Mazkur maqola bolalik davridagi hissiy beparvolik va uning kattalar ruhiy salomatligiga ta’siri bo‘yicha olib borilgan ilmiy tadqiqot natijalariga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda bolalikda hissiy e'tibordan mahrum bo‘lgan shaxslarning yetuklik davridagi psixologik muammolari, jumladan, depressiya, xavotir, o‘zini past baholash va ijtimoiy moslashuvdagi qiyinchiliklar kabi omillar tahlil qilingan. Mazkur tadqiqot natijalari ruhiy salomatlikni yaxshilashda amaliy foydalanishga oid muhim ahamiyatga ega.

Mazkur maqola bolalik davridagi hissiy beparvolik va uning kattalar ruhiy

salomatligiga ta’siri bo‘yicha olib borilgan ilmiy tadqiqot natijalariga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda
bolalikda hissiy e'tibordan mahrum bo‘lgan shaxslarning yetuklik davridagi psixologik
muammolari, jumladan, depressiya, xavotir, o‘zini past baholash va ijtimoiy moslashuvdagi
qiyinchiliklar kabi omillar tahlil qilingan. Mazkur tadqiqot natijalari ruhiy salomatlikni
yaxshilashda amaliy foydalanishga oid muhim ahamiyatga ega.

Abstract

This article focuses on the scientific study of the impact of emotional neglect during

childhood on mental health in adulthood. The study examines psychological issues faced by
individuals who were deprived of emotional attention during childhood, such as depression,
anxiety, low self-esteem, and difficulties in social adaptation. The findings of this research have
significant practical implications for improving mental health.

Bugungi kunda ta’lim muhitini tashkil etishda insonning bolalik davridagi tajribalari uning

shaxsiyati shakllanishida va keyingi hayot bosqichlarida asosiy rol o‘ynaydi. Ota-onalar va
mahalla institutlarining o‘rni beqiyosligi bilan ajralib turadi. Ayniqsa, hissiy ehtiyojlarning
qondirilishi yoki beparvolik bilan qaralishi insonning ruhiy holatiga chuqur ta’sir ko‘rsatadi.
Maktabgacha va maktab ta’limini boshidan kechirayotgan ta’lim oluvchining intilishiga ta’sir
etuvchi omilardan birini munosabat tarzida hissiy beparvolik deb ta’kidlashimiz o‘rinlidir. bu
borada gap aytganda bolaga kerakli mehr, e’tibor va hissiy qo‘llab-quvvatlashning yetarli
darajada ko‘rsatilmasligi bo‘lib, u ko‘pincha ko‘zga ko‘rinmas, ammo chuqur oqibatlarga olib
keluvchi muammo sifatida qaraladi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, bolalik davrida hissiy
beparvolikdan aziyat chekkan shaxslar katta yoshda depressiya, xavotir, past o‘zini o‘zi baholash
kabi ruhiy salomatlik muammolariga duch kelishadi.

Shu bilan birga, bunday shaxslarning ijtimoiy moslashuvchanligi pasayadi, ular ko‘pincha

shaxsiy va professional hayotda qiyinchiliklarni boshdan kechiradilar. Ushbu maqola bolalik
davridagi hissiy beparvolikning kattalar ruhiy salomatligiga ta’sirini ilmiy asosda o‘rganishni,
mazkur muammoning psixologik, ijtimoiy va hayotiy jihatlarini tahlil qilishni maqsad qilgan.
Muammo chuqur va keng ko‘lamli yondashuvni talab etadi, chunki hissiy beparvolik oqibatlarini
aniqlash va bartaraf etish bugungi kunda psixologiya va ruhiy salomatlik sohasidagi muhim

vazifalardan biridir. Mazkur tadqiqot natijalari, nafaqat ilmiy nazariy jihatdan, balki amaliy
faoliyatda ham foydalanish uchun ahamiyatli bo‘ladi.

Hissiy beparvolikning tabiati va sabablari. Hissiy beparvolik – bu bolaga nisbatan mehr va

e'tiborning etishmasligi bilan tavsiflanadigan murakkab psixologik hodisadir. U ota-onaning
farzand ehtiyojlariga yetarlicha javob bermasligi, hissiy qo‘llab-quvvatlashdan chekinishi yoki
bolani psixologik ehtiyojlarini inkor etishi natijasida yuzaga keladi. Bu hodisaning asosiy
sabablari orasida quyidagilarni ko‘rsatish mumkin. Oilaviy muammolar. Ota-onalar o‘rtasidagi
nizolar, iqtisodiy qiyinchiliklar yoki ajralish jarayonlari. Ota-onaning ruhiy holati. Depressiya,
xavotir yoki boshqa psixologik muammolar. Ijtimoiy omillar. Qashshoqlik, ta’lim darajasining
pastligi va ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlashning yetishmasligi. Bu omillar bolalarda hissiy
beparvolikning rivojlanishiga olib keladi va ularning kelajakdagi ruhiy salomatligiga salbiy ta’sir
ko‘rsatadi. Bolalik hissiy beparvoligining kattalar ruhiy salomatligiga ta’siri. Bolalik davridagi
hissiy beparvolik ko‘plab ruhiy salomatlik muammolariga sabab bo‘lishi mumkin. Jumladan:

Depressiya va xavotir. Hissiy ehtiyojlar qondirilmagan bolalar ko‘pincha o‘zini yolg‘iz,

qadrsiz va himoyasiz his qilishadi. Bu hissiyotlar yetuklik davrida depressiya va xavotirning
rivojlanishiga olib keladi. Past o‘z-o‘zini baholash. Ota-onaning mehr va e’tiboridan mahrum
bolalar o‘zlarini qadrsiz yoki sevishga arzimaydigan deb hisoblashlari mumkin. Bu past o‘z-o‘zini
baholash va o‘ziga bo‘lgan ishonchsizlikni kuchaytiradi. Ijtimoiy moslashuv qiyinchiliklari: Hissiy
beparvolikdan aziyat chekkan shaxslar boshqalar bilan sog‘lom munosabatlar o‘rnatishda
qiyinchiliklarga duch keladilar. Psixologik maslahat va terapiya hissiy beparvolikdan aziyat
chekkan shaxslarga o‘z muammolarini aniqlash va ularni bartaraf etishda yordam beradi. Ta’lim
va xabardorlikni oshirish: Ota-onalar va g‘amxo‘r shaxslar uchun bolalarning hissiy ehtiyojlari
to‘g‘risida xabardorlikni oshirish muhimdir.

Xulosa

Ushbu maqola natijalari nafaqat nazariy asos sifatida, balki amaliyotda psixologik va

ijtimoiy yordam ko‘rsatish tizimlarini rivojlantirishda yo‘l-yo‘riq bo‘lib xizmat qiladi. Xulosa qilib
aytganda, bolalik davridagi hissiy beparvolik nafaqat individual shaxsiyatga, balki butun
jamiyatning rivojlanishiga ta’sir ko‘rsatadigan muhim omil hisoblanadi. Ushbu masala bo‘yicha
tadqiqotlar va amaliy ishlarni davom ettirish, jamiyatda sog‘lom muhitni shakllantirish va
kelajak avlodlarning farovonligini ta’minlash uchun dolzarb vazifa bo‘lib qoladi.
