The purpose of this study is to analyze the important role that artificial intelligence (Al) plays in the educational process. The article explores how modem Al technologies can solve a number of problems in the field of education, such as barriers to access to educational materials, learning difficulties and a shortage of educational resources.

This article examines the role and importance of artificial intelligence (Al) technologies in the digitization process of archival documents in Uzbekistan. Digitizing archival records ensures their preservation, facilitates their processing, and enhances public accessibility. The article provides an overview of the information systems introduced by the “Uzarchiv” Agency and explores how Al technologies are being applied within these systems. It also presents a comparative analysis of advanced international practices in countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, South Korea, China, and other European nations, focusing on legal frameworks, digital infrastructure, and the integration of Al in archival management. The article concludes with practical recommendations for the development of the archival digitization system in Uzbekistan.

Dunyoning raqamlashuvi jarayonida qog‘ozga asoslangan hujjatlarni yanada qulayroq, qidirish va saqlash uchun raqamliga aylantirish zarur. Elektron hujjatda (EH) qatorlar matn maydoni to‘plamiga taqsimlanadi. Boshqacha qilib aytganda, satr bir nechta segmentlarga bo‘linib, har bir segment boshqa to‘plam matn maydoniga joylashtirilishi mumkin. Shuning uchun matn satr bilan samarali bog‘langanligi bois to‘plamdagi har bir matn bog‘langan matn maydoni deb ataladi. Shuningdek satrning butun mazmunini o‘z ichiga olgan hamda boshqa matn maydoni bilan bog‘lanmagan matn maydonini himoyalangan matn maydoni deb ham atalishi mumkin.

So‘nggi o‘n yilliklarda axborot texnologiyalari kundalik hayotimizning ajralmas qismiga aylandi va turli sohalarni, jumladan, ta’limni ham tubdan o‘zgartirdi. Texnika fanlariga yo‘naltirilgan kasbiy ta’lim muassasalari o‘zlarining o‘qitish metodologiyasiga axborot texnologiyalarini kiritish muhimligini tan oldilar. Texnologiyadagi ushbu yutuqlar talabalar va o‘qituvchilar uchun o‘quv tajribasini oshirish uchun ko‘plab imkoniyatlarni taqdim etadi.

The article discusses the use of digitalization as an effective tool in the management of human resources, the need to implement digital tools in the management system of a modern company, in particular, the digital method of personnel selection. The trends of Russian companies in the conditions of digital reality are analyzed, such as the collection of data on applicants, analytics and resume selection, assistance to successful candidates, through electronic document management during employment.

Ushbu maqola oliy ta’lim jarayonida talabalar mustaqil dunyoqarashini shakllantirishda zamonaviy pedtexnologiyalarni ta’lim jarayoniga tadbiq qilish va qo’llash usullarini pedagogik jihatdan ochib beradi, hamda ta’limni zamonaviylashtirish yo’lida qilinishi lozim bo’lgan masalalarni pedagogik yoritib beradi.

The aim of the research work. The aim of the research is to develop the modification algorithms for calculating estimates by using the elements of fuzzy sets theory in Data Mining.
The scientific novelty of the research work is as follows:
the methods and algorithms for determining optimal values of threshold parameters and the length of voting sets of models of the algorithms for calculating estimates have been developed;
the algorithms for determining the optimal values of the membership functions parameters and threshold parameters using the genetic algorithm has been developed;
the eight-step modified model of the algorithms for calculating estimates based on the elements of the fuzzy sets theory has been developed;
the approach for determining the relationship between classes for modifying partial precedence algorithms has been developed.

The article is aimed at assessing the importance and necessity of solving the problem of the relevance of legal information posted on the Internet, determining a set of measures aimed at solving this problem. Distinguishing features of legal information, its structure are singled out, an assessment of the degree of relevance and reliability of each type of legal information on the Internet is carried out. It was revealed that unofficial legal information is most susceptible to the risks of losing relevance and reliability. The main properties of legal information are determined. The most important problems associated with the search and use of unofficial legal information on the Internet are noted. The main groups of users of legal information on the Internet have been identified. A number of legal, technical, organizational and educational measures are proposed to increase the relevance and reliability of legal information on the Internet.

