school education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Uzbekistan

INTRODUCTION

Chapter XIV of the Constitution of the Republic of

Uzbekistan is dedicated to family, children and

young people, and its Article 76 states that "the
family is the main branch of society and it is in the

protection of society and the state. Marriage is
based on the traditional family values of the people

of Uzbekistan, voluntary consent and equal rights
of the married.
The state creates social, economic, legal and other

conditions for the full-fledged development of the
family."
From this it can be seen that both society and the

state are formed at the time of family relations. The

foundation of society, the driving force of the state
is taken. The robustness of families, the

environment in it, the economic and social
situation, the formation of moral standards serve

the development of society, the development of the
state. In the Ancient East, special attention was

paid to the upbringing of children. When a child
was growing up, it was necessary for him to be

physically strong, spiritually mature, well-behaved,
well-mannered, monosyllabic, IBO-imaginative, or-

inappropriate, professional.
The sacred religion of Islam also has a special

emphasis on family building. It is emphasized that
every male girl in adulthood needs to find her own

Mate, start a family, leave offspring on her own.
Article 77 of the constitution stipulates that

parents and their replacements are obliged to care

for their children until they reach adulthood, to be
educated, educated, healthy, full-fledged and

comprehensively matured.
The state also promotes the protection of the

personal, political, economic, social, cultural,
environmental rights of young people and

encourages their active participation in the life of
society and the state.
The state provides conditions for the formation

and development of young people intellectually,

creatively, physically and morally, for the
implementation of their rights to education, health,

housing, employment, employment and Recreation
.In the formation of an understanding of any

profession in young people, in the emergence of
interest in the profession, the influence of the

family, the neighbor, the neighborhood will be high
in the first place.
In the second place, the conditions in the

educational institution are formed through

information and comprehensive knowledge
provided by teachers, class leaders, psychologists.
An important link in the Student Career Guidance

System is the school's work with parents.
As practice shows, parents are usually actively

involved in determining the life and professional
plans of their children. At the same time, the issues

of choosing a profession and determining the ways
of education are a difficult task for both the

students themselves and their parents. Secondly,
the enthusiasm of young people often does not

correspond to the real needs of various sectors of
the national economy for personnel. Parents do not

always know and objectively assess the interests
and abilities of children. Ultimately, the interests

and professional inclinations of children do not

correspond to the desires of parents.
Requires the organization of work by educational

institutions aimed at harmonizing the desires and

professional inclinations of children with parents.
When conducting career orientation work, the

question arises of the prestige of professions
among the parents themselves, which often

becomes important. The tasks of the family include
the selection of a profession by a teenager, taking

into account the characteristics and abilities of the

child, preventing the choice of a random
profession.
It is much more effective if the parental team is

involved in the implementation of vocational
guidance in any school.
The main areas of this work are:
-parent meetings, conversations, conferences

psychological and pedagogical education of

parents on the issues of professional orientation of
students;
- active involvement of parents in the organization

and conduct of professional educational activities
for students at school (conversations, professional

information excursions, discussions, participation
in professional conversations);
-individual advice from parents in the professional

direction of students.
In the process of conducting individual interviews

with parents, the necessary information about the
interests, inclinations and professional intentions

of children is exchanged.
In practical work with the parents of students, the

teacher uses collective and individual forms of
interaction,

implementing

traditional

and

unconventional forms of work.
Psychological and pedagogical education for

parents is organized using the following forms:
- Pedagogical knowledge University;
- lectures, seminars;
- parent conferences;
- pedagogical debate;
- chat with parents at home;
- group and individual consultations;
- parent meetings.
Let us briefly dwell on these listed forms of work:
Gathering parents in a lecture hall and talking to

them biln contributes to the improvement of the
pedagogical culture of parents, their psychological

and pedagogical competence, the development of
unified approaches to the professional orientation

of schoolchildren of the family and school.
A lecture is a form of psychological and pedagogical

education that reveals the essence of a particular
educational problem. When preparing a lecture, it

is necessary to take into account its structure and
logic, you can draw up a plan that shows the main

ideas, thoughts, facts and figures.
One of the necessary conditions for lectures is to

rely on the experience of Family Education. The

way to communicate during a lecture is a casual

conversation, an intimate conversation, a
conversation of interested like-minded people.
The topics of the lecture should be diverse,

