Modern Views Of Obesity –Comorbidity
Obesity has become an epidemic among children and adolescents around the world. To date, of
particular interest is the study of the mechanisms of development of metabolic syndrome, especially
associated with impaired iron metabolism. The simultaneous occurrence of diseases of two different
directions, namely obesity and anemia, cannot be considered a coincidence. Numerous studies have
shown that increased serum ferritin levels are associated with the development of metabolic
syndrome. This article provides an overview of current studies of neuropsychological and autonomic
changes in adolescents as a result of metabolic syndrome affecting the central nervous system, as
well as electroencephalographic and ultrasound Doppler changes, the relationship between
metabolic syndrome and serum ferritin levels. The psychoemotional and mnestic-intellectual
changes that develop as a result of metabolic syndrome in adolescents are widely covered.
Complex Forecast Of The Consequences Of Secondary Encephalitis In Children
The paper presents an analysis of a study of children with the consequence of secondary
encephalitis, depending on the onset of the acute period of which more than 6 months - a year have
passed, the degree of neurological disorders, neuroimaging comparison and prediction depending
on these indicators for timely neurometabolic therapy are studied. The aim of our study was to study
a comprehensive prognosis of the consequences of secondary encephalitis in children. There were
58 children under our supervision, with the consequence of the transferred encephalitis. The total
number of girls is 37%, boys are 63% of the main group of patients, the control group of children are
healthy identical in age 3-10 years. All children admitted to the hospital underwent a standard
examination, anamnesis, clinical neurological examination, and neuroimaging (MRI, CT) studies.
In addition, somatosensory evoked potential was determined for all children on electromyography,
including at admission and also at discharge. The results of our study revealed that 66.2% gives
predictions only for clinical and neurological disorders, with the addition of neuroimaging
assessments it increased to 79%, and meningeal-somatosensory indicators still increase the prognosis
by 12%, which is very important for timely neurometabolic therapy. In turn, the prognosis of the
outcome of encephalitis in children will make it possible to promptly reduce residual neurological
manifestations.
Somatometric Characteristics Of Women Of The First And Second Period Of Adulthood Using Different Contraceptives With Different Body Types
This article describes the characteristics of the anthropometric parameters of women of the first and
second period of adulthood who use various contraceptives of different weights and physiques-in
addition to height and weight, the characteristics of the pelvis size are presented – interosseous,
intercostal, intervertebral sizes, external conjugate.
Comparative Analysis Of The Electrophysiological Indicators Of The Optic Nerve In Complex Treatment Of Patients With Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma
Despite significant progress achieved with the help of local medical, surgical and laser treatment,
primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) remains an actual issue in ophthalmology due to incurable
blindness and disability
Ischemia, Cerebrovascular Diseases. Their Characteristics In Children

occurrence, the order of circulatory disorders, the effect of hormones produced by the kidneys.
Optimization Of Allergic Rhinitis Therapy In Children
The article considers the problems of optimization of allergic rhinitis complex therapy efficiency in
children with the help of Nikazoline 0.05% spray and nasal drops produced by Nika pharm Ltd. in
Uzbekistan compared to other agents containing xilometazoline.

Dental Status In Geriatric Population
Biological phenomenon. As a result of the advances made in medicine and public health measures in
the last half of the 20th century, there is a substantial increase in the life span of man. Elders above
65 years (old age) have health problems as a result of aging process, which calls for special
consideration.
Clinical And Epidemiological Features Of Bacterial Vaginosis
The review article presents the epidemiological characteristics of bacterial vaginosis, data on the
lability of the composition of the vaginal microflora, including the species number of lactobacilli,
depending on the ethnicity of the woman and the geographical area of residence. Literature data on
factors affecting the composition of vaginal microbiocenosis, the most frequently detected types of
bacteria in bacterial vaginosis, are presented.
The State Of The Oral Cavity With Dental Anomalies In Children With Bronchial Asthma
The study was conducted to assess the dental state of the oral cavity in children and adolescents with
dentoalveolar anomalies against the background of bronchial asthma. A comprehensive
epidemiological survey was carried out in 225 children and adolescents, divided into two groups. The
main group of 180 included patients with dentoalveolar anomalies and deformities suffering from
bronchial asthma, and the Control group of 45 patients without somatic pathology. Both groups were
divided into age categories 6-9 years old, 10-13 years old and 14-18 years old. In the course of clinical
research, the state of the hard tissues of the tooth, periodontal tissues and oral mucosa, as well as the
frequency of dentoalveolar anomalies and deformities, the level of oral hygiene were studied.

Selection And Characteristics Of The Surveyed Contingent Of Sick Adolescent Girls With Iron Deficiency
Iron deficiency anemia (IDA) is a common disease of adults and children, which is characterized by a
decrease in the content of hemoglobin and erythrocytes per unit volume of blood due to deficiency
of iron (ID), protein, trace elements, vitamins, with characteristic clinical and laboratory parameters
[5,7,8,10]. Moreover, the proportion of iron deficiency anemias (IDA) among them is more than 80%
of all cases of DA [1, 5, 6].

The article contains the results of a questionnaire survey, reflecting social and hygienic characteristics
of women who have undergone cesarean. cross-section (main group) and those who gave birth on

Comparative Analysis Of Endoscopic Methods Of Hemostasis In Bleeding From Esophageal Varicose Veins
The Relapses gastroezofagale bleedings (GEK) beside sick with portal hypertension (PG) are one of
the the most complex problems of modern medicine. As of Worldwide organization of the public
health death-rate from cirrhosis liver and his (its) complications occupies for presentday day eighth
place in structure general mortality. Esohpago-gastric bleedings, forming from 5 before 42% all
gastrointestinal bleedings, are one of the main reasons to deaths sick with syndrome portal
hypertension. The Real danger of the syndrome portal hypertension is connected with bleeding from
varicose extended vein gullets and belly (VRVPZH), since death-rate from the first episode of the
bleeding forms 50-70 %. The High percent of the complications survival and low sick dictate need of
the improvement medical tacticians at bleedings from varicose extended vein gullets. At present for
stop and preventive maintenances of the bleedings from varicose extended вен gullets (VRVP) use
the facility an endockopic, medikamentoz, and surgical gemostaz. Our purpose to introduce in
practical person endockopic scleroterapy and alloying at bleedings under varicose extended вен
gullets. In consequence of which will is reached reduction of the relapse of the repeated bleeding
and complications, miniinvaziveness method and mortality.
