In this article, the author analyses legal status of participants of free economic zones. At the same time, the procedure of registration of participants of free economic zones have been studied. Moreover, the rights and lawful interests of participants of free economic zones have been considered.
PROSPECTS FOR IMPROVING THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN
The article is devoted to the prospects for improving the right to information in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author analyzed the improvements in the right to information reforms within the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026. It has also been established that every person has the right to receive reliable and impartial information, recognizing its significance for the interdependence of the state and society.
SUBJECTIVE SIGNS OF CYBER CRIME
In this article, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are very easy victims of cybercrime, they primarily related the growth of cybercrime to SMEs, not large enterprises. Such enterprises, because of their small budget, lack of qualified personnel and gaps in the knowledge of employees, cannot provide high-quality information security to the required level, and they should approach subjectively this.

This article examines the implications and strategies outlined in Uzbekistan's "Strategy-2030" for engaging with its diaspora. The comprehensive analysis covers the diverse contributions of the diaspora in economic, social, human, and cultural sectors, aligning with key principles identified in diaspora engagement policies. The study applauds the multifaceted approach of the strategy and offers recommendations for institutionalizing diaspora participation, unifying definitions, and establishing discussion platforms to foster practical realization of rights and obligations. The "Strategy-2030" is seen as a pivotal step, creating a foundation for long-term cooperation and mutual understanding between Uzbekistan and its compatriots abroad.

In this article, the author analyzed the aspects of legal regime of free economic zones. In addition, tax and custom preferences, which are granted to the participants of free economic zones, have been reviewed. At the same time, the author analyzes the concepts about legal regime of free economic zones developed by many scientists and practitioners. In conclusion, analyzing the definition and concept on legal regime of well scholars and legal acts we put forward new concept and definition on legal regime.
CONTEMPORARY ISSUES OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL REGULATION OF TRANSBOUNDARY WATER MANAGEMENT
The issues of rational use of water resources occupy the main place in the sphere of sustainable development of both the Central Asian region (CA) and Uzbekistan.
According to the UN Water and Sustainable Development Programme, water resources are a fundamental factor for social, economic and environmental components of sustainable development.
Despite the fact that Central Asia is one of the regions with abundant water resources, experts predict that water scarcity will only increase over the next decades, which makes it necessary to resolve the problem promptly.

The author pays attention to the expediency of developing methods of expert experiment taking into account its special purposes and considers the content of the stages of expert experiment, on the basis of which conclusions are formulated regarding their number. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that the proposed study is presented as a comprehensive study of an experiment in forensic expert activity conducted with the aim of developing theoretical foundations designed to systematize knowledge about this method, as well as practical recommendations for improving the effectiveness of its results in the practical activities of law enforcement agencies.

INTERRELATED ASPECTS OF THE CONCEPTS OF BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION
In a historically short period, the country has formed the institutional and legal framework for ensuring law and order, and an effective national anti-corruption system has been created. During the implementation of reforms in this direction, special attention was paid to the issue of incorporation of internationally recognized norms into national legislation. In the current legislation, there are problems such as the lack of regulatory definitions of a number of concepts related to corruption crimes, as well as the fact that corruption acts are not sufficiently covered by criminal law, which is an obstacle to achieving the intended result. combating corruption and further improving Uzbekistan’s position in international rankings in this regard. This article analyzes the interpretation of the concept of bribery as a form of corruption in our national legislation and the attitude of scientists to this concept.
