NGOS EMPOWERING TRIBES: A CASE STUDY OF TRIBAL DEVELOPMENT IN PURULIA DISTRICT, WEST BENGAL
This study examines the pivotal role played by non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in empowering tribal communities and fostering development in Purulia District, West Bengal. Through a comprehensive case study approach, the research investigates the diverse interventions, strategies, and impacts of NGOs working towards tribal upliftment in the region. Adams, who stress the role of context and communicative conditions in language interpretation. Central to the discussion is speech act theory, introduced by J.L. Austin and expanded by John Searle, which differentiates between locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary acts in language. This theoretical framework is applied to literature, illustrating how speech acts within narratives extend beyond conveying information to actively shaping the story and influencing reader engagement. The article argues for the importance of pragmatics in providing a richer comprehension of literary texts, positioning language as a dynamic force in the construction of meaning and social interaction within narratives.

THE RELATIONSHIP OF TURKISH LEXEMAS USED IN THE OLD UZBEK LITERARY LANGUAGE TO THE ANCIENT TURKISH LANGUAGE PERIOD
One of the main tasks today is to convey the spiritual and material heritage that has been handed down from our ancestors for centuries to the present generation, and to research them on a scientific basis. The only scientific way to historically study any language phenomenon is to identify similarities, differences and innovations between the two based on primary sources and comparing the language of written monuments. Alisher Navoi's works such as "Tarihi anbiyo va hukamo" and "Tarihi muluki Ajam" are among such unique works. This article provides detailed information about the relation of Turkic lexemes used in the above-mentioned works to the period of the ancient Turkic language.

FIGURATIVE FEATURES OF THE IMAGES OF THE PLANETS IN THE "KHAMSA" OF ALISHER NAVOI
Alisher Navoi Traditional ceremonies in each of the "Khamsa" epics are given against the background of seven planets. Why exactly seven planets? Because this number is the most famous of the magical numbers, especially in the East, it is highly revered. Information is given on which language the household lexemes used in Alisher Navoi's works are taken from, whether they are native or borrowed. Examples are given of whether the used household lexemes are used or not used in the current Uzbek literary language. The language from which household lexemes were acquired is shown in percentages.
