INTRODUCTION

In the training of personnel in areas of high demand in

the country's market, new directions are being

organized in higher educational institutions of the

Republic from year to year. In particular, the direction

"Multimedia and animation design in art" (2016) and

"Cartoon and computer animation" (2017) were

established at the National Institute of art and design

named after Kamoliddin Bekhzod at the State Institute

of art and culture of Uzbekistan in animation. At this

point, it is appropriate to cite the following opinion of

the head of state. "We all understand well that in order

to carry out the large-scale tasks that lie ahead of us,

we must definitely carry out a number of work on

improving the entire system of working with

personnel" [1,25]. In this regard, it is necessary to move

to a new form of education in order to prepare

personnel based on the requirements of the time. As

the director of animation films I.Ivanov-Vano wrote,

modern animation has long been an interesting form

of art. Today, focusing on the most serious problems

of our time, covering a wide range of political, social

and moral aspects of our time [2,239].

In order to gradually solve such problems as finding

animation tools suitable for the worldview of the

younger generation in the 21st century, training

qualified personnel and increasing their experience on

the basis of modern requirements, delivering them

through playful explanations in modern forms, in the

direction of "cartoon and computer animation" of the

National Institute of art and design named after

Kamoliddin Bekhzod and in the direction of

"Multimedia and animation design in art" of the State

Institute of art and culture of Uzbekistan, "Art Science

(stage drama and screen art)", "film studies" and

"acting skills", as well as in the direction of

"composition" of the State Conservatory of

Uzbekistan and between private studios.

Today, when creating films that meet modern

requirements among this area, it is possible to achieve

compositionally perfect cartoons, find different forms

of characters with a characteristic character, do not

repeat colors, achieve the diversity of the subject and

genre in the production of multicerials, introduce

ancient fairy tales to the viewer in a modern style,

emdiv the speech of heroes in a gentle:

- work on the modern drama of cartoons, which is

designed according to the young nature of the film

viewer to be created, for example, under the age of

small (0-7), medium (8-11); for this, to create scenarios

for animation films, taking into account the spiritual

needs, desires, fantasies and interests of young

viewers with students of the direction "Art Sciences

(stage drama and screen art)" of the State Institute of

art and culture of Uzbekistan;

- to create perfect, modern "multi-characters" that will

be kept in the memory of people for animation films

with students of the National Institute of painting and

design named after Kamoliddin Bekhzod, who will be

able to instill our national values and traditions in the

younger generation on the basis of universal principles,

through their worldview and behavior;

- organization of master classes of directors with a

deep understanding of animation construction for

students of the direction "Multimedia and animation

design in art " of the State Institute of art and culture

of Uzbekistan;

-

orientation of students of the "Composing"

direction of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan to

create traditional and modern music based on our

national heritage corresponding to multiplicative films;

-

further increasing the practical experience of

future specialists of the industry (screenwriter,

director, animator, artist-multiplier, composer ) in the

process of film production in existing multiplication

studios in our country, as well as attracting leading

foreign studios during the internship period;

- in order to further enhance the artistry, spectacle and

quality of the created cartoons, it is necessary to

regularly present and discuss animation films with the

participation of Film Critics.

It is also advisable to include the following

recommendations in the training of specialists in the

field in higher educational institutions:

-

in the curriculum of areas organized in the field in

accordance with the program of foreign countries,

the organization of training sessions with an

increase in general and specialty subjects by 70-80%

and transfer to the main block;

-

to involve them in the leading universities and

studios of foreign countries during the practice

period, so that the personnel receiving education

in the field acquire knowledge, mastering modern

methods in the production process; also, modern

practice shows new forms of animation. In this

regard,

the

essence

of

continuous

and

synchronous designations in extensive contact

with previously established and functioning artistic

forms, models and animation systems is becoming

more and more significant.

-

organization of master classes for preparing

personnel during the school year, involving mature

specialists from foreign countries (based on

modern programs such as Adode After Effect,

Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Character Animator,

Toom Boom Harmony, Blender, Autodesk Maya

and 4Cinema);

-

when can a movie being created for children

attract them?. When the script of the film is written

worthy of interesting events, dynamics and

character of unique heroes, and a pictorial

language rich in conflicts. Also, in the process of

writing a scenario, the creation of our children,

taking into account the spiritual need, desire for

demand, imagination, interests and age aspects

(small, medium and large);

-

to create perfect, modern multibrases for

animation films that can be kept in the memory of

people, to instill in the younger generation our

national values and traditions on the principles of

generalism, through their worldview and actions,

to introduce ancient fairy tales to children in a

modern way;

-

create traditional and modern music based on our

national heritage compatible with multiplicasion

films;

-

formation of voting skills and involvement of

professional actors for the characters of the film to

be created;

-

at the competitions of students '’short films’’ held

on a global scale, it is necessary to participate with

the creative works of students and carry out such

work as self-testing.

Alternatively, it is also permissible to bring problems

that are expected in the future. These can be cited as

follows:

-

the reason that multiplicity is such a complex and

laborious process as digging a well with a needle,

which takes a lot of time, effort, is that animators

who are studying or operating in our republic, after

having gained the necessary level of experience,

are scattered on paid projects worth their labor

abroad;

-

the transition to the creation of full-length

animation films by private Animation Studios due

to a shortage of personnel in a public studio;

-

as long as the film is created, the idea in it, the

maximum impressive and understandable delivery

of the plot to the viewer, the specific findings of

the director and artist, the use of animators in the

implementation of rich fantasy products of special

effects;

-

light-elpi films can be created on its basis, having

come up with a fantastic plot in order to

unreasonably use special effects in completely

unnecessary shots or bring beauty to the screen

through certain effects. So that such issues do not

escalate, it is desirable that an art Council

consisting of industry experts be formed and taken

under serious control by them.

In conclusion, it is worth noting that the development

of each sphere in society is associated with an excellent

personnel training system. The above-mentioned

innovative methods of institutional cooperation on the

development of this sphere will affect the

development of experienced mature screenwriters,

directors, multipliers-artists and special composers in

the future. This results in achieving an increase in the

quality level of Uzbek multiplier films, and the creation

of modern animation films by mature specialists of the

industry with an excellent, non-traditional appearance,

modern language-speaking at the same time

emdiving National features, based on original

characters, impregnated with a national idea, in the 3D

method.
