The Republic of Uzbekistan, while pursuing a policy of peace, undertakes the tasks of
ensuring the security of citizens, peace and stability. In accordance with the Charter of the
United Nations, the state, in exercising its inalienable right to self-defense, ensures its military
and defense capabilities within reasonable limits.
Young people are the future of our Motherland, our nation. Since we entrust the fate of
our Motherland to them, first of all, they must deeply understand the complex and responsible
task entrusted to them in its entirety and contribute to it. Because, love for the Motherland,
affection for it, is characterized by the creative work that everyone does for the development of
this country. In the development of the understanding of national identity, it is of great
importance to educate thoughtful young people, imbued with national patriotic ideas.
Therefore, it is necessary that each of our young people preparing to defend the Motherland be
educated in a spirit of high patriotism. condition. Patriotism is considered a high human virtue.
Patriotism is one of the brightest aspects of perfection. That is why the Hadith Sharif calls for
"Loving the homeland is a believer
. "
One of the important tasks of the pedagogical teams of educational institutions is to
ensure that students - young people - have theoretical and practical knowledge of military-
patriotic education, prepare them for military service in all directions and fulfill their duty to
protect the dignity of Independent Uzbekistan. The subject of "Military Patriotic Education"
helps in its successful solution.
It organizes the organization, content, forms and methods of spiritual, political,
psychological and physical preparation of students for service in the Armed Forces of the
Republic of Uzbekistan.
"Military" patriotism "education" science main duties the following:
Firstly, in conjunction with other subjects taught in educational institutions, to educate
students to be always ready to defend their Motherland with weapons in their hands in the
spirit of national patriotism;
Secondly, to develop pedagogical qualities in students, to raise active, conscious builders
of a new society, people who are devoted to the ideals of national independence, hardworking,
courageous, and willing to give their lives for their Motherland;
Thirdly, to provide students with theoretical and practical training on the issues of
"Military Patriotic Education" knowledge with armament, in them average study institutions,
lyceums, in colleges skills and abilities in the organization and conduct of educational work in
the position of a teacher of "initial preparation for the call" .
Issues of Military Patriotic Education As a result of studying the subject of primary
military training, students should know the following:

As a result of studying the subject "Military Patriotic Education", students must be able to
do the following:

have earned glory for their fighting and labor;

organizing meetings with war and labor veterans, holding meetings with servicemen of
the Armed Forces;

holding theoretical conferences on the topic of military patriotism, selecting and
preparing candidates for study at military higher education institutions;

In the process of studying this subject, each student is required to independently prepare
4-5 presentations (reports, abstracts) on the topic of military patriotism.
Military patriotic education - how to achieve the effectiveness of youth education.
Successfully resolving the issues of strengthening the defense of our country is closely
linked to the education of young people, their political awareness, labor activity, and the pace
of scientific and technological development.
Education is an objectively based process of directing people to physical and mental labor
or other useful activities for society, as well as preparing them to fulfill multifaceted social tasks.
Military-patriotic education is an integral part of it.
The methodology and scientific foundations of military patriotic education are applied in
relation to the human factor. This concept includes the sum of a person's ideological-political,
spiritual, physical and other virtues.
The main document on the defense of the homeland is reflected in the Law of our state
"On Defense". This Law establishes the legal foundations for the organization of defense and
management of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, defines the powers of state
bodies, as well as the participation of citizens' self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions,
organizations and citizens in ensuring the defense of the country.
The Law "On Defense" has a separate state defense feature, which organizes the Armed
Forces' preparation for the elimination and repulsion of aggression, a system of ideas of great
importance for the defense of the Motherland. Uzbekistan, which has potential sources of
military danger, must strengthen the state defense power to the necessary level.

