The Almajiri issue is a term with cultural or religious undertone. The Almajiri is with many problems. There is need to involve the traditional and religious leaders for guidance, counseling and implementation of proper laws to improve Almajiri education.

The article explains the essence and significance of the Budget Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan put into effect, aimed at improving the efficiency of budget expenditures. There are issues of budget legislation orderliness, permission receiving simplification, improvement of planning and reporting, increasing of public fund efficiency and resulting considered.

The issues of assessing synergistic effects in the field of tourism in Uzbekistan are currently only at the initial stage of discussion. A study of scientific sources devoted to synergy, especially in this area, has shown that there is still no optimal methodology for assessing synergistic efficiency from internal and horizontal integration in a tourist destination. An analysis of the presented methods allows us to state that for the most part they are focused on calculating a purely economic (quantitative) synergistic effect and economic efficiency. In the article, the author proposes methods for calculating the synergistic effect based on the coefficient of social and economic efficiency, which differs from the developed methods by using programming, which facilitates the calculation of the effect of synergy.

In this paper a contextual analysis, which shows that the code size and intricacy of a framework which gathers and deciphers sensor information in a Internet  of Things situation can be diminished utilizing useful programming procedures, is introduced. On one hand this is particularly significant for the sake of security: Such a framework should run for quite a while without a compelling method for conveying programming patches.
