The future of independent Uzbekistan cannot be imagined without its

youth. We are entrusted with raising a generation worthy of our ancestors, and
the responsible and honorable work of raising children is entrusted to the
emerging cadres.

The state program for the implementation of the new development strategy

of Uzbekistan for the period of 2022-2026 in the “Year of honoring human
dignity and active neighborhood” on additional measures for the further
development of the sphere of culture and art.[1] It is difficult to assess the
importance of listening to music in the system of children's musical knowledge.
It is impossible to teach culture without listening to music, to acquaint with the
masterpieces of world music, to teach the means of expression of music, to instill
love for works of high music art. The process of listening to music has a huge
role in the formation of these qualities. In the process of listening to music,
children listen to samples of works by various composers and composers. In the
words of Shostakovich: “To love music, one must first listen to it...” Listening to
works about the homeland, friendship, labor and other physical and mental
activities has a positive effect on children. If the child does not ask a single

question about the music or work of art he is listening to, if no emotions arise
from it, if only a message-like connection appears, not connected with personal
feelings and attitudes, then the task is considered accomplished, the goal is not
achieved. The principles that form the worldview of the choral culture are
especially important today, when universal spiritual values are being revived.[2]
The success of the circle leader’s work depends on his pedagogical training and
skills. The group leader and the requirements placed on him. Pedagogical skills,
work on oneself, search for new methods and ways and apply them in practice.
Respect the relationship between the group leader and students, work with
them in consultation.

In the conditions of pedagogical practice, the independent work of the

student-group leader increases. He is entrusted with the task of performing the
functions of a music worker and a group leader. The activities of the group
leader should be closely related to the educational process of the MTT and the
school. The group leader is partially responsible for the quality of music
education and the development of children. All this places great responsibility
on the group leader in music education, places high demands on the quality of
practical musical classes conducted. During the experience, the student is given
independence.

As is known, the formation of a human personality is ultimately a

continuous and complex process, influenced by many factors, some of which are
diffuse, some are goal-oriented. Music and singing activities have been of special
importance in compositional creativity since ancient times.[3] A person is
educated by the means surrounding him, the environment: family, parents,
school, friends, the environment, mass media, art, literature, nature, etc.

It is necessary to control the process of child development, to protect it

from the environment that negatively affects the formation of a person as a
person, while ensuring the unity of self-education and upbringing, which forms
the biological and social basis of a person. In general, educational institutions
cannot be imagined without clubs. The teacher also examines each child's
musical ability.[4] The idea of achieving all-round development of a person has
been the main goal of education for centuries. The all-round development of a
person is the development of his human qualities, the sum of his physical, moral,
political, aesthetic views:

- preparing young people for a philosophical worldview, helping them

understand the meaning of life, forming their identity, the ability to manage and

control themselves, a purposeful approach to their personal lives, instilling in
them the need for planning and action;

- acquainting students with universal human and national values, the rich

culture of our Motherland, and forming concepts of aesthetic refinement;

- identify and develop the innate creative potential of every teenager, boy

and girl.

Create conditions for the emergence and further development of children's

creativity and talents;

- it is necessary to form a moral code of humanity, kindness, mutual

understanding, compassion, intolerance of racial and national discrimination,
etiquette, intellectual culture, and establish intolerance to lies;

- to educate respect for the rules of legal community morality and life, to

develop a sense of citizenship and social activity that characterizes the unique
aspects of the personality;

- patriotism, worldly thinking, a responsible attitude to language;
- to strengthen a creative approach to labor, to cultivate a sense of initiative,

honesty and responsibility in practical relationships, etc.

Music, with its unique nature, has the power to greatly influence the

spiritual world of young people.[5] The team of educators of school and
extracurricular educational institutions (teachers, class leaders, club leaders,
deputy directors for spiritual and educational education, children’s leaders and
others) always has an important task to teach students to live their lives based
on the rules of universal human morality.

The qualities of instilling a love for studying science and a thirst for

knowledge are an integral part of moral education. The success of children in
their studies determines their place in the group, how others relate to them, and
success in studies raises the child’s moral education to a high level. In addition, it
is necessary to check the octave of some frets in each string.[6] It is necessary to
deeply explain the incomparable importance of books and reading in the
formation of high spirituality in the hearts of students.
Thus, the group leader will partially get to know the group participants in the
first lesson and register them. In order to attract more singers to the group as
quickly as possible during the organizational period of the group, the leader
must use all his pedagogical skills from the first day of organization and make
the classes interesting.
