The Karakalpaks, like other peoples of Central Asia, have their own customs and traditions. Many of them are rooted in antiquity and originate in the pagan cultures of the nomads of the Saks, Pechenegs, and Oghuz. Of course, the majority belong to the later Islamic culture, but at the same time retaining some elements of pagan cultures. 

The article is devoted to the research problem of the Maqom system, along with its creative and performing traditions. The paper reveals the significance of the “Nazira” tradition in Uzbek music and further illustrates features of this tradition known from the history of oriental literature and Uzbek traditional music.

This scientific article discusses the issue of the legal status of smart contracts and possible ways to resolve smart contracts in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
