Annotatsiya: O‘qituvchilarni innovatsion faoliyatga yo‘naltirish, ta'lim tizimining samaradorligini oshirish va o‘quvchilarning sifatli ta'lim olishlarini ta'minlash uchun juda muhimdir. Innovatsion faoliyat, o‘qituvchilarni yangi pedagogik usullar, texnologiyalar va yondashuvlar bilan tanishtirishni o‘z ichiga oladi. Bu jarayonda rahbarlarning roli beqiyosdir. Ular nafaqat o‘qituvchilarni rag‘batlantirish, balki ularning professional rivojlanishiga ham hissa qo‘shadilar.

Аннотация: Очень важно направить преподавателей на инновационную деятельность, повысить эффективность образовательной системы и обеспечить получение учащимися качественного образования. Инновационная деятельность включает в себя ознакомление учителей с новыми педагогическими методами, технологиями и подходами. Роль лидеров в этом процессе неоценима. Они не только мотивируют учителей, но и способствуют их профессиональному развитию.

Abstract: It is very important to direct teachers to innovative activities, to increase the efficiency of the educational system and to ensure that students receive quality education. Innovative activities include introducing teachers to new pedagogical methods, technologies and approaches. The role of leaders in this process is invaluable. tizimining samaradorligini oshirish va o‘quvchilarning sifatli ta'lim olishlarini

ta'minlash uchun juda muhimdir. Innovatsion faoliyat, o‘qituvchilarni yangi

pedagogik usullar, texnologiyalar va yondashuvlar bilan tanishtirishni o‘z ichiga

INTRODUCTION

Leaders must be primarily a source of motivation in guiding teachers towards

innovative activities. In order for teachers to be interested and passionate about

their work, it is necessary for leaders to motivate them, offer new ideas and

approaches. Leaders can increase their interest in innovative activities by creating

opportunities for teachers to increase their knowledge and experience. Leaders in

the implementation of innovative activities play an important role in introducing

teachers to new pedagogical technologies. They can make the learning process

more interesting and effective by teaching teachers modern teaching techniques

such as interactive lessons, group work, problem teaching. Such approaches will

help teachers update their knowledge and convey modern knowledge to students.

Leaders also need to focus on developing teamwork in guiding teachers towards

innovative activities. The exchange of cooperation and experience between

teachers is important in the implementation of new ideas. Leaders should

encourage teachers to help each other, share experiences, and try new approaches

together. This creates a favorable environment for teachers to exchange ideas and

learn from each other.

MATERIALS AND METHODS

When carrying out innovative activities, it is important that leaders, teachers,

also focus on professional development. The organization of seminars, trainings

and master classes for teachers will help to improve their knowledge and skills.

Leaders must provide the resources necessary for teachers to develop themselves.

This further increases teachers ' interest in innovative activities and introduces them

to new ideas. In addition, leaders also need to develop mechanisms to assess and

stimulate the innovative activities of teachers. Teachers need to see the results of

approaches. Leaders can further increase their interest in innovative activities by

recognizing and encouraging teacher success. The role of leaders in directing

teachers to innovative activities should also be reflected in the overall strategy of

the educational institution. It is necessary for the heads of the educational

institution to set specific strategies and goals for the development of innovative

activities. This provides a smooth and systematic approach to directing teachers to

innovative activities. [1]

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

It is important that leaders, when directing teachers to innovative activities,

also monitor innovations in education and try to apply them to their activities. The

study of modern trends in education gives teachers the opportunity to introduce

new ideas and apply them in their lessons. Leaders can increase their interest in

innovative activities by sharing their knowledge and experience with teachers. In

this process, it is important for leaders to develop mutual cooperation, encourage

teachers to help each other, and provide opportunities for mutual exchange of

ideas.[2]

The exchange of cooperation and experience between teachers is important in

the implementation of innovative activities. Leaders should encourage teachers to

help each other, share experiences, and try new approaches together. This creates

a favorable environment for teachers to exchange ideas and learn from each other.

As a result, the role of leaders is very important in directing teachers to

innovative activities. They help teachers provide quality education by encouraging

teachers, introducing new pedagogical technologies, developing teamwork,

creating opportunities for professional development, and evaluating innovative

activities. The active participation of leaders in this process is an important factor

in the development of the educational system and the quality education of

students.[3] Cooperation between teachers and leaders helps to improve the

effectiveness of the educational process and implement innovative approaches.[4]

CONCLUSION

The role of leaders in directing teachers to innovative activities also includes

the social responsibility of the educational institution. Educational institutions need

to develop positive relationships between teachers and students in the community

and focus on social issues. Leaders, by guiding teachers towards innovative

activities, help to increase the importance of education in the community and

promote the social responsibility of students.
