AND IMPLEMENTING MODERN SUPPLEMENTS IN EDUCATION

Since recent years, education has become top priority of

each country’s

system and as a result some but more essential changes are demanded to improve
it’s current condition. These changes are closely connected with the new teaching
methods.

It is clear that educational places aim to teach young people moral values such

as tolerance and sharing, preparing them to be good members of society. Therefore,
all the time, it needs change, students should be taught with different methods and
more effective atmosphere should be created. There are several new methods which
can give more productivity at both schools and universities and as an examples of
these is combination of modern and old methods. Moreover, online learning,
experiental and blended types of methods are in the list of modern ways of teaching.
As for the increasing numbers of students totally around the globe, the demand for
the international degree certificated professionals is high and this can lead to some
replacements between teachers who still use old traditional teaching methods and
the ones who are more qualified in new teaching methods. In that situation,
methodology plays more important role. If we look more closely at the methods or
ways of teaching, there are still number of out-dated and inefficient methodologies.
This does not actually have any effect or prompts in teaching nowadays. As time
changed, more independency and children rights protection became as one of the
important regulatory work and these factors limit out-dated, inefficient methods as
those in the past, even making it disappear, given by teachers. Punishment does not
really work because of the current management in most countries. Instead, the
interest rate of students towards education should be affected by giving them more
independency with reverence. In doing so, teachers even get more respect as a reply.
Giving own life experiences by combining some connections with those of children
can attract more attention by children as it is familiar situation in their life, trying to
impress them psychologically which means working in a tricky way, e.g. mentioning
how deep expectations teachers have for their students’ future. What is more, this
method has an impact on individual working which is a type of new methods. It is still
true for some areas that teachers carry on his or her teaching even if they are aware
of students are not paying attention to. This is sadly traditional method that should
be eliminated.

Practicality in the process of teaching is one of the most crucial strategy in

education. Giving examples of famous person’s success, David Beckam’s effect, he
was the world’s best soccer player in the world. What was the key factor for his great
achievement is he did not improve himself with theoretical knowledge, his skill was
practicality. Learning theories is the inseparable part of studying, however, there is
no doubt that many students or children at schools can only receive theories but can
not accomplish these instructions in practice. If reverse method (practice and theory

at the same time) is taken, productivity is doubled: theory is told students and
possibility of making errors or failing to do something in that process may be high,
but mistakes or failures are necessary to be able to improve not only in education
sphere but in some other fields. In education, this can be clear that giving
presentations and talking about new themes within long hours are old methods which
should be focused on more practical use of these theories instead. When it happens
so, the opportunity level of more welcomed acception by learners will clearly be
shown. The more practices with defining problems are done, the more improvement
and stability in education will be.

The purposes of thinking up new methodologies are also directed at students’

learning productivity. To make productive sphere, “Breaking smaller parts” method is
much powerful tool. More specifically, actually, not all students are able to catch up
with new lessons and the degree of understanding ability differs within those of other
peers. At that time, when teacher is aware of this issue, it will be obvious to him or
her that making measures is needed. The method mentioned above comes here to
help: problem is clear and big; working on this problem by making it smaller part by
part gives bigger solution. In order to establish what works and what does not in that
work may take time, but regular working with student with moving step by step is a
confident solution for common and constant cases.

These methods of teaching in education can be applied for all degrees and

levels of education system. They can help develop the efficiency of teaching and
even make this system improve faster within short period.
