INTRODUCTION

Today the economy of our country, we are improving

the life style and their ongoing positive changes in

population recognized the need to be the place to go.

While economic policy is conducted fairly a wide range

of socio-economic program for the development of the

industry as a result of the implementation of the

ground network is being created. In particular, the

food industry also brought to the stage of

development in the country during the years of

independence was genuine. Today this network of

genuine high-tech industry has become. As a result, the

supply of quality food products avqat of the population

increased from year to year, a'olimizning a food source

provided.

Products manufactured by the enterprises of the food

industry, but the structure of the industry share in 2015

the total volume of food products, which is a reduction

of nearly 5 percent to 19 percent come the year 2021,

we can see that 14 percent(table 1).

These indicators increased the number of companies

that produce parts that they contain a steady increase

food table, but much less organized they are producers

of food products in the amount of continues. Of

course, in the last period, especially in order to

eliminate the problem of the world's food and

the republic are carried out.

Thus, on the one hand, the methods and mechanisms

of the management of enterprises in the food industry

and scientific and practical importance of the problem,

on the second hand, the subject of research to select

set.

CONCLUSION

Conclusion as can be noted, as if to be the most

important conditions of any management system is its

stability, then running the system with a certain

algorithm in order to obtain the balance of work in

conditions that are close to I can understand. The

structural conformation and the function out well

sufficient stability conditions, is determined by the

level of the fold, and this activity from the construction

of the true indications of the time out allows you to

control and aside from the planned value.
