Improvement of the method for isolating cholesterol from animal brain tissue

Julia Oshchepkova, Bayat Abdullaev, Tokhir Khudoyberdiev, Zhamshid Zhabbarov
Cholesterol and its derivatives are used in the production of liquid crystals, in pharmacology as a component of dosage forms and
diagnostic tools, as a precursor to steroid drugs. Cholesterol in the composition of the cell plasma membrane plays the role of a bilayer
modifier, giving it a certain stiffness due to an increase in the density of the "packing" of phospholipid molecules. In this work, an improvement is made in the technology for producing cholesterol from biological material

O Verushkina, E Baymurzaev, A Tonkikh
The work examined the possibilities of using the yellow form of biomass of the Aral microalgae Dunaliella salina as a feed additive for laying hens of the Loman Brown meat and egg breed. It was shown that adding Dunaliella biomass to the diet of laying hens increases their live weight by 51-62 g each and egg production chickens (by 3.6-4.2%). At the same time, the feed additive based on the microalgae Dunaliella salina has no toxic effect and does not have a negative effect.

Features of protein feeding of young rabbits

F Allashov, D Yuldashev
The article provides a literature review of protein feeding of various physiological groups of rabbits, focusing on young animals up to 3 months. When feeding rabbits, it is very important to take into account the presence of all nutrients in the diet such as: dry matter and exchange energy of feed and diet, protein, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. At the same time, it is very important to ensure balanced feeding of young rabbits, focusing on the need to primarily take into account protein in the diet. To achieve optimal feeding rates for all categories of rabbits, it is necessary to include in the diets feed and feed additives rich in protein that promote the health and growth of young animals.

There arc 6 species of Hyalomma ticks in the ecosystems of Uzbekistan - H. dromedarii, H. asiaticum, H. detritum, H. ssupense, H anatolicum, H. plumbeum, their ecological features, current and seasonal activity;
The present state of distribution of these ticks in landscapes and biotopes is revealed;
The constituents of secretion of salivary gland of some species of ticks, its toxic properties and physiological activity were studied;
The enzymatic composition of the saliva of H. asiaticum ticks -phospholipase A - 0.29 мто! / min.mg, protease - 0.07 мто! / min. the amount of protein was 75-80 %. The toxic properties arc reliably revealed;
It has been established that some fractions of the secretion of the salivary gland exhibit an anticoagulant and relaxant effect.

Fauna and morpho-ecological features of aphids (Homoptera: Aphidinea) of Eastern Fergana

Alijon Khusanov

The aim of the study is an ecological analysis and identification of the main directions of the morpho-ecological adaptation and fodder specialization and ecological classification of the aphids of Eastern Fergana.
I he object of the study is the fauna of aphids and the afidocomplexes of intensive gardens in Eastern Fergana.
The scientific novelty of the study is as follows:
for the first time, a taxonomic catalog of aphids of 200 species and 4 subspecies of Eastern Fergana belonging to 76 genera and 7 families was compiled, including 1 new species (Callipterinella ferganica Akhmedov et Khusanov) and 1 subspecies (Euceraphis pilosa arslanbobica Akhmedov et Khusanov) for science, 1 genus (Callipterinella) and 67 species for fauna;
the presence of aphids in peach leaves - a new food plant - Cerasus awium and Cerasus mahaleb;
specific features of the specialization of aphids of Eastern Fergana to the fodder plant in the "parasite-host" system were determined;
morphological and ecological orientations of the aphids of Eastern Fergana in the "parasite-host" system have been determined;
on the basis of the phenomenon of transgression, the parameters of ecological niches of ecologically similar species arc revealed;
species composition of ethnofauna of intensive apple orchards and stages of formation of ethnocomplexes are determined;
the degree of economic damage to aphids, as well as the degree of effectiveness of entomophages, is proved;
improved methods of combating orthoptcran-proboscis insects of intensive apple orchards.
. Implementation of the research results. On the basis of scientific results on the fauna of the aphids of Eastern Fergana and its morpho-ecological properties:
practical recommendations on the organization of measures to protect against pests of intensive apple orchards, which enable to grow ecologically clean products, are introduced into the practice of intensive apple orchards and forestry. (Certificate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources 02/20-449 of September 7, 2017). The results contribute to a sharp reduction in the use of pesticides and increased yields.
Ethnomo complexes of intensive apple orchards in Eastern Fergana, the features of the formation of agrocenoses, protecting apple orchards from orthopteran-trunk insects have been introduced into the State Plant Quarantine Inspectorate (Reference 50-04-759 of the State Plant Quarantine Inspection dated October 5, 2017). The results contributed to the prevention of foreign penetration and spread of dangerous aphid species on the territory of the Republic, as well as the use of complex methods of combating them.
Structure and volume of the dissertation. The structure of the dissertation consists of an introduction, five chapters, conclusion, a list of used literature and applications. The volume of the thesis is 110 pages.

Enriched feed: non-traditional use of raw materials for poultry

A Normatov , N Yusupov , U Azamatov

It is known that up to 70% of feed costs in the poultry industry are accounted for by cereal crops, including wheat, barley and corn. These cereals are essential in the sphere of feeding the population and occupy the main position among food crops. The search for new types of grain fodder to partially replace traditional and use them to maintain and increase the productivity of poultry is urgent.
