Annotation. This article analyzes the indicators of labor efficiency and their role in economic development. Labor efficiency, at the level of organization and countries, reflects the level of resource use of the labor force. The article discusses the main indicators used in the assessment of labor efficiency, including factors such as the volume of production, the level of wages and the efficiency of working hours. Opinions are also expressed on innovative approaches, modern technologies and skill development programs necessary to improve labor efficiency. On the example of Uzbekistan, practical methods of improving labor efficiency and the impact of this process on economic stability are considered. The article also highlights the importance of cooperation between the public and private sectors in improving labor efficiency and outlines future development prospects.

Annotation. This article analyzes the indicators of labor efficiency and their role

Introduction

. Labor efficiency is an economic indicator that measures the level of

resource use of the labor force and the results achieved in the production process. It is

represented by the amount of product or service that workers produce in a given period

of time. Labor efficiency is mainly due to the effective functioning of workers,

technologies and management systems in the production process. Performance

indicators are an important factor in economic development [1]. High labor efficiency

accelerates the economic growth of the country, leads to an increase in jobs, an increase

in wages and, in general, an improvement in the standard of living. This is because high

efficiency allows workers to do a lot of work quickly and qualitatively, which optimizes

the production process. When assessing labor efficiency, several indicators are used.

One of the most common indicators is the ratio of the product or service produced to the

time spent per worker. For example, if a worker can produce 100 pieces per hour, his

labor efficiency is considered high. Also, the level of wages, the efficiency of working

hours and other economic factors are taken into account when measuring labor

efficiency.

There are a number of strategies to improve labor efficiency. First of all, it is

possible to automate and optimize work processes by introducing modern technologies

[2]. Technological innovations accelerate production and reduce human factor errors. It

is also important to improve the skills of workers and give them new knowledge.

important in measuring and analyzing the performance of workers in the production

more efficiently in work processes, increasing their level of professionalism. Also,

improving communication within the community is also important in improving labor

efficiency. Open communication and exchange of ideas help workers to help each other,

quickly solve problems and advance innovative ideas.

It plays an important role in improving labor efficiency, ensuring economic

stability in Uzbekistan. Practical methods for improving labor efficiency include a

Improving labor efficiency also has a positive effect on economic stability.

Businesses that work efficiently produce more products, which ensures more economic

growth. On the other hand, high efficiency can increase workers ' income and provide

social stability. All this has a positive effect on the economic development of

Uzbekistan. Thus, practical methods of improving labor efficiency in Uzbekistan are

important in ensuring economic stability, strengthen the competitiveness of the country

and increase social well-being.

Conclusion. In conclusion, improving labor efficiency is a prerequisite for the

economic development of Uzbekistan. It is important not only for enterprises, but also

for the economy and social well-being of the country. Effective labor ensures the

production of high-quality products and services, which increases competitiveness and

increases economic stability. Thus, strategies for improving labor efficiency will serve

as the basis for the future success of Uzbekistan. The article detailed the importance of

improving labor efficiency and its impact on economic stability. Indicators of labor

efficiency are measured, including productivity of workers, efficiency of production

processes and innovative approaches in the workplace. It is possible to improve labor

efficiency by introducing innovative technologies, improving skills programs and

optimizing work processes.