the security of the country, safeguards the independence of a young country that has set foot
on the path of independent development and renewal of social relations.
Love for the homeland, for the land, is a quality that has been ingrained in the hearts of
our people, a primordial national characteristic. As our first president, I.A. Karimov, once said:
"Our most important task in the spiritual sphere is to preserve and develop our human values,
to raise our children as perfect sons and daughters of a free, democratic Uzbekistan."
Political, ideological, religious, aesthetic and other types of education are meant to convey
to every Uzbek that, along with the formation of a harmonious generation of a new society, high
spiritual and political qualities, one of the most urgent tasks is to ensure the inviolability of the
state's borders.
One of the main tasks of our state is to form in the human mind, with the help of methods
and forms of military patriotic education, a constant readiness to resist any aggression, and to
educate in the spirit of a sense of personal responsibility for the defense of one's Motherland.
The widespread use of the principles of pedagogy and psychology in the military-patriotic
education of young students is of great importance.
Military training is a complex socio-pedagogical process, in which it is necessary to
understand the following: equipping students - young people with knowledge, skills and
abilities; educating them in the personal qualities necessary for the armed defender of their
Motherland; to develop as a complete person, to develop the skills of a creative approach to
solving various tasks that arise, and to form a mental readiness to fulfill the tasks facing them
and to act successfully in any situation. However, "the feeling of the Motherland, the
understanding of the Motherland is as sacred, pure and great for us as a place of worship" - he

The great enlightener Abdullah Avloni said: "Science is the wealth of the world.
Knowledge is the highest and most sacred achievement of man. Knowledge is like a mirror, it
shows us our view of the world and our aspirations. Like a sword, it sharpens our mind and
thoughts."
President of the Republic of Uzbekistan - Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed
Forces Sh. Mirziyoyev has repeatedly emphasized the importance of mastering the art of

Morality is one of the forms of social consciousness and is a set of rules of behavior that a
person living in a certain society must follow. Morality is manifested in a system of rules of

behavior that regulate the relations of people to each other, to society, to the state, to public
property, to the family, to the Fatherland, to the Motherland.
Morality is a set of socially accepted requirements, norms, and rules that govern people's
behavior in society, in the family, at work, in their relationships with each other, and in their
relationships with themselves.
The builder of a democratic society must work honestly for the happiness and well-being
of society, have a high understanding of social duty, It was emphasized that honesty,
truthfulness, moral purity, simplicity and humility are necessary in social and personal life. It is
of great importance that our military-patriotic students - young people, on the one hand, show
what they are capable of by selfless education - upbringing and increasing their levels of deep
knowledge, and also demonstrate their behavior - character, morality, and spiritual beauty.

Military patriotic education of young people is organized taking into account the
characteristics of modern warfare, its means and forms of armed conflict, its legality, and the
conditions of combat operations, as well as its rules and conclusions. Military science answers
questions about what spiritual-political, psychological, and combat qualities each person
should possess, and what knowledge and skills are necessary for him to successfully fulfill his
duty as a defender of the Fatherland.

This system has a common feature, namely, the formation of patriotic consciousness in
young people, which is the task of all higher and secondary specialized educational institutions
of our society. Secondly, it is a holistic activity at all stages of human life, and thirdly, it is based
on the inseparability of the army and the people.
Military patriotic education is aimed at developing interest in military service among
young people, mastering military professions, and preparing young people for service in the
Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It aims to help prepare for service.
The goal of military patriotic education is to form an idea, conviction, and worldview that
will ensure readiness to defend the Motherland, to give it the necessary strength, and if

necessary, even life. It consists in educating the spiritual - spiritual, moral - disciplinary, and
fighting qualities of future fighters.
Military-technical training is carried out, and the following combat qualities are formed
in them: military knowledge, combat skills, discipline and organization, combat brotherhood,
the military oath and the requirements of the regulations, the unquestioning fulfillment of the
orders and instructions of the commander and superiors. Here, primary military training,
defense and public affairs play a large role.
The Academy of the Armed Forces, established in accordance with the Resolution of the
Cabinet of Ministers of July 15, 1994 "On the Organization of the Academy of the Armed Forces
of the Republic of Uzbekistan", is a leading educational institution for the training and
improvement of officer cadres and is considered an indispensable scientific, methodological,
information and analytical center of the military educational institutions of the Ministry of
Defense.
The troops are armed with missile weapons, automated control systems, modern
communications equipment, radio equipment, various automation and telemechanics devices.
The combat capabilities of aircraft, combat equipment, and infantry and other types of weapons
of the Armed Forces are expanding significantly.
This builds physical endurance, the ability to perform heavy physical tasks in daily
military service and combat conditions.

The physical training of modern youth does not adequately meet the requirements of
modern work and service in the Armed Forces. Instead, the national economy suffers greatly
from diseases associated with the mental, physical, moral, spiritual and spiritual state of young
people.
Statistics show that young people are more likely to be overweight and prone to diseases.
The percentage of young people with disabilities in the musculoskeletal system is high.
According to experts, 58% of backward students lag behind their peers not due to laziness or
poor development, but due to physical defects and shortcomings.
