It is likely that politicians' use of rhetorical strategies like meiosis, which includes euphemisms and understatements, is the intended topic of this study. This research delves into the impact of meiosis on political discourse by dissecting specific speeches to see how they sway listeners to either agree or disagree with the speaker's stance. An interdisciplinary study of language and communication that draws on biological and political discourse analysis techniques is hinted at in the abstract.
