Аннотация

Dismetabolik sindrom (DS) – bu metabolik buzilishlar majmuasi bo‘lib, u nafaqat endokrin va yurak-qon tomir tizimlariga, balki immun tizimga ham salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. So‘nggi yillarda bolalarda bu sindrom bilan birga yallig‘lanish markerlarining faolligi ortayotgani kuzatilmoqda. Bu esa immunologik omillarni DS rivojlanishida asosiy patogenetik bo‘g‘inlardan biri sifatida ko‘rib chiqishga asos beradi.

Dismetabolik sindrom (DS) – bu metabolik buzilishlar majmuasi bo‘lib, u nafaqat

endokrin va yurak-qon tomir tizimlariga, balki immun tizimga ham salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi.
So‘nggi yillarda bolalarda bu sindrom bilan birga yallig‘lanish markerlarining faolligi
ortayotgani kuzatilmoqda. Bu esa immunologik omillarni DS rivojlanishida asosiy patogenetik
bo‘g‘inlardan biri sifatida ko‘rib chiqishga asos beradi.

Maqsad.

Bolalarda dismetabolik sindrom bilan bog‘liq immunologik o‘zgarishlarni

aniqlash va ularning klinik ahamiyatini baholash.

Materiallar va usullar.

Tadqiqotga 9–16 yosh oralig‘idagi 40 nafar dismetabolik

sindrom tashxisi qo‘yilgan bola va 20 nafar nisbatan sog‘lom nazorat guruhi jalb qilindi.
Quyidagi immunologik ko‘rsatkichlar baholandi:

- Sitokinlar darajasi (IL-6, TNF-α, IL-10)
- Immunoglobulinlar (IgA, IgG, IgM)
- Limfotsitlar subpopulyatsiyasi (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+)
- C-reaktiv oqsil (CRP) darajasi
Tahlillar ferment immunoanaliz va oqsillarni elektroforez usuli yordamida o‘tkazildi.
NATIJALAR
- Dismetabolik sindromli bolalarda IL-6 va TNF-α darajalari nazorat guruhiga nisbatan

2–3 barobar yuqori aniqlangan.

- CD4+/CD8+ nisbatida sezilarli pasayish kuzatildi, bu T-hujayrali immunitetning

disbalansini ko‘rsatadi.

- IgA va IgG darajasining oshishi bilan birga, IgM darajasi bir oz pasaygan.
- C-reaktiv oqsil darajasi DS guruhida 3,5 mg/l dan oshgan holatlar kuzatildi, bu esa

yallig‘lanish jarayonining faolligini bildiradi.

Xulosa.

Bolalarda dismetabolik sindrom immun tizimning yallig‘lanish yo‘li bilan

faollashuvi va hujayraviy immunitet disbalansi bilan kechadi. Sitokinlar darajasining oshishi
va immunoglobulinlar spektridagi o‘zgarishlar ushbu sindromning diagnostikasida
qo‘shimcha

marker

sifatida

qo‘llanilishi

mumkin.

Ushbu

topilmalar

asosida

immunomodulyator yondashuvlar bo‘yicha yangi davolash strategiyalarini ishlab chiqish
imkoniyati mavjud.
