THEORETICAL VIEWS ON THE ORGANIZATION OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT
This article shows the socio-political component of local self-government, its socio-political nature, as well as specific views related to its organization, the principles underlying its development. It is also explained that local self-government bodies are the main social institutions for performing comprehensive tasks of local importance, ensuring socio-economic, cultural-educational needs and legal interests of the members of this area.

In this article, consistent measures are being implemented in our country to improve the results of intellectual activity and the mechanisms of introducing innovations to economic sectors, to create regional brands, to ensure reliable legal protection of intellectual property, in particular, the specific features of considering cases related to intellectual property protection in administrative courts are highlighted. Also, the article provides suggestions and recommendations on improving the legislation to ensure reliable legal protection of intellectual property in administrative courts.
MAIN TRENDS AND PROSPECTS FOR IMPROVING THE ADMINISTRATIVE JUDICIAL SYSTEM
The article is devoted to the analysis of the judicial system reform in the Republic of Uzbekistan, with a focus on the establishment and development of administrative courts. It describes the necessity of changes driven by democratic transformations and state modernization. The article provides data on judicial practice, highlighting the significance of administrative courts in protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as the interests of legal entities. Issues related to the jurisdiction of administrative cases and the territorial accessibility of courts are analyzed. The article examines international experience in the functioning of administrative courts, serving as a basis for proposals to further improve the administrative justice system in Uzbekistan. The importance of optimizing the activities of administrative courts is emphasized to ensure the rule of law and protect citizens' rights in the context of New Uzbekistan.
PAKISTAN ENTERING THE EASTERN AXIS AND RIVALRY BETWEEN GREAT POWERS (USA, RUSSIA, AND CHINA) IN ASIA
This article analyzes relations with global powers like the USA, China, and Russia from the independence of Pakistan to today's year, and predicts the future policy of Pakistan. It mostly emphasizes rivalry between the USA and the Soviet (Russia) for hegemony in South and Central Asia. Besides that, most importantly China is also entering this competition with its today's huge economy and working with Russia in order to fight together in the future against the EU and USA. From this rivalry, Pakistan is developing according to its economy, military, and other fields.
EVOLUTION OF AFGHAN-TURKISH RELATIONS IN THE FIRST HALF OF THE 20TH CENTURY
The initiatives of Atatürk and Amonullah Khan, the first charismatic leaders of these countries, played a major role in the establishment of hundred-year-old warm relations between Afghanistan and Turkey. This article shows the importance of the Turkish model in the modernization of Afghanistan, the role of Turkish specialists in the development of the education, health and military sectors in Afghanistan. Turkey's participation and initiatives in Afghanistan's membership of international agreements are highlighted.
CHANGES IN PAKISTAN'S FOREIGN POLICY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE ENTRY OF US TROOPS INTO AFGHANISTAN
In this article, the entry of US troops into Afghanistan and as a result the change of Pakistan's foreign policy towards Afghanistan, the change of Pakistan's position on the international scale, the beneficial and harmful aspects for Pakistan are shown. Also, the increasing role of the US government between the governments of Afghanistan and Pakistan and its consequences are mentioned.
RELIGIOUS NATIONALISM IN THE ISRAEL-PALESTINE CONFLICT: EXAMINING THE ROLE OF RELIGION
This study explores the intricate relationship between religious nationalism and the Israel-Palestine conflict, examining how religious beliefs and identities shape political agendas, territorial claims, and intergroup dynamics. By analyzing historical and contemporary events, the research highlights the significant influence of Judaism and Islam in the nationalistic narratives of both Israelis and Palestinians. The study aims to provide a nuanced understanding of how religion interplays with nationalism, fueling the protracted conflict and affecting prospects for peace. Through qualitative analysis of religious texts, political speeches, and grassroots movements, the research elucidates the complex role of religion in perpetuating and potentially resolving the conflict.
