THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE EXPERIMENT IMPROVING THE METHODS OF FORENSIC EXAMINATION
The article considers the issues of conducting an expert experiment at several levels, identifies three main stages of the experiment and develops an algorithm for expert actions during each of these stages (the initial stage, the direct conduct of an expert experiment and the final stage), these proposals are supported by the results of questionnaire surveys conducted among practitioners (forensic experts). Based on the research results, it was proposed to include among the main conditions for conducting an expert experiment the choice of methods for controlling the experiment, in particular, the choice of methods for controlling independent variables.
THE MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION'S (EU) SPECIAL STRATEGY FOR CENTRAL ASIA (2007–2013)
The article examines the European Union's approach to Central Asia from 2007 to 2013, highlighting key objectives and initiatives designed to strengthen cooperation between the EU and nations in the region. This strategy encompasses a diverse range of issues, including economic growth, governance, energy security, educational development, and regional collaboration. The overarching goals of the strategy include:
Economic Development: The strategy emphasizes the importance of economic partnerships, trade, and investment in promoting growth and integration of the region into the global economy.
Governance and Anti-Corruption: The European Union supports governance and anti-corruption reforms that are essential for sustainable development.
Energy Security: Given the significant energy resources in Central Asia, measures have been taken to diversify energy sources and increase the EU's energy independence.
Education: Educational programs and initiatives aim to improve skills of the population and develop human capital in the region.
Regional Cooperation: The EU actively promotes regional cooperation among Central Asian countries to contribute to peace and stability in the region. The article emphasizes the flexibility and adaptability of the EU's approach to the challenges and changing circumstances in the region. This demonstrates the European Union's commitment to playing a proactive role in promoting positive development in Central Asia and creating the conditions for long-term collaboration and shared prosperity.
THE REPERCUSSIONS OF THE RUSSIAN-UKRAINIAN CRISIS ON THE FUTURE OF THE INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM
Beginning with Ukraine's announcement on February 24th that Moscow would start a military operation in its territory, this study examines the current crisis in Ukraine from the perspectives of its causes and the consequences it will have on the future of the current international system. Moscow took a step to raise world concern and fear on February 24th when Kyiv announced that Moscow had begun military operations with a ground invasion of its lands. The previous day, the presidents of Donetsk and Luhansk had asked the Russian president to intervene and protect them from Ukrainian forces. Russia and NATO have been exchanging remarks and threats for some time, and now a confrontation in Ukraine is a distinct possibility. Following this unexpected move, there were analyses and guesses regarding the future of the international system and, by extension, the entire planet. Considering Russia's history of nuclear threats, including the most recent remark by the Russian president that alerts the country's nuclear deterrent forces, this is particularly true. As of this writing, the situation has not been resolved, and it occasionally shows signs of quiet before escalating again
THE IMPORTANCE OF NOTARIAL ACTIVITY IN PROTECTING THE RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS AND LEGAL ENTITIES
This scientific article analyzes the importance of notarial activity in protecting the rights of individuals and legal entities, and separately highlights the features of the use of blockchain technology in the work of notaries, which is a promising direction for improving notarial activity and practice. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that the issues of digitalization and the use of blockchain technologies in notarial practice are currently poorly studied, which leads to increased interest in these issues. Constant scientific developments in this direction allow notaries to enrich their knowledge, develop skills and competencies, which is the basis for improving the quality and professionalism in the provision of notarial services. The purpose of the scientific article is the need to consider the aspects and features of notarial activity, and determine its impact on the protection of the rights and interests of various subjects of civil legal relations. The research methodology in a scientific article consists of using such methods of cognition as the dialectical method, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization, modeling, forecasting. The results of the study are developed scientific and theoretical proposals on improving notarial activities, taking into account the use of digital technologies. Specifically, notarial actions were highlighted aimed at protecting the rights of individuals and legal entities for whom contacting a notary is a constant necessity. The obvious conclusion was that the study of notarial activities contributes to the search for new methods, technologies and approaches that can improve processes in this area, simplify procedures and increase the level of confidence in notarial acts.
THE TAIWAN PROBLEM IN CHINA-USA RELATIONS
The China - Taiwan conflict is one of the most relevant and sensitive topics in China-US relations. Territorial conflict with Taiwan is one of the few issues that can potentially lead to escalation of tension between the United States and China. This article analyzes the China - Taiwan conflict in contemporary Chinese and American foreign policy. The historical conflicts between China and Taiwan from World War II to the present day are examined, showing the role of the United States in escalating the issue. The evolution of Sino-American relations in Northeast Asia in the 21st century and its impact on Taiwan is also explored.
DECIPHERING THE DRIVERS OF PERSISTENT CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR IN INDIA: A COMPREHENSIVE STUDY
Persistent criminal behavior remains a significant societal concern in India, with its multifaceted nature posing challenges for law enforcement and policymakers. This comprehensive study aims to unravel the underlying factors contributing to such behavior, offering insights into the complex interplay of social, economic, and psychological variables. Drawing upon extensive research and empirical evidence, this study examines various determinants, including socio-economic disparities, cultural influences, family dynamics, and individual psychosocial factors. By exploring the interconnectedness of these variables, we strive to provide a nuanced understanding of the drivers behind persistent criminal conduct in India. Additionally, this study discusses implications for crime prevention strategies and intervention programs tailored to address the root causes of criminal behavior.
ANALYZING WOMEN'S POST-MARRIAGE RIGHTS IN PUBLIC LAWS ACROSS NATIONS
This study undertakes a comparative analysis of women's post-marriage rights as enshrined in public laws across various nations. The examination focuses on legal provisions pertaining to marriage dissolution, property rights, inheritance, custody of children, and financial independence for women following marriage. Through a comprehensive review of legal frameworks and statutes from diverse jurisdictions, this study sheds light on the extent to which women's rights are protected and upheld in post-marriage scenarios. Key differences and similarities in legal approaches across nations are highlighted, along with the implications for women's empowerment and gender equality.
HISTORY AND CURRENT STATE OF IRAQ- IRAN RELATIONS
From the 1968 Baath Party coup to the 2003 US invasion of Iraq, relations between Baghdad and Tehran have never been good-neighborly or normal. Therefore, the overthrow of Saddam Hussein can be considered as one of the turning points in Iran-Iraq relations. This article elaborates on the Iraq-Iran relationship and the ethnic, religious, sectarian and external forces that influence it.
VIEWS ON STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN UZBEKISTAN AND JAPAN
This article analyzes the history of the development of ideas about state and local government in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and in Japan. Also, the views of scientists of both countries are compared, and their influence on the state and local administration today is revealed.
