This article focuses on the philosophical aspects of relying on the moral principles of the mysticism doctrine in obtaining the negative consequences of the phenomenon of globalism. The phenomenon of globalism, which is spreading rapidly around the world, is ensuring the penetration of “mass culture” into all regions. The result is the period demand for the rational use of our philosophical, religious and national values in preventing amoremismic situations in the process of upbringing in people at a time when there is an escalating mass culture and degeneration of the world of human morality. At the present time, the idea of the role of mysticism and philosophical instruction in the preservation of moral and spiritual values is considered. It is dedicated to the philosophical analysis of the ideas of mysticism and Naqshbandiya sect.

This article discusses the Timurid Written Heritage in Turkey’s Major Libraries. The Nuri Osmaniye ensemble was built in the Baroque style and consisted of a mosque, a madrasa, a mansion, a hilkhana, a bazaar and of course a huge library. The library consists of a four-column, domed dome. The interior walls are decorated with Baroque-patterned ganjas, as well as Arabic inscriptions by calligraphers such as Ali Efendi, Mahmoud Rasmi, Sayyid Abdulaziz and Fakhriddin.

The article examines the concept of a historical personality in the novels of Oybek “Navoi’ and Isajon Sultan “Alisher Navoi” from the point of view of ideology and artistic thinking of the period when these works were written. The unique expression of both writers in the creation of the image of a historical personality is subjected to a comparative analysis based on the artistic and ideological goals of the creator. Scientific conclusions about the diversity of the artistic interpretation of Alisher Navoi and his contemporaries are given.

Gumbad Raisan “The Domes of Silence” is the title of a research-based article on burial rituals, architecture, and material culture of Rais dynasty. In sixteenth-century CE, Rais rulers ruled the northern regions of Pakistan bordering with Central Asia, in Chitral, Gilgit. The monument of Gumbad Raisan was initially documented and depicted by a local chronicler Mirza Ghufran in 1921 CE and described the burial as Dakhma. This article includes brief definitions of the word Dakhma, its origin, and the historical background. It also gives circumstantial information about the indigenous people of the eastern Hindu Kush, their religion and the ruling elites of the regions. The ancient history of this region is seemed to be muzzling, this article concludes some historical shreds of evidence of ancient history of Chitral.

The article examines the formation and development of the Aral Sea culture in the Bronze Age and the Early Iron Age, describes the direction of the ancient routes that served the migration of pastoralist tribes and the economic relations of the Aral Sea region with adjacent regions. The importance of minerals in the development of the region is indicated.

This study is one of the first studies of the art education system in Uzbekistan in the field of fine arts during the period of independence. The author of the article studied the available documentary and factual materials on the topic and provided some methodological guidelines of the leading teachers-mentors. These main components of aesthetics are considered in an indissoluble unity and interaction with the visual arts, which shows the full significance of this study.
