MODELS FOR INCREASING SYNERGIC EFFICIENCY OF
EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

Abstract:
This article discusses the theoretical foundations and practical
aspects of models aimed at increasing synergistic efficiency based on the
interaction between resources, participants and technological capabilities
available in the education system. Synergy of educational services is the
integration of separate working elements into a single system, significantly
enhancing the overall result. The model develops an integrated and sustainable
mechanism of the educational process by analyzing the interactions between the
teacher, student, digital tools, methodological manuals and the management
system. The research results identify important areas for effective management,
optimal use of resources and improvement of the quality of education.

The economic and social development trends of countries around the world
are often shaped by the level of development of their higher education systems.
Today, in an era of increasing global competition and technological innovation,
the effectiveness of the education system has become one of the key factors for
the strategic development of countries. The education system now plays a
crucial role in improving the quality of human capital not only by providing
knowledge, but also by developing modern skills and competencies.
Until the end of the 20th century, the lag in the higher education system,
that is, the period before specialists graduate from higher education, slowed
down the development process. Today, in the conditions of innovative
development, this lag has been reduced to a minimum, and fast and flexible
educational programs are being created. Also, scientifically based analysis,
effective allocation of resources and optimization of the educational process are
considered the main criteria for improving the quality of educational services.
Modern research is focused on studying synergy processes in the education
system. Synergy is understood as increasing the overall efficiency of the system
through internal and horizontal integration. The lack of scientifically based
methodologies for assessing the effectiveness of synergy in educational services
is one of the important problems in this regard.

AA Garmider's methodology for assessing the synergistic effect serves as a
universal approach to improving the quality of educational services. Based on
this methodology, the integral coefficient of synergistic effect is calculated to
assess the overall effectiveness of the educational process:

improving the efficiency of the education system:

Approaches aimed at assessing and optimizing synergy processes in the
process of improving educational services are of great importance in the period
of innovative development. With the help of the above formulas and
technological approaches, it is possible to bring the education system to a new
level, improve the qualifications and skills of students. Expanding research on
assessing the effectiveness of synergy and integrating modern technologies into
the system will serve to improve the quality and efficiency of education.
Increased scientific and technological development.The high level of
funding allocated to the education sector implies the introduction of modern
technologies and the development of new methodologies. This creates a solid
foundation for improving the quality of education in the region.
Expanding innovative projects and programs:Taking advantage of the
growth opportunities observed in 2024, it is necessary to introduce

international educational programs in the region and technologically modernize
the training process.
More efficient allocation of resources:To increase the effectiveness of
investments in education, it is necessary to optimize resource allocation and
improve the monitoring system.
Developing international cooperation:It is necessary to strengthen
international cooperation to bring the regional education system into line with
world standards.
Thus, the education financing process in Kashkadarya region is successfully
serving strategic goals aimed at improving economic and social indicators in
2024.
Additional proposals for improving the quality of education in higher
education can be made: Wider introduction of digital technologies to improve
the quality of education. Strengthening the monitoring system to increase the
effectiveness of allocated funds. Developing programs for training highly
qualified pedagogical personnel in the region.
In the process of assessing the quality of educational services, the
calculation of the economic efficiency of synergy is of particular importance. In
measuring this efficiency, the financial results of the services provided by the
educational institution and the dynamics of the costs associated with them are
an important factor. The activities of modern educational institutions are aimed
not only at increasing economic efficiency, but also at developing the knowledge
economy by enhancing social impact.
Conclusion.The synergistic approach to the effective organization of
educational services is one of the most relevant methods in modern education.
Synergistic efficiency is an enhanced result that is achieved when individual
components of the educational process (teacher, student, methodology,
technology and management) work together harmoniously. Such a model
involves improving the quality of education not through individual factors, but
through their mutual integration.
In the synergistic model developed in this study:
Pedagogical potential–
methodological approaches and innovative
competencies of teachers;
Technological basis
– the use of digital platforms, networked learning
environments, and elements of artificial intelligence;
Student activity–
their motivation and reflective engagement in self-
development;

Management mechanisms– elements such as strategic decisions, control
systems, and quality monitoring are carefully aligned.
As a result, this approach ensures that the existing resources in the
education system operate without unnecessary losses and with maximum
results. Based on the models, it was possible to determine the state of
educational services, evaluate them and develop practical recommendations for
strategic improvement.
In conclusion, the management of educational services on a synergistic
basis not only improves the quality of education, but also creates a stable and
continuous learning environment, as well as stimulates the activity of each
participant. In the future, it is advisable to develop differentiated approaches
based on this model across disciplines, adapting them to digital and traditional
learning environments.