The article presents the author’s point of view on the problem of ethical risks of using artificial intelligence in the context of the formation of a digital society and the priority of the human right to personal digital security. The most technically adapted robot system cannot make independent decisions by analogy with human decisions. Robots differ from humans in that they are not emotionally motivated. But if autonomous robots with artificial intelligence technology do not experience emotions, then does it make sense to equate them with a human? In this regard, there is a certain period of transition from the professional ethics of robot developers - “roboetics”, to functional morality, within which in the future machines will be endowed with the ability to evaluate their actions, and therefore the ability to respond to moral challenges - “ethics of robots”. The discussion of the problem of ethics in the field of artificial intelligence systems is focused on their compliance with ethical norms existing in society. Imagine.

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the needs of state organizations for modem graduates and the requirements for them in the conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It also discusses cooperation with higher education institutions in the public sector, the practice system, and educational strategies that are appropriate for the labor market. Through the analysis, proposals arc made to improve the quality of education and improve the personnel training system.

Subjects of the research: The diagnostics of data transmission systems’ (DTS) elements under operation terms, methods of the control of DTA (data transmission apparatus) and diagnostics of digital devises on the base of signature analysis.
Purpose of work: Investigation and development of effective control methods and diagnostic of data transmission systems’ elements.
.Method of research: On solving of given problems analytical and program methods of investigation have been used, including elaborated models and methodic with following processing and analyses of the received results. Analytical methods were based on probability theory, flow - chart theory, reliability theory, algebra logic theory, machine modeling theory.
The results obtained and their novelty: The cascade model of error source of discreet channel and the strategy of diagnostics and restoring the efficiency of DTS elements. The mathematic model of embedded control over DTS elements with and without self control and evaluation of volumes value and efficiency. Evaluation methodic of sample signatures reliability and calculation. The algorithms of despairs detection at signature analysis application, minimizing the time of search. An imitation model for evaluating the methods of compact testing and sample signatures shaping.
Practical value: The elaborated methodic, algorithms and programs are recommended for practical use at designing of control - diagnostic provision at the stage of operation of data transmission systems.
Degree of embed and economic cffcctivitv: The results of dissertation work have been adopted in AK «Uzbektelecom». The theoretical and practical results have been used at TU1T on «Telecommunications» specialty and 5A522205 - «Communication networks and control systems» specialty.
Field of application: The proposed methodic, algorithms and programs could be widely used at operation of data transmission systems, development of control - diagnostic supply of digital systems and devices of telecommunication equipment.

The development of modern technologies is changing our world not only in reality, but changes are also taking place in the virtual space itself. A new level of development of Internet technologies, the expansion of the real world into the virtual space, a closer connection between the real and virtual worlds, and as a result the emergence of metaverses, raise new questions for lawyers and form a request to states about the need to clarify legal norms. Civil law was no exception, where a significant part of the obligations became a hybrid that exists simultaneously in both worlds. Separate issues of fulfillment of an obligation, namely the determination of the place of fulfillment of an obligation associated with the metaverse, became the subject of this article. The methodological basis of this study is a set of methods of scientific knowledge, namely, general scientific and private scientific methods of research, in particular formal legal, comparative legal, technical legal. As a result of the study, the authors conclude that it is possible to determine the place of fulfillment of the obligation of the metaverse at the contractual level already in the current state of legislation, and determine the prospects for such a place of fulfillment of the obligation by virtue of the law.

The purpose of the article is to study the features of the mechanism for implementing such an important subjective digital right as the right to be forgotten through the prism of foreign legal doctrine and law enforcement practice, as well as Russian experience. With the help of general scientific methods, as well as using a comparative legal approach, the author explores the mechanism for exercising the right to be forgotten in Russia in comparison with Western counterparts and formulates conclusions regarding the prospects for its improvement. The article substantiates the thesis about the need for further doctrinal discussion of various aspects of the right to be forgotten and the improvement of the current Russian legislation in this area.

Initially, traditional methods such as names, codes of personal identification numbers, passwords were used for the use of biometric systems in identification. This article analyzes voice-based personal identification systems and personal biometrics over the past five decades.

This article proposes an information system specialized in the automatic detection of skin diseases, particularly melanoma, based on dermoscopic images. The system architecture is built on the integration of Laravel and Django frameworks through a RESTful API and is designed with a modular and scalable structure. Earlier 20 century, sociologist Pitirim Sorokin suggested a theory of socio-cultural dynamics as follows: development of social systems and their transition from one state into another occurred under the influence of values prevailing in society.
