Abstract

: The use of innovative technologies can improve the quality of

educational methods. This is the process of creating a course, lesson or any other
form of educational activity that is based on the principles and methods, goals
and objectives of education.

Key words

: pedagogical design, teaching, methods, goals, objectives .

Abstract

: The use of innovative technologies can improve the quality of

educational methods. This is the process of creating a course, lesson or any other
form of educational activity that is based on the principles and methods, goals
and objectives of learning.

Keywords:

pedagogical design, learning, methods, goals, tasks.

Instructional design is an approach to designing educational formats that

takes into account the needs of students and creates the most effective methods
of delivering information. Instructional design is the process of creating a
course, lesson, or any other form of educational activity that is based on the
principles and methods, goals, and objectives of learning.[ 1] It includes all
stages of developing the learning process: from analyzing the needs of learners
and selection of technologies to the formation of the educational environment
and assessment

results.selection of technologies to the formation of an

educational environment and evaluation of results. Bloom's Taxonomy . In 1965
,Robert Gagné described nine teaching events in his book Conditions of
Learning. This work became the basis for modern instructional design practice.
It draws on pedagogy, psychology, analytics, and even neuroscience.

American psychologist B.F. Skinner created the concept of programmed

learning. Skinner proposed four principles for constructing training programs:
the principle of information content, the principle of operationality or active
activity of students, the principle of feedback and the principle of dosing of
educational material. Fundamentals of pedagogical design:

-analysis of learning objectives - includes determining what needs to be

achieved in the process, what results you want to get.

- determination of audience characteristics - diagnostics of the needs and

areas of interest of students, as well as their age and individual characteristics,
are carried out.

-program development: at this stage, the general structure and content are

developed, which correspond to its goals and objectives.

- development of materials: textbooks, teaching aids, theories,

presentations, video lessons , etc. are created that will be used.

-organization of the educational process, includes planning and conducting

classes, monitoring and evaluating results.

- evaluation of results: results are summed up and recommendations for

improving the program are developed.

Modern instructional design is a key element in the development of

educational courses and programs. It allows educators to create effective and
structured materials that best meet the needs and interests of students.[ 2]

The use of innovative technologies can really improve the quality of

teaching methods. But their use is not an end in itself. The main thing is to create
an interesting and educational product that will lead to the achievement of the
desired results. Pedagogical design is a new direction of theoretical and applied
knowledge, which at the present stage of development of pedagogical science
creates its provisions, approaches and gains the status of scientific, because it
becomes possible to identify the object and subject of research of pedagogical

design. The object of study of pedagogical design as part of pedagogy is the
process of education, and the subject is a targeted process of organizing the
educational environment (conditions) with the help of educational materials and
resources.

Specializations in Instructional Design

Online adult education is the development of any educational materials for

an adult audience. The advantages are a huge field for work, because now the
online education industry is growing rapidly. This training system requires a
thorough knowledge of andragogy , an understanding of the peculiarities of
perception of people of different age categories.

Online teaching of children requires experience of working with children -

specialized education or courses of primary school teacher, psychologist, special
education teacher, you can create educational games, interactive applications or
video quests [4,5]

Corporate training is an opportunity to work on onboarding courses for

new employees, product courses, sales courses, or develop a personnel reserve
training system. There is a hierarchy of tasks here. You can work on onboarding
courses for new employees, product courses, sales courses, or develop a
personnel reserve training system.

Design of training courses

Companies and experts do not always require a full cycle of training

development. Sometimes the program and materials are ready, but their design
is not adapted to the needs of the audience. For example, when working with
universities or organizations that have remote employees. A specialist helps to
choose a platform and methods of presenting information. And also adapts
lectures and seminars for effective online learning .[ 5]

The main qualities of a successful specialist are curiosity, willingness to

work with a huge amount of information and the ability to turn chaos into a
system.

The following qualities will help you adapt to difficult daily tasks

:

communication skills, working with experts, contractors, teachers, company
owners, empathy , creativity, and consistency.
