Аннотация

Ushbu tezisda implantlar o'rnatilgan bemorlarda og'iz mikroflorasini tekshirish usullarini, mikroblarga qarshi faol moddalarning va Traumel® asoslangan preparatlarning ta'sirini tahlil qiladi. Implantlar va mikroblarga qarshi preparatlarning og'iz mikroflorasiga bo'lgan ta'siri, infektsiyalar va yallig'lanishlar bilan bog'liq xavflarni kamaytirish va samarali davolash usullarini ishlab chiqish uchun muhimdir. Maqolada og'iz mikroflorasining holatini aniqlashda ishlatiladigan mikrobiologik madaniyat usuli, PCR, 16S rRNA tahlili va antibiotik sezgirlik testi kabi ilg'or usullar keltirilgan. Shuningdek, Traumel® preparatining sitotoksik ta'siri va og'iz mikroflorasiga bo'lgan ta'siri haqida ham fikrlar taqdim etiladi. Annotatsiya.

Ushbu tezisda implantlar o'rnatilgan bemorlarda og'iz mikroflorasini

tekshirish usullarini, mikroblarga qarshi faol moddalarning va Traumel® asoslangan
preparatlarning ta'sirini tahlil qiladi. Implantlar va mikroblarga qarshi preparatlarning og'iz
mikroflorasiga bo'lgan ta'siri, infektsiyalar va yallig'lanishlar bilan bog'liq xavflarni
kamaytirish va samarali davolash usullarini ishlab chiqish uchun muhimdir. Maqolada og'iz
mikroflorasining holatini aniqlashda ishlatiladigan mikrobiologik madaniyat usuli, PCR, 16S
rRNA tahlili va antibiotik sezgirlik testi kabi ilg'or usullar keltirilgan. Shuningdek, Traumel®
preparatining sitotoksik ta'siri va og'iz mikroflorasiga bo'lgan ta'siri haqida ham fikrlar taqdim
etiladi. Tadqiqotlar va amaliy yondashuvlar yordamida og'iz mikroflorasining muvozanatini
saqlash va bemorlar sog'lig'ini qo'llab-quvvatlash uchun yangi usullarni izlash zarurati
ko'rsatilgan.

Abstract.

This thesis analyzes the methods of examining the oral microflora in patients

with implants, the effect of antimicrobial active substances and Traumel®-based preparations.
The effect of implants and antimicrobial preparations on the oral microflora is important for
reducing the risks associated with infections and inflammations and developing effective
treatment methods. The article presents advanced methods used to determine the state of the
oral microflora, such as the microbiological culture method, PCR, 16S rRNA analysis and
antibiotic susceptibility testing. It also presents considerations on the cytotoxic effect of the
Traumel® preparation and its effect on the oral microflora. The need to search for new methods
to maintain the balance of the oral microflora and support the health of patients is shown
through research and practical approaches.

Kirish.

Og'iz mikroflorasi inson organizmida eng murakkab va dinamik ekotizimlardan

biridir. U o'zgaruvchan ekologik sharoitlarga mos ravishda, turli xil mikroorganizmlar –
bakteriyalar, zamburug'lar, viruslar va protozoalardan tashkil topgan. Og'iz mikroflorasining
holati, nafaqat og'iz salomatligi, balki umumiy sog'liqni saqlashda ham muhim ahamiyatga ega.

Implantlar va mikroblarga qarshi faol moddalarning ta'siri og'iz mikroflorasiga bevosita

ta'sir ko'rsatishi mumkin. Shu bilan birga, Traumel® kabi sitotoksik moddalarning
yallig'lanishga qarshi ta'siri va ularga oid potentsial zararlar ham diqqatga sazovordir.

Peri-implantat to'qimalarida yallig'lanish asoratlari bo'lgan og'iz mikroflorasining

xususiyatlarini o'rganish uchun 113 bemordan patologik o'choqlarning tarkibi standart usul
bo'yicha olingan, ular quyidagilarni o'z ichiga olgan: implantlardan ortopedik tuzilmani olib
tashlash (rasm. 1a), implantlarning abutmentlaridan blyashka mexanik ravishda olib
tashlanishi, paxta roliklari bilan materialni yig'ish zonasini tupurikdan izolyatsiya qilish,
yumshoq to'qima nuqsoni zonasiga bir nechta steril qog'oz pinlarni (pinlarni) kiritish (rasm.
12b), steril pimlarni yallig'lanish o'chog'ining tarkibi bilan 20 soniya davomida namlash, steril
cımbızlar yordamida pinni Brain Heart Infusion Brother (Hi Media Laboratories Pvt.Ltd,
Hindiston) (bakteriyalarning hayotiy shakllarini saqlab qolish kafolati uchun bir nechta
naychalar) (jadval 1), o'sish muhiti bilan naychalarning zich yopilishi (rasm. 12V), oldindan
to'ldirilgan stikerlar yordamida naychalarni tezkor belgilash (raqamlash, bemorning ismi,
material olingan sana), anaerostatdagi probirkalarni anaerobizatsiya qilish (rasm. 12g),

Shakl 1. Periimplantit uchun mikrobiologik materialni olish: a - klinik holat, b - materialni

olish, C-materialni Brain - heart infusion broth (Traumel s vositasi bilan standart muhit va
muhit) ozuqa muhitiga o'tkazish, g-mikrobiologik materialni ixcham portativ anaerostat AE-0
1 da laboratoriyaga tashish.

