ABSTRACT
The article describes the role of pedagogy in the organization of production practice in higher education institutions
and in the educational process.
KEYWORDS

INTRODUCTION
Pedagogy consists of a set of theoretically developed
didactic approaches to increase the efficiency of
production practice in higher educational institutions.
In this process, the following tasks should be
performed:
- to determine the availability of didactic conditions in
pedagogical higher education institutions that allow to
increase the efficiency of production practice;
- development of content and consistent system of
organization of production practice;
- creation of a set of educational-methodical literature
that will enable effective production practice; involving
pedagogues with special pedagogical knowledge in
the organization of production practice;
- achieving regular improvement of their pedagogical
and professional knowledge;

- formation of a technological approach to the
organization of production practice in them;
- to determine the ways to ensure students' activity in
the process of production practice, to create in them
the ability to independently read and learn
professional knowledge;
- to ensure the formation of interest and motivation in
students to acquire professional knowledge; achieving
strong cooperation between other institutions of the
continuing
education
system;
to
popularize
experiences in the field of successful organization of
production practice, etc.
It is important to follow the following principles in
increasing the efficiency of production practice in
pedagogical higher education institutions:
- unity and coherence of skills and production
practices. Pedagogy provides the basis for the
development of professional skills in students, while
ensuring the unity and integrity of educational and
production practices implemented in higher education
institutions, as well as ensuring the formation of the
ability to apply them to practical activities;
- that production practice has a scientific and practical
basis. The laws in force in the Republic of Uzbekistan
form the methodological basis of the production
practices
implemented
in
higher
education
institutions;
- consistent, systematic, continuous and appropriate
organization of production practice. This principle of
pedagogy is higher education represents the
implementation of practices in institutions in
accordance with the State Education Standards;
- single purpose orientation of production practice. The
main purpose of production practice organized in
pedagogical higher education institutions is to provide
professional knowledge to future teachers of
technological education, to form the skills of
professional activity in them, to achieve its
transformation
into
professional
culture.
Implementation of operations on the basis of a single
goal determines the exact direction of the activity in
this area and serves as a theoretical basis for
determining its content;
- an embodied approach to the organization of
production practice. Pedagogy implies that production
practices carried out in higher educational institutions
are carried out in special rooms or polygons and
outside the educational institution within the
framework of a single system;
- taking into account the age characteristics and life
needs of students in the organization of production
practice. This principle envisages the provision of
professional knowledge in the amount that can satisfy
the needs of future technological education teachers,

taking into account the scope of their thinking and
worldviews, as well as their life experiences;
- during the implementation of production practice, it
is to ensure respect for the student's personality, the
inviolability of their professions, and the harmony of
their interests with the interests of society;
- achieving mutual cooperation in the organization of
production practice. Pedagogy is another part of the
continuous education system during production
practice in higher education institutions it is desirable
to attract representatives of institutions, to make
effective use of the opportunities of these
organizations.
Increasing the efficiency of production practice in
pedagogical higher education institutions is a complex
process, which is carried out in several stages.
The first step in improving the efficiency of production
practices.
- the content of production practice is developed;
- the production practice process is supported by
modern technology and techniques;
- practice managers with special professional
pedagogical knowledge are involved in setting up the
production practice;
- educational and methodical literature (science
program, textbook, educational and methodical
manuals, didactic materials and visual aids) illuminating
the content of production practice will be created;
-measures determining the amount of time spent by
students in acquiring professional knowledge;
- the possibilities of using practice tools are explored.
The second stage of increasing the efficiency of
production practice.
- production practice is carried out on a large scale;
- based on educational and methodological literature
(curriculum,
textbooks,
educational
and
methodological manuals, didactic materials and visual
aids) that illuminate the content of educational
practice, the level of its effectiveness is determined;
- in necessary cases, necessary changes are made to
their content;
- the levels of theoretical knowledge and pedagogical
skills of practice leaders are studied;
- actions are taken to ensure students' activity in the
process of organizing production practice;
-measures to spend less time on the acquisition of
professional knowledge by students are determined.
The third stage of increasing the efficiency of
production practice.
- an effective system of production practice is created;

- the availability of academic and methodological
literature (curriculum, textbooks, educational and
methodological manuals, didactic materials and visual
aids) that is perfect from a scientific and ideological
point of view;
- the process of production practice is provided by
practice leaders with theoretical knowledge and high
pedagogical skills;
- a technological approach to the implementation of
production practice is formed;
- independent activity of students is achieved during
production practice;
- high-level professional skills and qualifications are
formed in students;
- it takes less time;
-practice tools are used.
The efficiency of the production practice carried out in
pedagogical higher education institutions can be
determined using the following criteria: the creation of
an effective system of production practice, the fact
that the process of production practice is provided
with
scientifically
improved
educational
and
methodological literature, the involvement of
pedagogues
with
theoretical
knowledge
and
pedagogical skills in production practice, and the
formation of a technological approach to the
organization of this process in them, the provision of
modern technical means of this process, the
emergence of independence and activity of students,
the shortness of time spent by them for the thorough
acquisition of professional knowledge, the minimal use
of pedagogical tools in this process level of use,
formation of high-level professional knowledge, skills
and qualifications in students.
The following methods are important in increasing the
efficiency of production practice in pedagogical higher
education institutions:
- to ensure the general design of the production
practice;
- determination of the goal of the practice on the topics
expressed within the framework of a specific course
aimed at the organization of production practice in
higher educational institutions of pedagogy, and
careful determination of the tasks to be performed in
order to achieve it;
- during the study of each production practice or the
organization of an event with a professional content,
to achieve the identification of private goals included
in the main goal; development of the content of
production practice;
- division of each production practice into certain
stages;

- selection of organizational forms, methods,
technologies and means of production practice;
- to determine the forms, methods and methods of
general control of students' professional activity.
The professional skill of pedagogues of higher
educational institutions of pedagogy is manifested in
the ability to see and express pedagogical issues based
on the analysis of pedagogical situations, and to find
optimal ways to solve them. The main requirements for
a modern pedagogue include the following: the ability
to organize production practice, conduct educational
work, demonstrate personal qualities that provide the
human factor in the process of production practice,
and the ability to objectively monitor and evaluate the
knowledge and skills of future technological education
teachers.
Ensuring the design of the production practice,
determining the purpose of the practice, carefully
defining the tasks to be performed in order to achieve
it, dividing each production practice into certain
stages, choosing the organizational form, methods,
tools and methods of the production practice, the
form, method and general control of the students'
professional activity. It was noted that determining the
methods is of great importance in increasing the
efficiency of production practice.
