Improvement scientific and practical basis of mechanical peelings sheep's wool
The aim of the research is to improve the quality of wool, to clean up contaminated wool, to improve the resource-saving technology, to create a technical device for the primary processing of wool, to theoretically and experimentally substantiate its main parameters, the harvested wool in personal plots, many specialized cross-breeding and livestock farms located in different regions and climatic conditions of Uzbekistan.
Scientific novelty of the research is a follows:
The physico-chemical and mechanical properties of the wool, as well as the factors acting on them, are determined;
The device for the primary cleaning of the clogged coarse wool was designed, the constructive scheme of the table for classifying and sorting the wool: regularities of change of qualitative and power indicators of work of the device depending on operating modes and basic parameters of working bodies are established.
Improvement of the method for isolating cholesterol from animal brain tissue
diagnostic tools, as a precursor to steroid drugs. Cholesterol in the composition of the cell plasma membrane plays the role of a bilayer
modifier, giving it a certain stiffness due to an increase in the density of the "packing" of phospholipid molecules. In this work, an improvement is made in the technology for producing cholesterol from biological material

Features of the formation of the parasitic system of Argasidae mites in the conditions of Southern Uzbekistan
The aim of the research work identification of the mite species composition of the Argasidae family, the ecology and life cycles of the dominant species, as well as the biological activity of the salivary gland secrets of the argasid mites, and the development of improved measures to control mites in the conditions of Southern Uzbekistan.
Scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
features of the landscape distribution of mites from the genera Argas and Ornithodoros in the ecosystems of Southern Uzbekistan;
specific features of the formation and adaptation of the parasitic system "argasids - vertebrates";
the peculiarities of respiration of Argasidae mites are revealed depending on air temperature;
biologically active substances from the secretions of the salivary glands of argasid miteswere extracted and their toxic properties arc determined;
the relaxant and anticoagulant effect of biologically active compounds from the secretions of salivary glands on the circulatory system of animals were confirmed.

Fauna ticks of the genus Hyalomma south of Uzbekistan and toxic properties of the secrets of the salivary glands
The of the research work was to study the fauna and bio-ecology of ticks of the genus Hyalomma in the southern regions of Uzbekistan, the toxic properties of the secretion of the salivary glands, the mechanisms of physiological action of the biologically active substances isolated from them, as well as the improvement of methods for fighting ticks.
Scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
There arc 6 species of Hyalomma ticks in the ecosystems of Uzbekistan - H. dromedarii, H. asiaticum, H. detritum, H. ssupense, H anatolicum, H. plumbeum, their ecological features, current and seasonal activity;
The present state of distribution of these ticks in landscapes and biotopes is revealed;
The constituents of secretion of salivary gland of some species of ticks, its toxic properties and physiological activity were studied;
The enzymatic composition of the saliva of H. asiaticum ticks -phospholipase A - 0.29 мто! / min.mg, protease - 0.07 мто! / min. the amount of protein was 75-80 %. The toxic properties arc reliably revealed;
It has been established that some fractions of the secretion of the salivary gland exhibit an anticoagulant and relaxant effect.
Fauna and morpho-ecological features of aphids (Homoptera: Aphidinea) of Eastern Fergana
The aim of the study is an ecological analysis and identification of the main directions of the morpho-ecological adaptation and fodder specialization and ecological classification of the aphids of Eastern Fergana.
I he object of the study is the fauna of aphids and the afidocomplexes of intensive gardens in Eastern Fergana.
The scientific novelty of the study is as follows:
for the first time, a taxonomic catalog of aphids of 200 species and 4 subspecies of Eastern Fergana belonging to 76 genera and 7 families was compiled, including 1 new species (Callipterinella ferganica Akhmedov et Khusanov) and 1 subspecies (Euceraphis pilosa arslanbobica Akhmedov et Khusanov) for science, 1 genus (Callipterinella) and 67 species for fauna;
the presence of aphids in peach leaves - a new food plant - Cerasus awium and Cerasus mahaleb;
specific features of the specialization of aphids of Eastern Fergana to the fodder plant in the "parasite-host" system were determined;
morphological and ecological orientations of the aphids of Eastern Fergana in the "parasite-host" system have been determined;
on the basis of the phenomenon of transgression, the parameters of ecological niches of ecologically similar species arc revealed;
species composition of ethnofauna of intensive apple orchards and stages of formation of ethnocomplexes are determined;
the degree of economic damage to aphids, as well as the degree of effectiveness of entomophages, is proved;
improved methods of combating orthoptcran-proboscis insects of intensive apple orchards.
. Implementation of the research results. On the basis of scientific results on the fauna of the aphids of Eastern Fergana and its morpho-ecological properties:
practical recommendations on the organization of measures to protect against pests of intensive apple orchards, which enable to grow ecologically clean products, are introduced into the practice of intensive apple orchards and forestry. (Certificate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources 02/20-449 of September 7, 2017). The results contribute to a sharp reduction in the use of pesticides and increased yields.
Ethnomo complexes of intensive apple orchards in Eastern Fergana, the features of the formation of agrocenoses, protecting apple orchards from orthopteran-trunk insects have been introduced into the State Plant Quarantine Inspectorate (Reference 50-04-759 of the State Plant Quarantine Inspection dated October 5, 2017). The results contributed to the prevention of foreign penetration and spread of dangerous aphid species on the territory of the Republic, as well as the use of complex methods of combating them.
Structure and volume of the dissertation. The structure of the dissertation consists of an introduction, five chapters, conclusion, a list of used literature and applications. The volume of the thesis is 110 pages.
Exterior parameters of holstein-breeding cows of german breeding
Abstract: Little variation was observed between the body sizes of the cows in the experiment. For example, the fat height of cows in experimental groups I and II was 3.3 cm or 2.5% (P<0.05) and 7.8 cm or 5.7% (P<0, 05), wither height by 2.5 cm orl.8%> (P< 0.05) and 5.4 cm or by 3.8% (P<0.05), chest width by 1.8 cm or 2, 93% (P<0.01) and 2.2 cm or 4.2% (P<0.05), breast depth 1.2 cm or 1.7% ( P<0.01) and 2.7 cm or by 3.7% (P<0.01), chest circumference by 3.9 cm or 1.9% (P<0.01) and by 5.4 cm or 2.6% (P< 0.05), the oblique length of the body by 0.8 cm or 0.5% (P<0.01) and 2.6 cm or 1.7% (P<0.05), the width of the hind femur by 0.7 cm or 1.9% (P<0.05) and 1.8 cm or 3.4% ( P<0.05) and leg circumference 0.2 cm or 0.9% and 1.6 cm or 6.9%.

Enriched feed: non-traditional use of raw materials for poultry
It is known that up to 70% of feed costs in the poultry industry are accounted for by cereal crops, including wheat, barley and corn. These cereals are essential in the sphere of feeding the population and occupy the main position among food crops. The search for new types of grain fodder to partially replace traditional and use them to maintain and increase the productivity of poultry is urgent.