Og'iz mikroflorasining ahamiyati. Og'iz mikroflorasi sog'liqni saqlashda muhim rol

o'ynaydi. Sog'lom mikroflora, zararli mikroorganizmlarning o'sishini nazorat qiladi, og'izni
himoya qiladi va immunitet tizimini qo'llab-quvvatlaydi. Og'izda mikroblar va patogenlar
orasidagi muvozanat buzilganda, bu yallig'lanish va infeksiyalarga olib kelishi mumkin, bu esa
tish va gumlar bilan bog'liq turli kasalliklarning rivojlanishiga sabab bo'ladi.

Implantlar va og'iz mikroflorasi.

Implantlar o'zlarining materiallari va joylashuviga

ko'ra mikroblarga qarshi faollikni o'z ichiga oladi. Yangi implantlar o'rnatilganda, mikroblar
uchun potentsial yangi muhit yuzaga keladi. Implantning sirtidagi mikrobial kolonizatsiya
jarayoni mikroflora muvozanatining buzilishiga olib kelishi mumkin, bu esa gingivit,
periodontit yoki implantatsion infektsiyalarni rivojlantirishi mumkin.

Implantlar ustida mikroblar koloniyasi o'sishi tufayli, og'iz mikroflorasini kuzatib borish

va usullarini mukammallashtirish zarur bo'ladi. Buning uchun maxsus tekshiruv usullari kerak
bo'ladi.

Mikroblarga qarshi faollik.

Mikroblarga qarshi faol moddalar, ayniqsa antibiotiklar va

antiseptiklar og'iz mikroflorasiga ta'sir qiladi. Ular bakteriyalarni o'ldirish yoki ularning

o'sishini to'xtatish uchun ishlatiladi. Ammo, bu moddalar tez-tez ishlatilganda, normal
mikrofloraning muvozanatini buzishi va rezistent bakteriyalarni rivojlantirishi mumkin.

Og'iz mikroflorasining tekshirilishida, mikroblarga qarshi faol moddalarning

mikroorganizmlarga ta'sirini aniqlash uchun bakteriyalarning o'sish darajasini o'lchash,
resistentlik sinovlari va boshqa mikrobiologik usullar qo'llaniladi.

Traumel® va Sitotoksiklik. Traumel®, yallig'lanishga qarshi, immunomodulyatsion va

analjezik ta'siri bilan mashhur bo'lgan bir preparatdir. U asosan yallig'lanish va jarohatlarni
davolashda qo'llaniladi. Traumel®ning og'iz mikroflorasiga ta'siri, ayniqsa uning sitotoksikligi
bilan bog'liq bo'lishi mumkin. Sitotoksik agentlar normal hujayralarni yoki mikroorganizmlarni
o'ldirishi mumkin, bu esa mikrofloraning o'zgarishiga olib keladi.

Bemorlar, masalan, implantlar o'rnatilganda yoki yallig'lanishni davolash uchun

Traumel® kabi preparatlardan foydalanganda, og'iz mikroflorasining qanday o'zgarishlarini
kuzatish zarur. Trauma va yallig'lanishni davolashda ishlatiladigan agentlarning
mikroorganizmlarga va normal hujayralarga bo'lgan ta'sirini o'rganish uchun quyidagi usullar
ishlatiladi:

Og'iz mikroflorasini tekshirish usullari. Og'iz mikroflorasining holatini tekshirish uchun

bir nechta usullar mavjud. Ularning ba'zilari quyidagilarni o'z ichiga oladi:

Bakteriyalarni ajratish va identifikatsiya qilish uchun og'izdan olingan namunalar

madaniyaga ekilgan bo'ladi. Bu usul, mikroorganizmlarning sonini va turini aniq belgilash
imkonini beradi.

PCR (Polimeraza zanjir reaktsiyasi): Bu usul, maxsus mikroorganizmlarni aniqlash uchun

DNK yoki RNT analizini amalga oshiradi. PCR usuli yordamida patogenlarning mavjudligini va
ularga qarshi karshilikni tezda aniqlash mumkin.

- 16S rRNA tahlili: Mikrobiomni aniqlashning zamonaviy usuli bo'lib, u bakterial turlarni

va ularning mikrofloradagi rolini aniqlash uchun ishlatiladi.

- Mikroorganizmlarga qarshi antibiotik sezgirlik testi: Implantlar va Traumel® kabi

preparatlarning mikroblarga qarshi faolligini aniqlashda antibiotiklar sezgirlik testi yordamida
mikroorganizmlarning qarshiligini o'lchash mumkin.

- Fluoresans tahlil: Og'izda patogen mikroblar mavjudligini aniqlashda, fluorescent

markerlar yordamida mikroorganizmlarning zichligini o'lchash usuli ham qo'llaniladi.

Xulosa.

Og'iz mikroflorasini tekshirish, implantlar, mikroblarga qarshi faollik va

Traumel® asoslangan preparatlarning ta'sirini o'rganishda muhim rol o'ynaydi. Mikroflora
o'zgarishlari va yallig'lanish jarayonlarini kuzatish, samarali davolash usullarini ishlab chiqish
uchun zarur bo'ladi. Ko'p qirrali yondashuvlar va ilg'or texnologiyalar yordamida og'iz
mikroflorasining holatini aniq baholash va bemorlarning sog'lig'ini qo'llab-quvvatlash
imkoniyati mavjud.
