Abstract:
Television surpasses other mass media in the ability to
broadcast public life directly at the same time, as well as in the possibility of
using a number of other types of art. In this matter, radio is always competitive
with each other.
Key words:
Journalism, justice, motherland, tasks , technical problems ,
mobile phones
In the new era of Uzbekistan, attention to the field of journalism is
growing. Today,..."when we talk about mass media, first of all, we think of
responsible professionals who are always looking for something new, striving
for something new, entering the hot spots of life, putting honesty and justice, the
interests of the Motherland and people first” and we are witnessing the fact that
these definitions are being proven in practice in the work of a journalist. Our
journalists, whose professional skills are growing year after year, are actively
fulfilling the requirements and tasks set before them. One example of this is the
lack of cameras or other technical problems, which is why they are preparing
reports and interviews from mobile phones.
Today, a small device that combines several functions - a smartphone - has
been created, which, if necessary, led to the emergence of a small type of activity.
Humanity has been making progress for years in order to create its own
convenience. Thus, they had the opportunity to:
Video views on mobile devices are 1.5 times higher than on a computer;
• People spend 5 times more time watching videos.
• According to research, the audience of programs broadcast live is more than
recorded broadcasts;
• People have a stronger desire to get the information they want in any place
than to wait a long time and get the information they want .
This small device today simultaneously encompasses the functions of large
cameras and assembly tables. It is true, although it differs in quality, it creates
equal convenience for both the correspondent and the respondent. Because
when an interviewer interviews a smartphone, there is less confusion than when

an interviewer interviews a camera. It is clear that the device you use every day
quickly shapes your adaptation. These characteristics have led to the emergence
of the concepts of "Mobile Journalism" and "Internet Journalism" in media
science.
The earliest images of mobile journalism were recorded on February 22, 1995,
by the inventor Steve Mann using a worn camera. Mobile journalism began in
the 1990s in European countries. It is considered the first manifestation of the
history of mobile journalism. At this stage, taking into account the capabilities of
mobile phones, which have not yet been developed as today, it is possible to take
photos and record sounds.
Mobile journalism is a product created by a journalist using their existing
equipment. Internet + mobile phone allows a journalist to get acquainted with a
ready-made material for hundreds or thousands of listeners in a few minutes.
Only a skilled mobile journalist can take a photo, record a short video, prepare a
text for it, and send it to editorial office via the Internet or at the same time share
a ready-made product on Internet sites. The reason why scientists give such an
explanation is that the journalist has a great responsibility to be more active
using the Internet. The second stage is marked by the fact that in 2007 Apple
launched the production of iPhone phones . By this time, the use of mobile
phones has become easier for people. The capabilities of popular mobile phones
are also growing every year.
These amenities, of course, did not go beyond the "Karakalpakstan" TV
channel. We want to study this type in the programs "Xabar" and "News," which
are our object. On February 9, 2021, a report titled "Mobile Report" was
prepared in the "News" program. Host: Z. Khojanova, reporter: A. Kenesbayev.
The report provides information about the events dedicated to the 580th
anniversary of Alisher Navoi, who was described as the Sultan of Ghazal. The
place where the report was prepared was the educational and development
center "Progress" in the capital.
What is the impact of such materials on the audience compared to
traditional reports? With the appearance of the mobile reporting title on the TV
screens, there is a special interest, because it seems that we will get a different
product than usual, says one of the show's fans.
In conclusion, it became known that the "Karakalpakstan" TV channel, which is
our object, was the period of the most frequent use of elements of mobile
journalism in 2021. The main reason for this is the consequences of the

pandemic that came in 2020. Therefore, the programs "Xabar" and "News" were
widely used in the issues until November 2021.
