Tizimli tahlil metodologiyasi asosida mafkura, ijtimoiy ong va siyosiy irodaning o‘zaro aloqasi ochib beriladi. Maqolada shuningdek, zamonaviy mafkuraviy tahdidlar va ularga qarshi immunitet shakllantirish mexanizmlari ham ko‘rib chiqiladi.

Annotatsiya:

Ushbu maqolada mafkuraviy jarayonlarning mohiyati,

shakllanish omillari va ularning jamiyat hayotidagi o‘rni tizimli yondashuv
asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tizimli tahlil metodologiyasi asosida mafkura, ijtimoiy
ong va siyosiy irodaning o‘zaro aloqasi ochib beriladi. Maqolada shuningdek,
zamonaviy mafkuraviy tahdidlar va ularga qarshi immunitet shakllantirish
mexanizmlari ham ko‘rib chiqiladi.

Mafkura inson tafakkuri va jamiyat ongining eng muhim shakllaridan biri

hisoblanadi. U muayyan ijtimoiy guruh yoki jamiyatning dunyoqarashi,
qadriyatlari, e’tiqodlari va maqsadlarini ifodalaydi. Shu bois mafkuraviy
jarayonlarni chuqur va tizimli tahlil qilish – zamonaviy ijtimoiy-siyosiy
jarayonlarni anglash va boshqarishning zaruriy sharti hisoblanadi.

Mafkura – bu ijtimoiy ongning yuqori shakli bo‘lib, u jamiyatdagi turli

qatlamlar, ijtimoiy institutlar va siyosiy kuchlar manfaatlarini aks ettiradi.
Mafkura nafaqat tasavvur va g‘oyalarni, balki ular asosida harakatlar tizimini
ham shakllantiradi. Mafkuraviy jarayonlar esa bu g‘oyalarning shakllanishi,
tarqalishi va amalda namoyon bo‘lishidir. Tizimli yondashuv mafkuraviy
jarayonlarni yagona tizim sifatida ko‘rib chiqishga imkon beradi. Tizim
elementlari sifatida quyidagilar ajratib ko‘rsatiladi:

Subyektlar (davlat, siyosiy partiyalar, fuqarolik jamiyati institutlari);
Obyektlar (aholi qatlamlari, yoshlar, ta’lim muassasalari);
Vositalar (ommaviy axborot vositalari, internet, ta’lim va tarbiya tizimi);
Natijalar (ijtimoiy fikr, ijtimoiy harakatlar, mafkuraviy barqarorlik yoki

beqarorlik);

Bu yondashuv mafkuraning ijtimoiy muhitga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishini va

unga qanday omillar ta’sir qilayotganini aniqlash imkonini beradi. Zamonaviy
globallashuv sharoitida mafkuraviy tahdidlar ko‘plab shakllarda namoyon
bo‘lmoqda:

Madaniy assimilyatsiya: milliy qadriyatlarning yo‘qolishi;
Axborot urushi: yolg‘on va manipulyativ axborot vositalari orqali ongni

boshqarish;

Ushbu tahdidlar ko‘pincha kuchli texnologik resurslarga ega global

markazlar tomonidan olib boriladi.

Mafkuraviy immunitet – bu jamiyat a’zolarining yod g‘oyalarga nisbatan

mustahkam mafkuraviy pozitsiyasini ifodalovchi konsepsiyadir.

U quyidagilar asosida shakllanadi: Mustahkam milliy mafkura va

qadriyatlar, tanqidiy tafakkurga ega yosh avlod, tizimli ta’lim-tarbiya, axborot
xavfsizligi siyosati.

O‘zbekiston Respublikasida "Yangi O‘zbekiston" g‘oyasi asosida olib

borilayotgan mafkuraviy islohotlar, milliy g‘oya asosida fuqarolik ongini
shakllantirishga qaratilgan. Prezidentimiz tomonidan ilgari surilgan "Milliy
tiklanishdan – milliy yuksalish sari" tamoyili aynan mafkuraviy barqarorlikni
ta’minlashga qaratilgan strategik yo‘nalishdir.

"Yangi O‘zbekiston" g‘oyasi – bu O‘zbekiston Respublikasining yangi

taraqqiyot bosqichiga kirganligini anglatadi. Bu g‘oya jamiyatning barcha
sohalarida – siyosiy, iqtisodiy, huquqiy, ijtimoiy, madaniy va ma’naviy sohalarda
tub islohotlarni amalga oshirishni nazarda tutadi.

Prezident Shavkat Mirziyoyev bu borada shunday deydi: “Biz ‘Yangi

O‘zbekiston’ni barpo etamiz degan bo‘lsak, avvalo odamlarning dunyoqarashi,
hayotga bo‘lgan munosabatini o‘zgartirishimiz kerak. Bu esa, eng avvalo,
g‘oyaviy-mafkuraviy sohada islohotlarni amalga oshirishni talab etadi.”

Asosiy yo‘nalishlari:

Huquqiy demokratik davlat va adolatli fuqarolik jamiyatini barpo etish;

Inson qadri, erki va sha’ni ustuvor bo‘lgan ijtimoiy muhitni yaratish;

Yangi avlodni vatanparvarlik, milliy g‘urur va tarixiy xotira asosida

tarbiyalash;

Yangi mafkuraviy yondashuvlar orqali jamiyatda mafkuraviy immunitetni

kuchaytirish.

Xulosa:

Mafkuraviy jarayonlarni tizimli tahlil qilish, ularning jamiyat

hayotidagi o‘rnini chuqur anglash va yot g‘oyalarga nisbatan mustahkam
immunitet shakllantirish bugungi globallashuv davrida strategik ahamiyatga
ega. Har bir ijtimoiy institut va shaxs bu borada mas’uliyatni his etmog‘i zarur.
ugungi globallashuv va axborot oqimlari shiddat bilan ortib borayotgan davrda
mafkuraviy jarayonlarni tizimli tahlil qilish, ularning mohiyatini chuqur anglash
har qachongidan ham dolzarb ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Chunki jamiyatning

mafkuraviy barqarorligi — bu uning ichki totuvligi, ma’naviy birdamligi va milliy
manfaatlarini himoya qilishda eng muhim poydevordir. Yurtimizda olib
borilayotgan

“Yangi O‘zbekiston”

g‘oyasi va

“Milliy tiklanishdan – milliy

yuksalish sari”

tamoyili aynan shu maqsadlarga xizmat qiladi. Ular fuqarolar,

ayniqsa, yosh avlodning ongida milliy o‘zlikni anglash, tarixiy xotirani asrash,
vatanparvarlik tuyg‘usini kuchaytirishga xizmat qilmoqda. Shu orqali fuqarolik
jamiyati, milliy birlik va barqarorlik asoslari mustahkamlanmoqda.
