Аннотация

Selen mikroelementi inson organizmida zarur bo‘lib, u gormonlar faoliyatini ta'minlash va endokrin tizimning sog‘lom ishlashida muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Selen yetishmovchiligi turli kasalliklar, jumladan, metabolik va gormonal muammolarni keltirib chiqarishi mumkin. Ushbu tezisda selenning gormonlar faoliyatiga ta’siri, gormonlar ishlab chiqarish va muvozanatini saqlashdagi ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqiladi.

Selen mikroelementi inson organizmida zarur bo‘lib, u gormonlar faoliyatini ta'minlash

va endokrin tizimning sog‘lom ishlashida muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Selen yetishmovchiligi turli
kasalliklar, jumladan, metabolik va gormonal muammolarni keltirib chiqarishi mumkin.
Ushbu tezisda selenning gormonlar faoliyatiga ta’siri, gormonlar ishlab chiqarish va
muvozanatini saqlashdagi ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqiladi.

Selen va tireoid gormonlari

:

Tireoid gormonlari (T3 va T4) organizmdagi metabolizm va

energetik holatni boshqarishda muhimdir. Selen, tireoid gormonlarining sintezida ishtirok
etadi va ularning faoliyatini yaxshilaydi. Selen yetishmovchiligi tireoid funktsiyasining
pasayishiga olib kelishi, metabolik jarayonlarni sekinlashtirishi va turli kasalliklarning
rivojlanishiga sabab bo‘lishi mumkin. Selenning antioksidant xususiyatlari, tireoid
hujayralarini oksidlanishdan himoya qiladi.

Selen va jinsiy gormonlar

:

Selen, erkaklarda testosteron va ayollarda estrogen darajasini

boshqarishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Selen yetishmovchiligi reproduktiv salomatlikka ta’sir
ko‘rsatadi, erkaklarda spermatozoidlar sifatini pasaytiradi va ayollarda menstruatsiya siklini
buzishi mumkin. Shuningdek, selenning gormonlar ishlab chiqarishidagi roli, reproduktiv
tizim kasalliklarining oldini olishga yordam beradi.

Selen va insulin

:

Insulin darajasini boshqarish, selenning muhim vazifalaridan biridir.

Selen yetishmovchiligi insulin sezgirligini pasaytirishi va qandli diabet xavfini oshirishi
mumkin. Selenning metabolik jarayonlardagi ta’siri, insulin ishlab chiqarish va gormonlar

Stress holatlarida kortizol darajasining oshishi organizmga

salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Selen, stressga qarshi reaksiya va kortizol darajasini boshqarishda

kurashish qobiliyatini kuchaytiradi.
