Problems of liability for multiplicity of crimes

Subjects of research: - criminal law relations related to the multiplicity of crimes, forms of its appearance and single complex crimes.
Purpose of work: To develop scientifically based theoretical and practical recommendations on further liberalization, humanization and decriminalization of criminal law norms relating to the multiplicity of crimes, based on a comparative analysis of their application by judicial and investigation agencies, theoretical perspectives, legislative experience of foreign countries and conducted sociological survey on this issue.
.Methods of research: dialectical as a general scientific and fundamental method of learning , legal, comparative legal, logical, historical, sociological, statistical method, analytical interpretation method based on study of works and speeches by President Islam Karimov.
The results obtained and their novelty: For the first time was conducted a comprehensive monographic study of liability for multiple offences under the Criminal Code Republic of Uzbekistan, identified problems and errors in their application by judicial and investigative agencies, developed recommendations on elimination of these problems, including legislative recommendations on entering amendments to the article 54 of Criminal Code of Republic of Uzbekistan.
Practical value: findings, suggestions and recommendations of the research can be used by judicial and law enforcement agencies during application of criminal law norms.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: findings, suggestions and recommendations of the applicant arc used in teaching at Law Department of Namangan State University. Recommendations on improvement of criminal law norms arc submitted to the Legislative Chamber and Senate of Oliy Majlis of Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as to the Institute on Monitoring of Current Legislation under the President of Republic of Uzbekistan.
Field of application: the results of the research can be used at improvement of criminal legislation, in law enforcement, in carrying out research in the field of criminal law, during legal trainings and preparing of educational materials.