interesting and relevant for parents. Parent
conferences are of great importance in the school

career guidance system. Parents themselves are
active participants in conferences. They prepare an

analysis of the problem from the point of view of
their experiences.
Exhibitions of books are usually prepared for

parents. The conference is usually opened with an

introductory speech by the director of an
educational institution (if it is a school-wide

conference) or by the class leader (if it is a class).
Parents prepare brief, pre-prepared reports about

their experiences. Such messages can be three or
four. The results are summarized by the moderator

of the conference.
Debate, discussion, exchange of ideas on the

problems of professional orientation is one of the
forms of increasing the level of pedagogical culture

of parents. This allows them to participate in the
discussion of the most important problems, helps

to form the ability to comprehensively analyze
facts and phenomena, based on the accumulated

experience, stimulates active pedagogical thinking.
Often, in solving a difficult problem, the teacher can

get help directly from the parents of students, and
this should not be ignored. Consultations with

parents are useful both for themselves and for the
teacher. After the exchange of information, both

parties can agree on specific forms of parental
assistance. When communicating with parents, the

teacher should show maximum politeness.
A parent meeting is one of the main forms of

working with parents, a universal form of

interaction between the teacher and the parents. It

discusses problems in the lives of children and
parents ' communities. Meetings should not be

reduced to a teacher's monologue. It should consist
of mutual exchange of ideas, joint research.
Many educational institutions have significantly

diversified the form of holding a parent meeting,
taking into account modern requirements. This can

take the form of a" round table", a thematic
discussion of parents with the invitation of

specialists interested in the family, consultations

with specialists, etc.
A meeting of parents and teachers will be effective

if:
1) when attention is paid to the intellectual and

emotional resources of parents;
2) if the wishes of the parties are satisfied:
- activity (follow parents ' wishes);
- optimality (choose problems that require joint

efforts and joint decision-making for discussion);
- importance (subject chosen for discussion, the

problem must be relevant and accepted from the

inside);
- performance;
- cooperation (helping each other to solve the

problems of the future of children, their self-
determination);
3) inform the subject parents in advance, do all

technical preparatory work;
4) start and end the parent meeting on time;
5) Organization of exchange of thoughts and

thoughts;
6) strive not to compromise, but to combine

different views;
At the parents ' meeting, attention should be paid

to the importance of adhering to the norms of

professional ethics of the teacher (impartiality,

accuracy, etc.). The teacher must be constructive,
be able to find mutually acceptable solutions,

analyze the situation from different points of view.
Class parent meetings are held once a quarter,

which can be held frequently if necessary.
We need to do everything so that parents can trust

the teacher and listen to his advice. Therefore, it is

necessary to always create an atmosphere of trust
at the parent meeting. All information materials

must be fully stated in 15-20 minutes.
If parents want to know more about something,

divide the material into several blocks, several

meetings, where you can not only tell them the
material that interests them, but also hold a

discussion in which everyone can express their

point of view on this issue.
Recommendations for conducting parent meetings

1. The parent meeting should educate the parents

themselves, not the mistakes and failures of the

students ' studies.
2. When choosing the topic of the meeting, it is

necessary to take into account the age
characteristics of students.
3. The meeting should have a theoretical and

practical character: analysis of situations, trainings,
discussions, etc.
4. There is no need to discuss and condemn the

identity of the student at the meeting.

creating a modern and country-specific system of

preparing school graduates for life, and not just a

are associated with the interest, ability, talent,
professional

inclinations,

psychological

development of students.

abilities of schoolchildren in general secondary
education, to expand their understanding of

professions, students should introduce an
electronic "Individual diagnostic system"that

promotes individual diagnostics, vocational
guidance, personal development. In this,

direct them to the profession;

that promotes professional orientation and

school, district, region, Republic and carry out
constant monitoring;

udent

will become a specialist in the future, create the
basis for the formation of relevant social and

professional qualities in him and constantly

develop content.

methodologies based on foreign experiments in the

public education system to diagnose the interests
and abilities of students and promote the personal

development of the student;

and competencies of psychologists operating in the
public education system on the basis of advanced

methods, continuous professional development.

their place in social life, to ensure a decent career,

to increase their confidence in life, to strengthen
