The norms and attitudes within the organizational culture do not comply with the interests and expectations of the members of the organization so that can cause anxiety. This study aimed to explore the effect of between organizational culture on anxiety levels of employees. The research sample included 243 respondents from 10 randomly selected companies that agreed to participate in the research. Beck Anxiety Scale and O'Reilly et al.’s Organizational Culture Profile (OCP) was used for measuring organizational culture and anxiety level. The exploratory factor analysis identified seven components of organizational culture namely aggressive, stable, outcome-oriented, innovative, detail-oriented, team-oriented, and people-oriented. And four components of anxiety levels of employees namely general anxiety, acute anxiety and trauma, autonomic anxiety, and subjective anxiety. There was an only significant relationship between the organizational culture and the subjective anxiety which is the sub-dimension of the anxiety levels of employees. The main findings of this study, organizational culture does not affect the anxiety levels of employees. The side findings of this study, there was no statistically significant difference anxiety levels of employees by gender. I suggest that future researchers carry out similar studies using a larger and different sector sample.

This article highlights the issue of pedagogical competence, professional competence, formation of professional qualities and development of future teachers based on self-development and self-assessment. The main goal of modern education is to train ambitious and talented personnel who are mature in all respects, socially flexible to contribute to society, able to work independently on themselves, for a highly developed society. From this point of view, the level of competence of the pedagogue is of great importance in the education of a comprehensively developed personality.

With the rapid modernization of all fields resulting in changes in the economic, social, and cultural lifestyle that are very dynamic, the advancement of technology and information is causing all aspects of life to change both the values and culture of society. The issue that this study has: In what ways has sustainable tourism development affected the Kutuh Petulu Village in Ubud, Bali's economy, society, and culture? The study's objective: to comprehend and explain the meanings and manifestations of the environmental, economic, social, and cultural shifts brought about by sustainable tourism development in Kutuh Village Ubud, Bali. This study utilizes an expressive subjective strategy, utilizing relative examining procedures comprising of chiefs of Manors and Lodgings as well as individuals who work in the travel industry area in the Kutuh Petulu Town, Ubud, Bali. Given the enormity of globalization, sustainable tourism development is an effort by the government and the community to create jobs for future generations and boost Bali's gross domestic product.
