ABSTRACT
The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the measures currently being taken in our country for the
benefit of our citizens.

INTRODUCTION
The president of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat
Miromonovich Mirziyoyev proposed to name the year
2022 in his New Year message to the people of
Uzbekistan. He said, “we studied the views of the
general public in naming the upcoming year. Based on
these proposals, I propose to declare 2022 the Year of
Human Dignity and Active Neighborhood in our
country. Respect for human dignity means ensuring
the rights and freedoms and legitimate interests of
everyone living in our country”. In this regard, the
mahalla, which is the basis of our society, plays a key
role. ”In new Uzbekistan, large-scale reforms are being
carried out to build a free civil society and a humane
democratic state governed by the rule of law. The
purpose of these reforms is to promote human dignity,
to protect human rights and interests, and to provide
social protection.

MATERIALS AND METHODS
During the years of independence, peace, tranquility,
solidarity and tolerance have been firmly established in
our country. Respect for the elderly, respect for the
young, and compassion are deeply ingrained in
people's hearts and minds. When it comes to glorifying
human dignity, first of all, we see that honoring
ourselves as human beings, glorifying human qualities,
in short, has brought human dignity to the highest
peaks.
The legal framework for the promotion of human
dignity, protection of human rights and legitimate
interests, and strong social protection is being created
and strengthened. These principles are reflected in the
Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and
adopted laws.
Our people openly demonstrated their will on
December 4 in 2016. The president was elected by a
person who is able to ensure the development, well-
being and prosperity of our country, who can lead the
nation and the people to happiness. From this day, a
new stage in the history of our state has begun. A vivid
example of this is the fact that the year 2022 is called
"glorification of human dignity" and as a result, many
global changes, problems that concern people are
being solved in a short time, and as a result, the
glorification of human dignity is the desire of our
people. His hopes began to come true.
In order to glorify human dignity, the Ministry of
Economic Development and Poverty Reduction, the
Ministry of Neighborhood and Family Support and a
number of other ministries have been established.
Targeted work has been established with the "Iron
Book", "Women's Book", "Youth Book". The low-
income population has been included in the social
assistance system and their participation in the labor
market has been expanded. A lot of work is being done
to build affordable housing, and the living conditions of
the population, especially young families and people in
need of housing, are improving.
Today, the society and people's state of New
Uzbekistan, where human dignity prevails, is being
built on the basis of an important idea, and the results
achieved so far to confirm what great achievements
and milestones it has achieved. It is worth noting that
the indicators that clearly express their names still
glorify human dignity in our country. "Respect for
human dignity means ensuring the rights and freedoms
and legitimate interests of everyone living in our
country," the President said.
When it comes to honoring human dignity, not only our
contemporaries, but also our country has a lot of time
for development government and public figures,
scientists and writers who have served, as well as
leading scholars in their field.
We know that human dignity depends, first of all, on
the peace of our country, mutual respect, kindness and
solidarity in the values of our society, family, parents,
people, relatives and friends. The solidarity of the
people will be the main basis. In view of the above, we
should value peaceful days.
There are so many types of human dignity. The most
important of these is the peace of the country and the
peace of families, which is a symbol of this supreme
happiness. To do this, as the head of our state said, it
takes self-sacrifice to honor human dignity - to ensure
the rights and freedoms, the legitimate interests of
everyone living in our country.
It is a great value for everyone to live well and have a
good life. They want to live well today, not tomorrow.
From the very first days of his presidency, the President

aimed to create good conditions for our people to live
in peace and tranquility, and the reforms being carried
out in our country are aimed at this noble goal. It
should be noted that every human being, no matter in
which country or on what soil he or she was born,
should have rights and freedoms, know his or her
duties and responsibilities in that society should be
revered and replaced on the ground. Thankfully, we,
the Uzbek people, were born in such a country. We live
in a country where human dignity is valued. Compared
to the old regime, the concept of "human dignity" is
becoming more and more ingrained in our minds.
Throughout history, human dignity has always been at
the forefront of our nation. His honor and dignity have
risen to great heights. If we look at European
countries, at a time when slavery, racism and
stratification are on the rise in the West, the Uzbek
people have always been kind and caring. It is
important to note that the protection of human rights
and the promotion of human dignity is not a new
concept for our nation, but a part of our values. At the
same time, in addition to the concept of human dignity,
it should be noted that human dignity is a combination
of both religious and secular views.
Going back to the present, bold steps have been taken
to build a new Uzbekistan and strengthen its
foundations. Uzbekistan's international position has
grown even more. The mentality of our compatriots
has changed, and the wishes, dreams and hopes of our
people to glorify human dignity have come true and
left a bright mark on our lives.
The words of the head of our state in his
congratulatory message to our people are remarkable:
“Our large-scale reforms in our country have become
stable. In order to further develop them, we have
developed a New Uzbekistan Development Strategy.
We are the world, the world must be open to us. This is
the demand of today's life, of today's progress. We will
make this crucial principle the rule of our lives. " Today,
we see the confirmation of these words in practice in
every sphere. We have entered another period of
revival, and we are convinced that Uzbekistan is a great
country with great human dignity, rights and
freedoms.
There is a lot of work being done in our country to
promote human dignity. One of them is the granting of
citizenship to more than 19,000 people in the last three
years, as well as about 50,000 people who came to
Uzbekistan at the same time until 1995 and have lived
there ever since. The fact that such good deeds
continue today is a vivid example of the growing
respect for human dignity in our country.
CONCLUSION
As conclusion, I would like to emphasize once again
that
the
President
of
Uzbekistan
Shavkat
Miromonovich Mirziyoyev has declared 2022 the Year
of Human Dignity and Active Neighborhood. is
evidence of priority. From the point of view of respect
for human dignity and protection of human rights is a
continuous process, it should be noted that in the
construction of a new Uzbekistan, our country has set
important tasks and goals for the coming years. And
each of us has a responsibility to make it happen.
Because our solidarity and solidarity are important for
the future and development of our country.
