CONDITIONS TO BE CHECKED WHEN LOADING FROM A
VEHICLE

Abstract:
The article discusses the issues of prohibitive
conditions and rules that must be observed when using a vehicle. The
article also touches upon the issues of liability established in the Law
for failure to comply with the established conditions.

INTRODUCTION
The sharp increase in the number of vehicles today and the mismatch
between the number of vehicles and the capacity of highways are causing many
drivers to break the rules.
In 2023, there were 1,794 traffic accidents involving children, in which
1,568 children were injured and 263 children died.
In most cases, this is caused by the high speed of the vehicle.
Movement speed. The driver must control the speed of the vehicle, taking
into account the speed of movement, the nature and condition of the vehicle and
cargo, road and weather conditions, as well as visibility in the direction of
movement.
MAIN PART
The use of any vehicle is necessary. This regulation serves to ensure the safety
of the driver, as well as road users. It is for this reason that certain vehicles are
strictly controlled when transporting goods. These are called "prohibitive
conditions" and are clearly stated in the Traffic Rules.

1. If there is a technical malfunction:
- The brake system does not work;
- The steering is faulty;
- The lights or signaling system do not work;
- The tires are in poor condition;
- The front or rear windows are cracked or in a condition that restricts
visibility.
2. If the driver is in poor condition:
- Under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
- Physically or mentally unfit to drive;
- No driver's license or its validity has expired.
3. If there are no vehicle documents:
- Technical passport;
- Insurance policy;
- Permit to move (if required).
4. If there is a violation in the transportation of goods or passengers:
- Overloaded cargo;
- If the transportation of people in an open area is prohibited;
- If the vehicle is overloaded or moves with an inconveniently placed load.
5. Environmentally harmful conditions:
- If the engine emits excessive smoke;
- If the vehicle is leaking fuel or leaking harmful liquids.
6. If special requirements are violated:
- If special signal lights (siren) are installed, but used without permission;
- If the vehicle is not adapted to traffic regulations.

Failure to comply with these conditions will entail punishment in

Uzbekistan and other regulatory documents. Fines may result in measures such as
deprivation of driving rights or temporary seizure of the vehicle.
Outside of populated areas:
- for passenger cars and trucks with a permissible full weight not exceeding
3.5 tons, without exceeding the speed of 100 kilometers per hour;
- for intercity buses and minibuses, the speed does not exceed 90 kilometers
per hour;
- other buses, cars with trailers, motorcycles, trucks with a permissible total
weight of more than 3.5 tons without exceeding the speed of 80 kilometers per
hour;
- trucks with trailers are allowed to move at a speed not exceeding 70
kilometers per hour.

control the vehicle as a person who has a view of speed, quality and condition of
the vehicle and cargo, road and weather conditions, and the direction of traffic.
CONCLUSION
It is the duty of every driver to comply with the prohibitory conditions when

life-threatening. Therefore, it is always necessary to use a vehicle that has
undergone a technical inspection, has complete documents and is in safe condition.
In conclusion, it is very important for vehicles to be safe and operationally
efficient, for all parts of the vehicle structure to work properly, and for optimal
selection of speed during movement on the road. Correct operation of control
mechanisms is very important in preventing accidents and ensuring active safety.
The effectiveness of the brake system in preventing dangerous situations depends
on the correct and reliable operation of the brake system
Risk level. Vehicle injury depends on driver's license, traffic conditions,
technical condition of the vehicle, driver's skills, mental state and physical activity.
