic of the Bukhara

State Medical Institute.A total of 17 patients with arterial hypertension were examined. Cross-
sectional observational study of the prevalence of Helicobacter pylori among patients with an
established diagnosis of arterial hypertension. Indicates a tendency for a higher frequency of
infection in elderly patients. Standard ¹³C-urea breath test. The patient was given a ¹³C-urea
solution (75 mg in 100 ml of water) on an empty stomach. Exhaled air was collected before
and after 30 min. Δδ ≥ 4 ‰ was considered a positive result.

Results.

When analyzing patientsA positive breath test result for H. pylori (≥ 4 ‰) was

obtained in 10 patients (58.8%), and a negative result (< 4 ‰) was obtained in 5 patients
(29.4%). In 2 cases, data were missing. Among men (n = 5), infection was confirmed in 2
(40%). Among women (n = 10), it was confirmed in 8 (80%). The mean age of infected was
64.7 ± 8.2 years; uninfected: 59.0 ± 7.5 years. The difference indicates a higher prevalence of
H. pylori among women in the cohort. The mean age of infected was 64.7 years, while that of
uninfected was 59.0 years.

Conclusion:

The results of the study showed that in patients with hypertensionThe high

frequency of H.pylori in patients with hypertension may indicate the involvement of chronic
infection in the pathogenesis and maintenance of vascular inflammation. Further large studies

are needed to assess the effect of H. pylori eradication on blood pressure control and
