This article provides views about the factors which prevent an enterprise from achieving its goals in a timely manner due to uncertainty. In this case, it is proven that the importance of the organizational-economic mechanism of management, which develops a mechanism of self-management in the enterprise, allows to achieve the goals through an optimal amount of timely spending of resources.

The article examines the problems of production of industrial enterprises and increasing their financial potential in the Andijan region. An assessment of the financial potential of industrial enterprises was made, as well as an analysis of the production of industrial enterprises in the region and the share of enterprises with foreign capital. Proposals are formulated to increase the output of industrial products and their competitiveness.

The study strategically evaluated the nature of firm’s internal environment capabilities and competencies dynamics that will ensure feasible strategy crafting. The understanding and analysis of the challenges posed in the internal environment helps strategists to make strategic decisions relating to the resources, capabilities and core competencies since they are non routine. In order to facilitate the development and effective usage of core competencies, managers/strategists are advised to have courage, self-confidence, integrity, the capacity to deal with uncertainty and complexity, and a willingness to hold people accountable for their work, as well as their being accountable themselves. This should be necessitated because the competitive advantage and firm’s performance are often strongly related to the resources firms hold and how they are managed. This is found to be so, since human beings are strategic critical resource that produces innovation, develops policies and strategies, and firm’s competitive advantage enhancement. The study further explored some related perspectives of valuable capabilities, personnel and organizational competencies, resources tangibility and intangibility, as well as competitive advantage sustainability criteria that will guide feasible strategy crafting. The study recommends amongst others, that organization managers should as a matter of necessity, monitor and evaluate the internal environment capabilities and competencies in order to have fit with that of external resources dynamics to enhance feasible strategy crafting.

The article highlights the issues of increasing youth activity in the process of economic reforms in the society today.

In this article, the period of the kingdom of the Soviets of our history, the years of kataghan are full of sad events and mourning events, the period of our people's nation as a nation, which has been pinned, humiliated and trampled upon. The essence of the Soviet totalitarian system, in which the state administration is centralized and has a commanding character, the essence of the policy of which full state control over political, social, economic, cultural, educational spheres is established, is revealed.

This article develops proposals and recommendations for the development of modern approaches to economic incentives for agricultural entrepreneurship, the definition of strategies to stimulate entrepreneurship, taking into account the specifics of agricultural agriculture in the regions, the study of foreign experience and methods to improve domestic methods.

Tax evasion takes various forms, such as concealing the objects of taxation, reducing the tax base. As a rule, such manipulations are carried out through distortion of tax and financial reporting data. Such concealments and distortions, in addition to the above risks, lead to the absence of the state as a regulator, an adequate picture of the state of the economy and the business environment, which in turn negatively affects the effectiveness of the ongoing socio-economic policies of various kinds and levels.

Sustainability is now increasingly recognized as central to the growth of emerging market economies. For the private sector, this represents both demands for greater social and environmental responsibility as well as a new landscape of business opportunity. The financial sector has been late to respond to this trend but is emerging as an important driver across all sectors in an economy. In the banking sector, new standards and codes of conduct promote corporate accountability, transparency, and consideration of impacts on the environment and society.
