This article discusses the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of models aimed at increasing synergistic efficiency based on the interaction between resources, participants and technological capabilities available in the education system. Synergy of educational services is the integration of separate working elements into a single system, significantly enhancing the overall result. The model develops an integrated and sustainable mechanism of the educational process by analyzing the interactions between the teacher, student, digital tools, methodological manuals and the management system. The research results identify important areas for effective management, optimal use of resources and improvement of the quality of education.
